Survived for almost 2 years. Did well at times. Most of the time say a lot. From day one, every time I asked for miles, they would say, no freight or really slow. I was lucky to get 1000 miles a week . However, the maintenance department was very top of the line. I ended up leaving, because I wasn't able too make enough money to pay bills. For the first 3 months was a good, then went down

Trucking company not much need for regular people to visit

Great place to drive! Not the highest paying but they treat their drivers very well!

Kitty out of your St. Louis location made working for transland a nightmare. She was extremely rude and disrespectful when she talked to me and she swore at me alot. Very unprofessional and she lacked communication skills. It was really difficult to talk to her and found myself having to hang up b/c the way she spoke to me was so vile. As a grown man I didn't talk to people in that manner and refused to allow her to continuous speak to me the way she did. I offered and suggested that she text me since she couldn't communicate respectfully. I tried complaining about her to upper management and HR but nothing changed. Eventually she started to complain about me as retaliation for my complaints against her and she wrote me up multiple times for illegitimate claims and eventually had me fired. At the time I had over 14yrs of driving experience no accidents, points, no dui/dwi with clean driving record (& still do) and I had served as a trainer performing road tests for drivers in previous roles. My point is she LIED on me and had me fired. My feedback is: take better care of your drivers, they are the heart of your operation and w/o them noone in the company would be employed. If they complain take it serious and follow up and give consequences to their superiors. Otherwise you loose good drivers.

Great Trucking Company. Think about their drivers a lot of companies don't. Clean trucks. Clean yard. Family oriented. I can't say enough good about this company!!

The driver with trailer number 6288 needs to learn to drive and get off that headset. Instead of driving like a normal person he made a very fast left turn into the loves truck stop directly in front of us. Then said it's OK did i hit you it's all ok. No ignorance iz not ok... Learn to drive or stay off the road.

Love this place. My husband has worked here for the last 4 yrs. Good people and good business.

They had awesome showers,and very nice staff,i came here with my uncle i love transland so much, they treat there drivers like royalty! The bunkers are very spacious, And transland is so thoughtful, they have a company car and a truck,they evan have two special trucks foe breast cancer awarneaa month,and a special autism truck!

Good place to work treat you like family not a number

Dont waste your time. Minimal miles and pay, inter office issues that need to be resolved. There are other, better companies.

Large trucking Company focused on safety and on time shipments

As an owner operator our short experience was very pleasant. Running a small fleet of our own we at Low Logistics hated that we had to separate with them. They worked very well with our driver whom, had several issues at home and was suffering from a rough patch in his life and transland did all they could to accommodate the home time he needed and still operate the truck in the green. We are proud to have been a part of the transland family for what short time we were able to be there. The only con was safety. The lady in safety I dont believe truly knows the aspects of how to use the personal conveyance ability on the elog. She was a bit rude to my driver and my spouse. Which truly determined our reason for leaving. Even without having a driver for our equipment we almost chose to maintain our lease due to the very easy going group we worked with. Her rude actions toward my spouse and driver made the final decision for me.

I don't work here but wanted to leave the review for a driver that works for you. I was stranded at flying j truck stop in missouri and your driver terry bright stopped to help me get back on the road he was very nice and even offered to buy me a soda. I could tell he was in a hurry but he stopped before two other transland drivers ignored me. He deserves a raise for what he did for me, even prayed for me for a safe trip couldnt ask for a better driver on the road. And i forgot to mention he also was only transland driver wearing his seat belt and had a headset on talking saftey first i hope i can repay him one day

My dad works their and his name is Daniel Foster and he loves it. You guys are so nice to him and I really really want a transland t-shirt. When I went with him I had the best time of my life. I love it. I want to grow up to work their. The fleet managers are so funny and sweet. I remember they offered me pancakes and I said that I only liked chocolate chiped ones, so they sent someone to go get me a chocolate chip pancake and it was delicious.

Ohh I guess they're alright.. they keep letting me go home and I keep coming back so that must mean something..lol I left 2 weeks after writing that (personal reasons) but they really are the best company I ever worked for..

Wonderful place to work for. All the here are friendly and outgoing. They keep you running.
