Once you've purchased the vehicle, all customer service stops. I bought a used car & paid an additional fee to have a paint repair done over 3 months ago...I've called, texted and still no response back from Todd at Tasca - Cranston. I should've taken the car to a body shop - instead I'm out $750. I'll never buy a car from them again!
