Made a 10am service appointment for a oil change on my truck that I bought here. Showed up early to hopfully get done sooner and here we are been here hour and a half and just asked and they are now just starting my truck. I dont get why they have you make a appointment if there not gonna go by them and take ppl that jus walk in first.
