We have just boughtbought our 2nd vehicle from Taylor Chevrolet and we may love our newest car. Paige and Dennis were amazing and help us in everything we wanted and needed! We thank you both and can't wait to do it again!!

Ordered a part in September and it finally came in...

Ordered a part in September and it finally came in May. During the pandemic I had to have work done at Mark Chevrolet on some sensors that went bad due to the valve. Brought the car in to have the part installed and had it noted that a few other issues came about recently. Was called to come pick up the car and the other issues weren't resolved at all so I left the car there again and went another four days without a car. Got called to come pick up a rental car. During that time I was told by Mike Thompson that another sensor(crank sensor) was blown due to the valve. I gave the ok to fix that. Then Mike called me back stating that the ECM had to be replaced and usually runs about $600 dollars but due to all my trouble he was going to take care of the costs for me. Had a rental car for over 20 days and then was called stating Mike was no longer there and I had to pay the extra six hundred dollars that I was told I wouldn't initially be charged for. I am currently on furlough and run a multi million dollar operation as a director at a hotel. If one of my managers or associates promises a certain discount to a guest that shouldn't be given I have to approve that discount and then hold the individual accountable. I have bought and had all of my cars serviced there for fifteen years and have sent family members there as well to purchase cars. At this time I probably will be taking my business to another Chevy dealership in the future.

Leasing my car from Taylor Chevrolet was a great experience. The staff were friendly and the service was great. Jasen Raby was my sales person and he made transitioning from one car maker to another so seamless for me. I will definitely be going back to get into a new lease with Jasen when this one is up. Thanks for a great experience!

It's been a couple days and I'm still in awe about...

It's been a couple days and I'm still in awe about how badly I was treated. I've never felt more taken by an establishment than I did by Taylor Chevrolet. I was lied to and made to feel like it was my fault. I was specifically told that nothing would be done without my consent and I specified that I wanted nothing done to my vehicle unless
it was covered by warranty. After they had my car for 6 days they proceeded to call me and tell me that my warranty was expired. That's understandable except I feel like this should've been known on the first day even before the diagnostic was done. Instead they did it anyway unbeknownst to me that I'd have to pay $240. I would never have consented to this because I am on a fixed income and had to then borrow money to get my car back. I will never give Taylor Chevy my business again and before now I along with 2 other members of immediate family were loyal customers.

The service center is the worst wouldn't recommend to anyone ....they sold me a car that went through a 172 point inspection within 4 mnths I have had to make 2 appointment to get the camera fixed first appointment told me they couldn't fix the car today and I needed to make another appointment that cost me a day of work...bring in for the repair on the second appointment they give me a foreign car for a day rental iam sorry thought I bought an American made car.totally unacceptable ..now I need service on my air conditioning told I have to wait over two weeks for an appointment. Then I call to ask why we have such a delay and mark and his staff get rude...unbelievable

I love Victoria DePalma and Taylor Chevrolet! From the minute I walked in the door, I felt like Victoria and I had known each other forever. She didn't pressure me or try to up-sell me; instead, she worked diligently to make sure I was able to get what I needed for the price I could afford. I also appreciate that I didn't have to sign off with three or four people before leaving the dealership: I was able to do all of my business with Victoria. Easiest and most pleasant vehicle purchase I've ever experienced. :)

We've purchased a couple of vehicles here because thos place treats you right and gives you the best price. Customer service is top notch.
I also like that the repair shop makes appointments and keeps them so you aren't standing around waiting for someone to get to you. The communications for estimated time of completion could be a little better.

I called multiple Chevrolet dealerships and Taylor Chevrolet quoted me the best cost to get another key made for my recently purchased used truck. I was assisted by Matt at the Taylor dealership and he was very helpful and honest. The other dealerships I contacted gave me a higher quote and told me they had to program my key. Matt told me how to program it myself which was very simple and saved me $50-$100. During my visit I inquired about a remote car starter and he explained that I already have one on my truck and he showed me how to use it. Matt provided me with excellent customer service.

Terrible service that I received. I found out that my Chevy 2017 needed to have the rear main seal replaced. It took about a week to get a loaner car only to find out they wanted to charge me over $600 for a little scratch on the hood. I never paid that much attention when I did my inspection. Be careful with this dealer. Keeping long term satisfied customers is not something they care about.

I've been bringing my vehicle to your dealership for a few years now, always receiving exemplary customer service, as well as top-notch repair service. However, this last repair, with the exception of customer service, fell far short of what I have become accustomed to from your dealership. Upon picking up my vehicle I found my front and rear speakers were inoperable, my vehicle was also low on transmission fluid. I placed a call into your service manager Mark, expressing my concerns and issues, and have yet to hear a response.

While I cant speak for the sales department, avoid the service department at all costs. After multiple visits with my new truck, being patient while they tried multiple times to fix power steering failure which eventually resulted in being replaced the 4th time around. Come to find out they did not perform an alignment after this which resulted in bad tire wear a few months down the road when I was getting thumping sound in the front end along with steering wheel shake. I took it in and they moved the bad front tires to the rear and did an alignment. I was told that the rear was now shaking but that is "should" eventually wear properly. I said it was not acceptable as the tire wear was do to bad alignment on their part. They said they never did an alignment, which I have had other service departments confirm is not proper procedure after replacing steering rack components and why the alignment was off. After having to contact corporate support which they then contacted the dealer did I get them to replace the tires. Upon picking up the truck the steering wheel was not aligned correctly. I took it back and thought all was resolved with this issue. But later receiving a low tire pressure warning was when I realized that they never did the relearn for the TPMS system and tires were not linked to correct location on vehicle. I took it in to get this done, which they then rotated them again as well. After leaving the dealer I noticed bad shake in front end. Made appointment to take it in next day to get it looked at and received a call from Service Manager Mark Len asking me to please take it elsewhere. When asked why he stated it was because of a previous survey I filled out stating honestly how I felt about my service. Rather then try and correct the problem and make use of the survey he felt it would be better off not risking another negative survey and refused looking at my truck anymore.

