I would like to say a huge thank you to the team at On Target especially Izzy, Adrian and David. I was kept up to date at all times during the recruitment process. My main contact was Izzy who went above and beyond to ensure that I was well informed, supported and that all of my questions were answered. I am very happy with the outcome, and I really appreciate all of your help.

The initial contact was positive, friendly and most importantly it felt like it was relevant to my background and that On Target had considered my CV carefully before phoning. They listened carefully to any reservations and had more than enough information to hand to make my decision to apply an easy one.

Throughout the whole process I had absolute confidence that my application was important and any and all concerns were addressed immediately. Calls and emails were always answered straight away and I never had to chase for any answers, this alone made a huge difference.

My experience with OTR as a whole has been fantastic, all the staff I have spoken to have been very professional and I would happily recommend their services to both staff and employers.

Received a call for a role. Asked what is the % of pension contribution, and received a not very nice answer: don't know, this is not important, why can this be the factor to make decision?

This recruitment agency asked me for tel no of my friend who may be fit to the role, and when i am not willing to give it to them, the response/attitude was very rude.

What I really liked was that he told me he would get back to me even if I were not chosen for the interview stage. He also kept me updated during the whole process without putting pressure on me. In the end I got the job, and now I am really happy. If it was not for on target recruitment, I would not have even heard about the particular position, so I am really grateful to them!

Had a missed call form this company, I called them back to see who they were as they left no voicemail. Was transferred to someone who didn't mention their name and said do you drive, I said no and they said oh ok sorry and hung up. Completely unprofessional and rude. Avoid this company.

The man in question is Nick Harris. They call him a gentleman, but he's also a scholar. They call him a player, but he's actually a legend of the game. You've no doubt met recruitment advisors before, but Nick is a recruitment consultant by definition, practice and experience .

I wanted to take the opportunity to give some much deserved kudos to Izzy, for all her hard work and due diligence in helping me secure my new role. In a saturated recruitment market, Izzys professional and personable approach is a breath of fresh air. She is a real differentiator for On Target.

Excellent service from start to finish. Found me a ideal vacancy 1st time out. Karen was fantastic as were the rest of the team.

I rate 1 start for particular person Darren W. I suggest to avoid if you can. At first seems nice on phone and then pays null attention to follow up or to chase progress of application. If questioned about interview outcomes comes as rude and unprofessional. Does not respect professional experience or qualifications and really is not on your side when applying for job. No respect to personal information and GDPR rules as when requested to remove details from system did not confirm that was done.

On Target are by far the best around! Initially contacted by Amanda who shortly introduced me to her colleagues Sarah and Nick who not only found me the perfect job but were friendly and understanding of the pressures of looking for a new and suited job for me.
