I called to get a quote for the service department but the switchboard operator refused to transfer me if I did not provide my first and last name and telephone number. I informed her I was not in the market for a car and I just wanted to speak to someone in for possible service on my car but since the dealership is collecting personal information to solicit information I refused to patronize this dealer there hidden motive
