Horrible service. Never will they get my business again.
I brought in my wheel and tire to get a flat fixed. Dropped it off in the morning and was told it would be fixed in a couple hours. After roughly 4 hours I hadn't heard anything so I tried calling and no one picked up. So I went it to see what the deal was. I went in and picked up my wheel, they put it on my vehicle and I went home. I woke up the next day with a dead flat tire. As I put the spare tire on to bring the tire and wheel back, I noticed two distinct gouges that went about a quarter of the way around my wheel obviously from a tire machine. Very annoyed at this point I brought the wheel back to them. They said they would send it out to get fixed. Should be a couple days. I waited a full week and I hadn't heard anything from them. So I went in to see what the deal was. Upon asking them the status of my wheel they told me the place they sent it out to get fixed doesn't repair chrome wheels, and that they were looking for a replacement. After I told them I needed the wheel by the end of the day was when something finally happened and I got a new wheel.
The lack of customer service and communication in their service department is astounding. I will never be bringing any of my vehicles back to them, nor will I send anyone their way when they need service, or a new vehicle.

I have bought 3 vehicles from Team Ford in the past and this last purchase has been by far the worst service I have ever received in Canada. The sale itself was fine, but the after service has been horrible. I traded in my old vehicle for a new F150. I still had my old set of winter wheels on and the original wheels were in my garage. I live out of town, so they needed the wheels urgently as they sold my trade very quickly. Someone from Team Ford collected them and was told that they would get my old wheelset to me. A few months later I realized I was missing a set of wheels. I tried to contact various departments, including sales, service, etc, just to be passed on to the next, as nobody had any record or idea of where they could be. I left multiple messages with sales managers, including Corey, and was never contacted. I dealt with Sukhi, who sold me the vehicle. He seemed to try his best, but could not help me. I eventually went down in person to try to sort this out, spoke to Sukhi who again could not help me. I asked for a manager who did not want to talk to me as 'there was nothing they could add'. I walked down myself, spoke to Rob who was sitting behind the counter, told my long story, and he basically said he couldn't do anything. So after no apology, no concern to help me, bad attitudes and a obvious realization that they are only in it for the sales, please don't expect any type of after sale support. I suspect I will get some generic response below showing how little they care about actual service. Please avoid this place as there are much better options out there.
UPDATE:
I reached out to Dan Hoskins, who I believe is the vice president, and he phoned me back the next day. He wanted to know the details of my situation and complaint. He then phoned me back again after a short period and informed me that they would be giving me a new set of wheels and rims! I could not believe this. He also gave me a choice as to what rims and tires I wanted! I am now sitting with a new set of wheels. This was amazing and I am just so relieved. Thank you Dan!

Will no longer take my truck to team fords service department. Occasion 1 they quoted me $200 for a new windshield, to which my quote changed to $450. Occasion 2 I had dented a rim on my truck and 5 different service people quoted me 5 different prices. On the 3rd and final occasion I was quoted $966 on a new set of tires for my truck thru their website, upon arriving to have the new tires put on yet again the issue of the quote was not honoured and Ford wanted $1035 for the tires.
Finally doing a deal thru Ford with a used vehicle I was given a go auto card with $1000 in go auto points, to which 5 months down the line vanished without use.
This was as much as I could take of team Ford dealership, I would not reccomend this dealership to anyone or their service department. For your sake, avoid the headache and take your vehicle somewhere else.
(Update: they finally gave back my 1000 go auto points but guest relations never got back to me on how to correct the previous experiences)
Bought a 2015 from Aaron Boyce. He was professional and made the sale a breeze. Highly recommend see him when you go in. Will definitely be a returning customer.
I just wanted to give a big "Shout Out" to the service department at Team Ford. They were able to fit both our vehicles in for service with very short notice.
The last time I took my car to another dealership I mentioned that I thought I needed new wiper blades and nothing happened. So when the first taste of winter came I was stuck with wiper blades that clearly needed to be replaced. When it came time for service at Team (we were referred to by a close friend) I forgot to mention that my wiper blades needed replacing. Low and behold, I didn't need to because they caught it and looked after it! Thanks to everyone at Team, now I guess my car is ready for the next snow fall even if I would rather be in Mexico!

