I really enjoy going here. My husband and I are seasons pass holders. We have been here numerous times. My favorite part of this park is the candlemaker shop. It's amazing! I also like how the park is arranged by country and all the decorations in the country match it. Like in Italy they have the masks and flowers that are made there! It's just so cool to see all of the culture.

We have been going to Busch Gardens for years. I have 4 kids so the food can get pricey. I buy 2 of the drink cups and 2 of the popcorn buckets at the beginning of the season. Refills are $.99 so we use them all season long. It is a great money saver! If we decide to eat a meal in the park we always go to the smokehouse. Their brisket is amazing!! If you want dessert definitely try the funnel cake place over by the merry go around and dinosaur land. The cinnamon roll funnel cake is the best!!

My family and I love this Busch Gardens in Williamsburg! The rides and the staff are wonderful. The waves of heroes program is also amazing and helps veterans experience this park at a discount. The carnival style games are so much fun an not rigged, like they normally are at a local fair. Thank you for supporting us active duty/vets and I will continue to support you!

All water rides were closed. The train around the park was broken. The sky tram got stuck several times. Most of the small shops or games were closed for the season. They were setting up for the opening of the haunted areas and the park was unfortunately very boring. There were two Halloween dancing and singing shows that made it worthwhile though. They were very entertaining. Other than that, it was not at all like I expected and remembered from previous visits.

Great place for all ages. I've been a pass member for years, and the park grows and changes to be better each year. Whether you're a thrill junkie, bringing your kids, or just looking for a fun day, this park has everything.

What I like most about it is that its nice just to be there. Its a beautiful park, layed out inside a forest instead of overtaking it. You can come here, ride only 3 rides, grab a bite to eat, and still have a fantastic time walking around and enjoying the park.

Went at a good time. July. Not too busy surprisingly. Parent swap was helpful. As a parent we both could ride rides by swapping out, but only waiting in line once. We couldn't go together, but at least we were not restricted to the kids rides and we were all able to enjoy ourselves.

Try to take advantage of discount offers. Also, make sure to find free parking coupons. Lots to do here but so much walking! Hills and stairs. Very hot in the summer. I looked for air conditioned or water rides in the hottest part of the day. Long lines for some rides. Be prepared to stand and wait. Unlimited drink refills are worth purchasing, particularly water. Food isn't cheap, so eat before you go. Visually appealing. Maps were helpful.

The luster has really worn off. The shops have really gone downhill. The shows are stale. They are relying on reputation now. They are not maintaining the park anywhere near the old standards. Overall, going down for the last 3 years. I hope they turn it around or I will be cancelling our annual passes soon.

I grew up going to Busch Gardens and I have to say I've been enjoying the park less and less over the last few years. It's just gotten too overcrowded. It takes such a long time to get on any ride and especially any roller coaster. The park isn't designed well enough to handle the guests. The walkways are too narrow and I just feel trapped by all of the guests. The food quality has gone downhill in my opinion. I'm also just not a big fan of their roller coaster lineup. I'm probably in the minority but I think they have too many mediocre launch coasters and their other coasters aren't well maintained. Alpengeist has gotten painful. I've just gotten disappointed in the park.

With all of that being said, it's still a very clean, beautiful park. I love the European theme. The park is very clean and the staff has always been friendly. They do have my favorite roller coaster, Apollo's Chariot. I'll definitely still continue to visit, just not as often as before.

Busch is a beautiful park, always well maintained and staffed with a helpful crew of people. Good coasters, lots of areas and rides meant for little ones, good food in the different themed areas, face painting, antique photo, and lots of animal experiences.

My family, boyfriend and I visited Christmastown the weekend after Thanksgiving. This was our first time, despite living near by. IT WAS GORGEOUS. The lights, displays, music, food, etc. was PERFECT to get us all in the Christmas mood. Even the games/prizes were Christmas themed. (Id like to note that the games were far from the difficulty at carnivals, there was always a winner and you didn't have to spend $50 for a large stuffed Christmas Narwhale or Santa Pikachu). The shows were amazing! We were all blown away by the ice skating show. I recommend this to everyone, young or old!

We love it here! We went for the first time about 3 weeks ago, spent 2 days and decided to get the annual pass. We've been back 4 times since. It's great for both of our kids age 4 &7. There's plenty for them to ride and do. We especially love the splash stations around the park when the weather is really hot. The prices are very reasonable and the park is beautiful. We're looking forward to going back over the next few months for the Halloween and Christmas celebrations!

Very good theme park. Rides are fun and a good variety of very good coasters. A lot of variety for families with many ages of kids. The show's are well done with excellent singers, dancers and actors. There dining plan is good. All counter service. Marco Polo had the best variety of food choice,

Coming from out of state and our first time at Busch Gardens so we were pretty excited. Only to get there and find out 4 coasters were open and more then half the park was closed! On their October Fest page on their website it literally says 15 ROLLER COASTERS AND RIDES so I assumed that s what we would be getting. If you scroll all the way to the bottom of the same page it lists the NINE rides in the entire park that are open, 4 of which were coasters. Paid $50/PP plus parking for 9 open rides. If you re already a season pass holder I guess coming here during this time would make sense, otherwise, save your money.

My family was very excited to come here but we were quickly disappointed. The rides here are fantastic, however without the line cutting passes you have to wait 45 minutes for everything. Even to get food, the lines were so long... we managed to make the best of it but the straw that broke the camel's back came when we tried to leave the park. We had to wait in line for 40 minutes to get a tram ride to our car. There was even a fight in this line with no sign of security, even though they were screaming and trying to fight eachother for over 5 minutes. Overall the park is great but I just felt like cattle all day and night.

