The initial contact was positive, friendly and most importantly it felt like it was relevant to my background and that On Target had considered my CV carefully before phoning. They listened carefully to any reservations and had more than enough information to hand to make my decision to apply an easy one.

Throughout the whole process I had absolute confidence that my application was important and any and all concerns were addressed immediately. Calls and emails were always answered straight away and I never had to chase for any answers, this alone made a huge difference.

My experience with OTR as a whole has been fantastic, all the staff I have spoken to have been very professional and I would happily recommend their services to both staff and employers.