I went to another dealership the previous day and was in the showroom for 30 minutes and was not acknowledged. My niece told be about her experience at Team Ford and suggested that I tried there. As soon as I arrived I was greated by a staff member (Christian) who listenef to my needs and found a truck that meets them. We were able to get the deal done and I drove off in my new truck in under 2 hours!
Amazing service, Got my explorer serviced from this facility, i have to say the staff were really friendly. Jason took care of everything.
Bought the extended warranty for $3010 in 2016. Told it was 100 percent refundable if we never used the warranty. Went in today to pay off balance of loan and refund the extended warranty and we were told it wasn t refundable. At no point and after asking several times because we felt unsure at the time of purchase about the warranty that we had nothing to worry about. This is 20 percent of the total cost of the loan. We will be contacting Ford Canada and be lodging a formal complaint about Team Ford and try to get some resolution. I realize this is our word against there s and we will do everything in our power to get a satisfactory refund. Buyer beware.

service/maintainence- extremely frustrating, had a transmission issue, cost me 1600 cad, and the problem happened again after taking out from dealership. Service dept rep and foreman mentioned that they are not resposible if they discover some new issue. my question is what the hell

Very impressed with our salesman, Jay Sinkler. His experience and attitude made the entire process very expedient and comfortable. He displayed a high level of initiative when he translated my requirements into the perfect vehicle. Throughout the process there was never an instance where I felt pressured into making a deal.

Myself and my wife popped in to Team Ford for an appointment with Trac, he was just amazing, he did everything for us except try to sell us a car. We wanted to see the difference between a Ford Edge and Escape, Trac was amazing, getting us vehicles to see, test drive, inspect nothing was to much trouble. We actually ended up buying a Ford Edge SEL. Well done Trac your amazing, would recommend anyone to visit Trac at Team Ford.
Let me tell you the story that I went through recently when purchasing a car from this place, I will tell you the reasons why I will never set foot in this place again, nor will I ever consider buying anything from Ford ever again.
I wont name names, because when you receive service, like I did; that reflects directly on the company; as it should.
One thing I will say, is that the lady handling my financing did an excellent job, and went out of her way to get me out the door, even staying 30 minutes after closing to help me.
I went in on a Saturday, told them I absolutely intended to buy a car today.
To keep it short, my vechicle was no longer running, I needed a new one for work ASAP.
Spent the next 3 hours working out a deal, found a car I wanted; excellent.
It was late in the evening, I asked if I could take it for a test ride, did so. Less than 5 minutes I returned, salesman was no where to be found, he told me he would wait for me, I waited about 10-15 minutes before asking where this guy was? Turns out he went for a test ride with someone else.
OK, It's about an hour until closing time and still haven't gone through financing? I still haven't filled out the documents before getting to financing? Asked for someone else to take over for me, did so- and he did a good job for walking into a half-finished deal.
I went through financing, done everything. Excellent.
I was told the winter tires included in the deal and detailing of the car could not be done until Monday, which is no problem considering the time ect.
Monday comes along, I wait until about 4pm to ask if the car is ready, I'm told from my salesmen that he would check on it and call me back. 15 minutes later he tells me that they are detailing and putting on the winter tires now (LIE) and that he will call me once it's done.
530 PM I call him back, what's going on? Well apparently they don't have the winter tires in the place and that they need to order them now (1-2 weeks) and they HAVE NOT DETAILED THE CAR YET.
I need my car for work tomorrow, my job depends on having a working vechicle.
I pick up my car, nothing has been done. Stickers still on the car, no matts have been placed inside, NOTHING. I'm told they will call me once the tires come in, and then they can detail my car once they do. K fine.
