Received a call for a role. Asked what is the % of pension contribution, and received a not very nice answer: don't know, this is not important, why can this be the factor to make decision?

This recruitment agency asked me for tel no of my friend who may be fit to the role, and when i am not willing to give it to them, the response/attitude was very rude.
