They completely wasted my time today. I made the appointment to repair my car AS REQUESTED and nothing was done! Not even an estimate. This is utter BS! All that was done was an oil change and 2 wasted hours of my life that I can't ever get back. Then I was told they can't see me, AFTER I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR ANOTHER 3 WEEKS! THEY OFFERED NO ANSWERS AND NO SOLUTIONS, THEY BOTH JUST STOOD THERE UNCONCERNED AS IF MY ISSUE WASN'T RELEVANT.
BUT THAT CARD READER WORKED PERFECTLY AND ON TIME WITHOUT ISSUE THOUGH! THEY DIDN'T HESITATE TO TAKE MY MONEY!

Got a flyer in the mail says scratch and match to win? I had my doubts and they were confirmed. Just a scam by shady used car salesman to get you in the door to try to sell you a car and get your information to sell to marketing companies! Got there and some guy says I match to win a lottery ticket, yeah no thanks. I'll never think about buying a car from there. Don't bother with there misleading advertising. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I don't think anyone who might have thought they won would buy a car after going in and being told nope it's just a scam to get you in here. Guy said "oh you thought you won $2,000?" Duh! If you have to trick people into coming in with fine print then there's something wrong.

Taylor Chevrolet has the best staff ever, I purchased my vehicle in September after someone hit my truck and totaled it. Carmen helped me with finding the right vehicle for me, she explained everything and helped me stay in my budget, the entire staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. I have never gotten the kind of incredible service gotten from Taylor Chevrolet today. It was time for an oil change and tire rotation (first one). Jordan, in the service department took care of the matter. When the auto was ready I asked: "how much do I owe?". Jordan replied: "nothing". I have been leasing autos for 22 years - never got this kind of service. When you need a new Chevrolet, please see Shawn Range. She will totally take care of you. S ee Jordan in the Service Department. In this day and age we are fortunate to find a company that will totally take care of your needs. They (Taylor Chevrolet) offer service and not just talk. Kudos to Jordan and Shawn.
I went in last week after getting pre-approved online and speaking with Rhonda (I hope this is how she spells her name) Rhonda was very sweet and super excited to share the news about my pre-approval. My appointment was made to meet with Ed Lazette. Ed himself was very honest and to the point to ensure I understood how everything was going to go. With having small doubts in the back of my head (because of the past my credit had before working on improving it.) Ed, worked on everything himself with some help of his supervisor and.....I was more than thrilled to find out my trade in more than covered my down payment! Needless to say, I drove off the lot with a newer financed car, and I waved to my old car I had for the past 2 and a half years.

Purchased my car from Feldman Chevy of Novi on March 23. On March 30 my engine light came on so I called the Feldman on the following Monday 9 days after purchased with 300 miles on the car and asked them if I could take the car to Taylor Chevy because it was 5 minutes from where I live and Feldman Chevy of Novi said absolutely. I took my car there on April 1 after work they looked at it and question when did I fill up with gas and where. I told them I filled up the Friday before and that it didn t take a lot of gas with only 340 miles on the car. They told me they were going to keep it and get me a rental.
A week after they had it they called me and asked if I would give them permission to empty the tank of gas I had in the car and test the gas. If the gas came back as bad gas they were going to charge me $400.00. I was very upset and complaining how can they charge me with only 340 miles on the car one tank of gas. Taylor told me to call novi which is where I leased it from and see if they would split the cost with me or they said even see if novi would pay for it which psssss me off. I wouldn t give them permission. Instead I called gm customer service and filed a complaint against them. About 5 minutes later I received a call back from Taylor and they said I understand you have a case number from gm customer service and I said yes. I can t understand why I have to give permission for this. They told me I had until late afternoon to either give permission or start paying for rental if rental was not returned yet afternoon. I stated to them that I would be returning the rental immediately which I did within minutes.
I called Feldman back again and explained back to them what was going on with the car and what Taylor chevy had told me. The service manager told me to drive car until gas light comes on and fill up with Premium gas. Once I put the premium gas in to drive it and put 20 miles on it if the engine light doesn t go off to take the car to Feldman Novi and have them look at it which is exactly what I did because the engine light never came off.
I drop the car off the following morning to Feldman Novi service Department they got me a rental and at 4 o clock on my way home from work I received a call from Novi that my car was fixed that it took approximately two hours to diagnose that it was the air cooler sensor had come loose from factory. They tightened it up and reset all the codes and my car is ready for pick up.
Feldman Chevy Novi had my car for approximately 6 hours not 7 days and solved the issue by putting the meter on and discovered all codes were reading high and started looking at everything. Taylor Chevy needs to clean house and get new employees that know how to put meter on cars and hire new females that know how to work as team players and talk to customers . I was the customer and should not of cried and gotten upset like I did. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO TAYLOR CHEVY.