I wait SEVEN DAYS, no call, nothing. I call them, they tell me that they tried to call me (LIE) and that they gave my tires away to someone else!
Even if they called, why in the holy hell would you give away tires that were ordered for me? Wouldn't it be reasonable to 1. Leave a message?
2. Wait one day to call me again.... BS.
So now I'm upset, and I let them know it. I get a phone call that day that if I bring the car in, they can somehow magically put my tires on now but I'd have to make an appointment to get the car detailed?
NO.
We make an appointment for the following Monday to get it all done at once, I also forgot to mention(too you, the reader) that my salesmen telling me that I'd get a free tank of gas for my troubles (3weeks before when I took my car out of the dealership the first time). Yeah you can bet I didn't get that even though I mentioned it to them when I dropped my car off on Monday.
Oh and I mentioned to them, when I dropped my car off that I wanted my spare tires and rims put inside my car, I did not want them stored there(which is a free service for me)... I didn't say why not, but it was because i didnt want to have to come back to this place ever again.
Guess what? Picked up my car, tires and rims had been stored away(need to give them a weeks notice to get them back) and car hasn't been fueled up, I dont care just let me get out of this place.
So now, when winter ends I'll make an appointment, to get my summer tires put on. I'll be taking my winter tires and rims with me, and I will never, ever consider coming back to this place, nore will I ever consider buying from Ford again.
Now that, that's the truth. Do with it what you will, I don't want a phone call, I don't want a reimbursment. Don't bother.
I just had the most astoundingly terrible customer service experience at a car dealership to date. Over charged, after waiting for 9 weeks for a repair that was thought to be a catalytic converter (cut out by a thief) just to find out that in fact the cat converter was not stolen and the repair could have been completed in a matter of days. But because the shop hadn't bothered to inspect the vehicle, this wasn't found out until after we waited 9 weeks for parts on backorder. And when I tried to have a conversation about the invoice with the service manager I essentially received no apology, just a patronizing lecture on how a business runs. Well, you might want to remember that you make most of your profits by upselling service agreements and convincing people to bring their cars to you for maintenance. If having vehicles sit for weeks on end is a common occurrence, you probably shouldn't brag about it. Sucks to suck I guess.
As and edit to address Krystal's response: first, it not a good look to give a defensive response to a customer. But that's apparently how you treat people at your dealership. Second, as you guys love bringing up the fact that we called to order parts, then perhaps you could tell me what happened to those parts that were ordered on June 9 to be shipped overnight? Perhaps you used our parts on someone else's vehicle? You keep trying to put the blame on us as customers, who are not mechanics. I can't for the life of me understand why you would not immediately inspect the vehicle when it arrived at your shop. Everyone there kept saying that the thief was too dumb to know that the catalytic converter was located at the back of the vehicle - yet not one of your mechanics over the course of 9 weeks was able to spot the sawn up pipe hanging an inch above the ground at the front of the vehicle and put 2 and 2 together?
The fact remains that this entire thing would not have happened if Team Ford had a proper procedure in place. It would have taken a glance to know a different repair was needed.
And it it continually astonishing to me that your staff respond by blaming us for "ordering" the parts. You are running a business that provides a professional service by certified experts. In what world is it a viable response to say we ordered the parts and so it's our fault we had to wait.
Went in for some simple service work before winter it and Shaun Meritt Was great at explaining what needed to be done and why. It was a nice change from the Auto Shops over selling you on work and what needs to be done. Great Customer Service skills and knowledge. Team for has got a good one there.