My salesperson Lisa L. was great! She went above and beyond to get me what I wanted! I wanted a specific 2020 Blazer 3LT Summit White with a sunroof and black rims, she had to check other dealers because there was not alot of inventory on the lots. The truck that she did find did not have black rims so she sent the rims out to be dipped in black for me and she had black bows put on the front and rear to give me that sporty style that I was looking for. I only had the truck about 2 weeks and the power steering stopped working. It took about 6 weeks for the warranty approval and the service to be done. Almost every time my husband called to check on the status he was sent to voice mail. He left several messages. No one ever called him back, Not even the service manager. This is poor customer service.

Good morning at the time of my lease purchase last year it was not explained to me how the tire warranty would work once purchased! What is required is an Authorization from the warranty company first! As the customer coming in to have my tire repaired or replaced this should be explained thoroughly! The service technician should at time of appointment which was 1:15pm get the Authorization first so that I the customer wouldn't have to wait unessassary long drawn out times at the dealership. What I'm conveying to Taylor Chevrolet is it doesn't take 3 hours to plug a Tire! The Authorization should have been submitted first upon me dropping my vehicle off because they do take longer to get fax back! If the request was submitted at 3:30pm or later! I use to be a prior Authorization Specialist so I know they need to submitted first! I also let the technician know I needed to pick up my son at the time. I didn't leave the dealership until 4:20 pm! It was an Inconvenience of my time!

I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I had an issue with a vehicle I bought from them, I was swiftly contacted about my complaint and told to bring the car in. They looked at the vehicle and offered to fix it free of charge or buy it back. I took the buy it back option and now I have an awesome 2018 Silverado for a great price. Thanks to everyone who helped me out specifically Jen from the service department, Kevin Dodson from sales and Mark the manager. This dealership is very honest and willing to work with everyone even if you have bad credit. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from here, they don't leave you behind just because you drove off the lot.

Do not use for Service! My vehicle has been there almost 2 months now and I still have no idea when they will even start working on it. I text Jennifer every week and sometimes I get a response that says "no update" or "looking for parts".

Even when I call I get a "I'm busy, can I call you back". I get it, everyone is busy but at some point I am going to need that vehicle back. I regret taking my vehicle into Taylor Chevrolet for service and will not do so again. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for service.

Update: I gave up on getting anything done with this place and am now making arrangements to get the vehicle out of there. What a PITA this has been.

I was told at the Used Chevrolet Dealership that I couldn't get approved for a car loan with my Dad as the cosigner unless my Dad gave up my mom's car which he is the title holder on... this was after we got approved for a 2017 GMC Terrain and we test drove it then Friday we were told it would need to be put through a safety inspection so we had to come back to pick it up Monday I called ahead on Monday and I was told the SUV had a bad transmission and it was going to be sent to auction. I was told I could come in and pick out another vehicle but when we arrived I was told that the stipulations in the loan was based on my Dad turning in my Mom's Traverse she ain't having that... So with the new loan I had a small list of cars I could choose from and SMALL CARS WAS THE ONLY CARS ON THE LIST. I'm sixfeetfive I can't drive a Nissan Sentra Chevy Cruze or Chevy Sonic. The dealer has yet to call me back about any other options and has not neither has he returned my calls I left two voicemail messages since yesterday. So that's why I would not recommend Taylor Chevrolet because I got approved for a car but I have no car. not going to mention the dealers name because we all gotta eat and he's not the owner he's just a cog in the wheel

Based on my race I was denied a lease and I was thrown out with the man Dennis saying I couldn't afford it but I make more than most of the workers in there salary wise. This is my 2nd purchase from Taylor Chevy. My first experience was awesome. Came in with about 11 payments on a lease and got into a new Equinox with a lower payment.

This experience started poorly. Had some months left on my lease, wanted to get out due to being close to miles and the 1st salesman I saw was more interested in my credit score than actually helping me get into a new car. He told me if I was going to purchase with GM financial, instead of lease, that the interest rate was 12%. (I have always purchased GM vehicles, both lease and finance and know that is false.) A few days later, I had another sales person call me and I explained my situation to her, she told me come when I was closer to being over miles. I was a bit frustrated.

I called again this past week and spoke with someone and they told me again, wait til I am closer to being over miles to get a new vehicle. I had 7 payments left, GM financial was waiving 4 payments. Still, did not want to help me get into a new vehicle. Frustrated that no one would help, I had an appointment with another dealer (Ford) to get into a new vehicle.

On Weds, I had someone call me from Taylor Chevy regarding turning my lease in early. I called back and the person who answered was Jody, the sales manager. I explained my situation and he asked me to let him try and make things right. He got me into another Equinox lease, and lowered my payment. I picked up my car last night. Jody and Lisa, my sales person were very great to me. I appreciate what they did. I will refer my friends and family back to Lisa and Jody. Thank you both so much!
