Do not trust Kurt in sales or Jen in the service department. I bought a 2006 GMC Canyon with 68,000 miles on it from them. After signing papers, Kurt came by my work later that day, handing me keys with a big salesman smile on his face and one minor conceit: "Oh by the way, the check engine light is on but it's no big deal, if you have problems we will take care of it". This was my first warning sign, and I should not have trusted him. But, alas, I needed a car and I did have a warranty, right? It might just be an electrical issue. Once I got a break at work, I went to start the truck. Nothing. It wouldn't turn over. I called and they said it was minor, and that I would get a rental while they fixed it. A month later, I get my truck back and it turns on! Great! However, later that same day after I finish working, I try and start it again. Nothing. Check engine light is still on. The battery was charged, but the truck still wouldn't turn over. I repeat the same process, every day, hoping my truck starts and then bumming a ride when it doesn't, for four days. They then take it back in for service, but instead of fixing anything, they do nothing saying they can't find any mechanical issue with the truck. I'm sitting here right now, in the snow and in the cold, trying to start this damn truck. It might start, it might not, but I know one thing: I will never even entertain buying another thing from Taylor Used Chevy. They are dishonest, and they sold me a lemon. Be careful, salesmen, especially Kurt, do not care about you. They want your money.