If there was an option to pick a 0 star I would but it doesnt give me the option. I can fully agree with Amanda ellesworth review. What an absolute mind blowing headache of a screw around with these guys. Do not reccomend unless you have the desire to wanna be talked down to because you can't afford to pay for your new and old vehicle payments at the same time because someone cant do their job. My full family has invested nearly 260,0000$ into ford vehicles roughly. The company I work for has invested millions of dollars in fleet vehicles in the passed 4 years I would not suggest going in there. Cam clark ford in red deer deserves your service instead. Or any one else for that matter.

Jason was amazing right off the bat. I told him what I was looking for (originally f350) and he got right to work. After a few days of he worked out price after trade in and then I changed my mind to a f150. He was able to again find what I was looking for. Once getting to the dealership (after traveling from BC ) Jason didn't waste time getting my papers ready. Once Jason's work was done (which he did very effectively ad professionally ), he passed me on to Erin the financing manager. Erin was very helpful and was more than willing and eager to explain any questions I had. Once done Jason was happy to show me how everything worked in my first brand new f150. Overall my experience was excellent and painless. No one was pushy and trying to upsell unlike my local dealerships. I would happily recommend anyone to buy from GO Team Ford.

Bought a 2020 Explorer from Team Ford. In the past 3 years this is the third Ford we've bought and neither of the past two experiences were particularly pleasant so wasn't sure I'd buy another Ford.
Team Ford and the salesman, Francis, were excellent. Sold me a car with no pressure, gave me what I feel was a fair deal for my trade (2017 Explorer).
I was anxious to drive my new car so took it home the day I bought it and when I brought it back to be cleaned the person who washed the car also cleaned my daughters car seat (which has melted crayons and other goodies on it). So was impressed with the post sales experience as well.
Would definitely buy another car there and would recommend Team ford to anyone looking for a Ford (and the Explorer particularly, my new one is getting 40% better mileage then my last one with more horsepower).
My Experience was Completely done over the Phone or Text. Because I live in Edson, I was a Little Paranoid about Driving, also because I live 8 Km. Out of Edson, I needed a Vehicle. I bought my first and last new vehicle from team Ford. Nothing but lies and broken promises. The truck started having problems and they kept saying it was the battery even after the battery was changed. They refused to diagnose my truck properly and it kept dying on the highway and almost got me killed once. They kept replacing the battery (not under warranty of course) and would never fix the problem. Went to pick my truck up after an oil change and there was no oil in it at all. They drove it out of the oil change center to the parking lot DRY then refused to do anything except fill it up with oil and give me a free car wash. The truck started puffing smoke after that and I gave up and returned it. These people are pure scum. Do not buy from them.

I just wanted to make sure that Team Ford got the praise they deserve for doing such a great job and helping me secure a fantastic deal on my dream truck (2017 F-150 Platinum) that I've had on my wishlist since 2015. I wasn't actually planning on buying when I did, but the whole team made it so that it was impossible to turn down their offer and I got my truck 6 months earlier than I expected thanks to their hard work and suggestions.
Everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with a Team Ford was professional but also easy to work with and casual enough to joke around with which made it even easier to work out a deal.
Much thanks to Scott Tutty and Chris Power for going out of their way for me for both my trade in value and going over a bunch of different options for a new truck, even often helping out after hours via text messages. I'm sure I was probably not the easiest customer to deal with but it didn't show in their approach or conversations.
Erin and Rumeet in finance as well for helping out on the back end to fix some of the confusion on my complex deal so that I was happy and the numbers worked out to where my budget would allow.

Long waits in quick lube. Was in store 1.5 hrs never once a procedure by a a sales rep. They all seemed preoccupied on their phones. I sat in every show room vehicle. Walked the lot 3 times.
I managed to great a deal of a vehicle from them.
The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. They were able to meet my price points and needs; I was able to get in contact with, and get answers from them whenever I needed it. They provided a loaner vehicle free of charge and paid for gas while I was waiting for my vehicle.
Overall a pleasant experience that I would recommend to see, at the least , what they can offer.

My sales person was Denis Tanner, he knows his job well. he helped me in each possible way from getting the best deal after long negotiations, to receiving two vehicles at the same time Ford Explorer 2017 XLT one for myself and one for my friend. Both got auto cards to help with buying accessories in future. Once deal was done stress free delivery or pickup was available. We are really happy and definitely recommend this location.

Go for trading a SUV for another vehicle. I talk first to Scott and he introduced me to Kaval according to my situation. Would rate zero if we could. AWFUL, REPEAT experiences with the service department over the last few years. Not one competent person there including the manager. Nothing offered to us to fix the problems except "sorry" each time the mistakeS are made. Won't be returning. BUYER BEWARE.
Follow up Review: The experience to get my car has nothing to do with the problems I have had with this dealership after getting my vehicle. The dealership took over 20 days to buy out my vehicle with no communication from the dealership other than me personally calling on a weekly basis and I continued to make payments to a car that was no longer in my possession. I submitted a direct deposit slip to the dealership to submit to Ford credit and that was not submitted. The end result is I'm now back two payments even after going directly to the dealership and making a payment for my vehicle. There is absolutely no ownership taken for these errors on my account and there is no one to talk to about it in order to fix it. It is one big pass along. I won't be using my oil changes offered by this dealership. I won't be doing any more business with this dealership and I will be posting this to friends and family so the same problems don't happen to anyone else I know. Worst customer care I have ever experienced.
Second time back to the dealer and will be back. The sales team here is great, never have issues with them. They are easy to get ahold of and are never pressuring. Had a bit of hiccups due to some unforeseen circumstances but was made up for in the end.