Lots of fun to be had at this amusement park. Wear comfortable footwear and one thing to keep in mind this park is not on level ground. There are hills throughout and also areas with steep stairs and walk over foot bridge.

My family and I just returned from a three day trip to Busch Gardens. While we did enjoy the rides (Wednesday was almost empty) and the park was beautifully landscaped, the ALL DAY dining meal plan was a disaster and ruined our food experience. We purchased 15 all day dining passes for five people over three days this past Saturday. Every SINGLE time we tried to use the passes, we ran into frustration. We were not able to receive our wristbands so we had to take the daily paper pass with us to every meal and fight to use the pass. The worst thing was that it was always an issue getting our food. Either we were told we already used the pass (which we had not), the pass was no good, or we had to leave our food as we were trying to steal a meal, a manager had to be found and then they would have to go through trying to figure out why. Our food would also end up cold. Finally, one woman told us that Busch Garden's computer crashed the night we bought the 15 passes and they would not register. More or less, they were worthless. I went to Guest Relations to see if there was something they could do, and they blamed culinary and said "It should work". We finally gave up after day one as it was so embarrassing having to either fight for the food or have a twenty minute discussion with a manager. It cost 600 dollars for the dining passes. I emailed guest relations as well (actually twice) and still have not heard anything back. I would NEVER buy ALL DAY dining passes again. You are supposed to be able to eat every 90 minutes, but we could barely each once a day. Finally, we heard that other customers who bought FAST passes that same Saturday had to deal with something similar. For a state of the art theme park, they need to upgrade their technology for passes. It ruined our vacation and I will be emailing guest services every day until I hear a response.

Great price, food, and wait times were excellent. Only draw back was the park opened at 10am but food and some rides didnt open until after 11. Marco Polo opened at 1130. I wish the opening times were posted ahead of time. I planned to eat soon as I got there but got delayed on eating then went to a water ride that opened at 12. Basically, I lost an hour wandering around looking for open food/rides. I still had a great time. Would recommend

Still the same great park I've been coming to for over twenty years. During our visit a lot of areas were understaffed and the beer prices have gone insane in the last ten years. However, we absolutely had a blast. Apollo's Chariot, the Gryffon, and Alpengeist are awesome coasters.

Absolutely love this place, great mix of rides for adults and children. Variety of entertainment provided for each culture represented at the park. Each country attempts to provide food native to it's culture. Trappers smokehouse by far was the best. If you enjoy eating as much as thrill rides, purchase a dining pass well worth the money you spend. Great thing about this place is the tree cover and natural environment they built this place. Very cool and comforting.

Was a great time with friends, but the locker system they have is a scam. 6 dollars for all day use lockers, but they dont tell you that you cant just leave stuff in one locker. If you leave it in longer than 2 hours they charge you nearly double the initial cost, but you have to read the fine print to see that little loophole. Ruined an otherwise perfect visit to a great park.

Not my favorite theme park, but still really good one. The biggest issue here is that a lot of their rides are aging, and that makes them rougher and less fun. On the plus side, there's lots of shade in this Park which is unusual, but on the downside there's also a lot of Hills to climb.

Christmas Town 2017 was beautiful! My family especially enjoyed the shows Gloria and Scrooge No More. The hot chocolate and hot candied pecans/ cashews are perfect to warm up in the cold weather. We have been pass members for many years. Christmas Town is a highly anticipated family tradition. We especially appreciate the new ticket structure, which seems to have improved crowd control compared to previous years. And we love the selection of seasonal items and vendors. We did some Christmas gift shopping this year. And we always pick out new ornaments for our tree. If you want the epitome of Christmas Spirit and Cheer, go to Christmas Town at Busch Gardens!

The park is beautiful with lots of things to do for all ages. The food is well priced and plentiful in most cafeterias. I highly recommend the smoke ribs.
The free admission for military and their families is a nice touch which is greatly appreciated by all.

I hate to have to do this but our family had a very frustrating experience here with the "quick queue" (Fast Pass) as we were misinformed throughout the entire stay at the park, there apparently is the regular "quick queue" single ride, "quick queue" unlimited giving you access to all rides, after upgrading to Unlimited we then were told there's such thing as "quick queue unlimited plus" so it was a complete run around and does nothing for you in the end. If you do go, do not waste your money thinking you'll be able to skip the lines as it only works on 7 of the rides in which they don't even scan your pass either. The staff is disorganized and they lack communication. The park is still beautiful and the rides are great but maybe management can improve thier training process so employees are all on the same page. Other than that, enjoy the park!

Had an amazing time with the family. Food, Fun and Festivities were fantastic! SoOoOo much to do and see.

The park is gigantic and lines can be espected to be lengthy. To my surprise they were not that bad though.

My only two adverse remarks is that the rides like exciting decor and the food prices were above expectation prices for an Amusement Park. Higher than Movie Theater prices.

Great vibe. Clean environment. Line wait hasn't been to crazy because summer hasn't started but if you're gonna go invest in a season pass. I'd give it 5 stars but the food and alcohol is grossly overpriced.

Great promotional price $45 a person thru Groupon. Can return multiple times with same ticket up to Sept 9th. Great shows and lots of fun on rides. Needed more shade when watching the wolf show since it was 91 degrees felt like 106. Poor wolf was dipping in the pool while doing the show.
