I wanted to take the opportunity to give some much deserved kudos to Izzy, for all her hard work and due diligence in helping me secure my new role. In a saturated recruitment market, Izzys professional and personable approach is a breath of fresh air. She is a real differentiator for On Target.

Izzy managed all stages of the recruitment process brilliantly, from initial conversation to final interview stage interview. Being highly proactive, and a great communicator my expectations were superseded, giving me time to prepare well and give myself the best chance of success. Most recruiters will go through a generic fact find conversation, the difference with Izzy is that she actually listened to my expectations on our first call, understanding what I was looking for . That qualification of opportunity along with Izzys excellent knowledge of the field, along with excellent knowledge of the company instilled confidence that this was potentially the right opportunity.