My repair was for my Chevy 2016 Colorado.It was sending signals to my dash and I could only go 25 miles an hour. That was fixed, along with an airflow part. The repair costs were over $800. I thought it was fixed, however, it did the same thing again with the lights and traction and back to only being able to do 25 miles per hour. I immediately returned to the dealership.. They took it in right away which was a good thing, and it was fixed the next day. Their explanation was that there was a dead fly on the sensor. I was charged an additional $203.00. That fly should of been diagnosed when I paid for my first inspection. I am very unhappy, as I have already spent well over $1000.00 with parts and labor. I am requesting a refund of this additional $203. I would like to continue to purchase my vehicles from this dealership, however, I am very unhappy with my last service experience.
Although I had a 9:am appt for an oil change, things didn't go as planned. They had only 1 service adviser and Christie was was running herself trying to keep up. I'm sure covid has a lot to do with it. It was over 2 hours till I got my truck back. 2 hours for an oil change! My equninox needs service, but I'll be taking it to a quickie oil change facility. 2 hours is unexceptable.

I went in recently to inquire about a lease, but the sales person seemed he did not want to help me. He gave me every reason that I would not qualify, certain credit score or telling me we don t have any car I ask for, and not honoring the promotions on the website. I guess he is not aware that under the fair credit act it s against the law to deny or try to discourage a person from applying for credit just because YOU think they will not be approved. It really upset me because I went in with the intention of leasing a car from Taylor Chevy, as I have purchased a car in the past from them.
I ended up going to another dealership the same day and walked out with a new lease.
The sales person (who I will not name) needs to work on his customer service skills, credit laws and not brush me or anyone off as if we don t fit his standards to qualify for a car. Why advertise we say yes when he clearly did not want to bother with me. And before all this I called twice, he said he would call me back and that did not happen, so I did not want to be a bother, asked to speak to any available person than came in the next day and was sent to the unnamed sales person because he sold me a car before which he did not. At that point I honestly felt discriminated, which I hate to say, but additional things happened that led me to that conclusion.
I am done doing any type of business with them, which I have been going there the past two years for any of my car maintenance.
Update: The Sales Manager Jody reached out right away. He was very professional, apologized for my experience and assured me he will address the issue with the sales person. He also mentioned to reach out to him if I need anything in the future.
Thanks to him I can put this experience behind me and consider doing business with Taylor Chevrolet in the future.

This is the second time I ve come here this time for a tire issue. I gotten here @ 8:40am, y all open at 8:30 the man told me it shouldn t be no more than 30 45 min because they wasn t busy. Here it is 11:15 and I m still sitting here all the seats was filled up and I m the last one sitting here. I am a General Motors employee and I still can t get good treatment. This is my last time coming here and I recommend no one comes here.
I leased my car from Taylor Chevrolet I had no problems with that part Ron was amazing and I would lease or buy a car from him again anytime.. However the service department really needs some customer service skills big time. I am very disappointed in the way they have treated me the last couple times I've been in. I take my car in anytime I need a oil change and tire rotation. I usually come in around 3:30. I understand that it is close to the end of the day but I work days that is the only time I can take it in. The first issue I had I was standing in line patiently waiting to be helped the guy standing at the podium/desk helps the guy in front of me then looks at me and says I DON'T HAVE TIME TO HELP YOU and storms off. I didn't even say anything he could of said sorry I have to take care of something someone will be with you in a minute. The next guy walks up and ask me what I need I tell him a tire rotation and a oil change and I told him I got a notice about a recall. He tells me my techs go home in about a 1hr and a half we aren't going to be able to take care of your recall issue. You need to schedule something. Even if I call to make a appointment they always want me to leave my car there all day. I took tomorrow off work because I figured I would bring my car in because its been idling and the service engine light came on yesterday. I call at 3 today ask the guy if I can bring my car in early in the morning and leave it all day and get my engine checked because I am really concerned because of the idling issue and I would like to get a tire rotation and oil change while I am there. The guy says NOPE we don't have time to check it we can do the oil change but absolutely don't have time tomorrow to help with the engine problem. I said well I guess I should just take it someplace else because this is a issue I'm worried about he says yeah better do that because we don't have time.. I call Dick Genthe talk to there service department the guys says yes bring your car in anytime tomorrow we will take care of it and we notice you have a couple recalls you need checked out we can take care of that also.. I couldn't believe how nice the guy at Dick Genthe was while for the last two years I've been basically wrecking the days of these service people at Taylor Chevy. I will NEVER take my car there ever again..

Alice was very helpful, patient and did everything in her power to get us two brand new 2021 Trailblazers. This was the best dealership experience I ve had (speaking both for Europe and MI-USA). Service department replaced satellite radio antenna + airbag module, which was damaged from the antenna leaking over a period of time undetected until wet carpet was noticed in the floorboard. The repair was done quickly and service adviser "Lenny" was very helpful, clearly explaining the exact nature of the repair.
Assuming that the water leak does not occur again within the guaranteed two year period, I'm relieved to get this taken care of.
The cost of the repair seemed much higher than it needed to be, but since the dealership was likely my best option, I chose Taylor Chevy, having recently leased my last car from Mike Kennedy there.
As a sidebar... not related to you or me... I was very disturbed to learn from my personal research of all the other Chevy owners who have had the same water leak issues with their vehicles. This has been a well known problem for many years!
I intend to file a complaint with GM regarding this unacceptable manufacturing process which has caused a lot of frustration and expense to it's customers.
Regardless, thank you Lenny... you were a big help... will likely be back to Taylor should I purchase another Chevy.
I'm so glad to have Taylor Chevrolet behind me and a warranty most of all. Even though I thought my brake system light was on and it was only the tire light, they still looked at the breaks and made sure I was safe. In my defense, the icons do look the same and I had paniced that something was wrong with my breaks and didn't look further to match the icons up.
Thank goodness it wasn't the case and the guys were very kind about it.
I currently recommend this dealership to all my friends and family that want to own/drive and experience what Taylor Chevy has to offer.

I made a 7:30 am appointment, dropped my truck off the night before. I was very specific. I was just released from the hospital after having my quad reattached, I can only drive my truck as it allows me to step up, not down and I can push the seat back electronically to allow my leg to not bend so I can enter the vehicle. Told the service tech I HAD TO HAVE IT BACK, they told me total of 1 hour. I called 10am, no call back, 11am, no call back, called and spoke to two other service department members whom indicated there were no notes and no info on my truck. Finally got a call back at 2pm after I had to call the salesmen I purchased it from to tell him I have had it. He alone (Kevin Dodson), got them to call me and they had not even done the oil change yet. I had to get a medical taxi to my therapy session and the Kevin, thank god, was kind enough to drop it off at my house. He is the ONLY reason I will even consider going to Taylor Chevy and have changed my preferred dealer to Bates. I will use Kevin to purchase as he is an outstanding salesmen but I will never recommend the service at Taylor Chevy to anyone and in fact will go out of my way to make sure they avoid it as this is not the first occurrence. They lost my keys last time, I had to wait 2 hours for them to find it, dinged the door on my old truck.. I have had my fill, I did not need this kind of issue right now as merely getting around is more of a struggle than people can even imagine.

I had a bad experience at the USED car lot spoke with the manager had a worse experience instead of trying to fix the problem they retaliated to me writing a truthful accurate review on Facebook about the experience thus far by archiving my application never telling me what I was pre approved for and calling me on the phone to tell me that they wouldn t help me because of the review I wrote which wasn t made up or exaggerated but accurate down to the punctuation. I thought with business it was suppose to be business not personal non the less I wouldn t recommend anyone here nor go back here until they realize customer service is about the customer not their bruised egos

I dont get why they have you make a appointment if there not gonna go by them and take ppl that jus walk in first.

Went in to get my car fixed today. I called beforehand to make sure they had availability. Drove my car a half hour whilst stalling at every stop light. Finally get there and talk to a woman in the service lane who was nice and courteous so I'm thinking the visit may actually go smoothly. Talk to mike Thompson and he's super rude and basically tells us to leave because he's too busy and doesn't have a loaner car for us. I would definitely be understanding if he didn't have a car available but there was no need to be rude and condescending to my wife and I especially after what has already been a trying day. Customer service definitely isn't important to this man or his male counterpart.
We were going to look at putting money down on a new vehicle as our car was being worked on but now we will be taking our business elsewhere.
I came to the used lot looking for a C6 corvette, someone came out & looked at me, then started to walk away. I stopped him & asked if he had any C6 corvettes on the lot & he said "we have no corvettes here, check the new lot". I asked him, "you want me to check the new lot for a used corvette c6?" He shrugged his shoulders & replied with "Yeah, I guess so"

I am more than pleased with the customer service I received at this Dealership. Christina was honest, and stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process, and was just fantastic. I have never been treated so well by a dealership. I will continue to use Taylor Chevrolet for all future purchases and will highly recommend everyone I know to use them for their vehicle purchases. So today 4/21/18 at 2:14 I had called the used care sales and spoke with a gentlemen (didn t get his name) and I was asking about two lifted used trucks that are for sale, this guy took my name and number and insisted that as soon as one of his salesman had returned that there would be a return call ASAP, so I m thinking ok cool because I am really interested in one of them trucks for sale, and O yeah it s 5:18 now and no call or text so If a phone call can t be returned I shall continue else where with my business. Aside from the fact when I stopped real quick to look at the trucks there were a few salesman hanging outside smoking and joking, I would have talked to one of them but I was in between running some errands (that s why I called).
After buying 2 cars from Ed Lazette I could not be happier with his service!! Every time there is a problem Ed is right there to make it right!! I have been looking to turn in my Chrysler 200 and was unable to get into a new car because of the overage miles on the Chrysler.
