Recently Tandem Data successfully migrated the Mt. Zion Church - Cary, N.C. old telephone system to the latest Yealink IP phone system. It has been approximately eight years when we lost support on our Nortel phones. It was hard trying to locate a vendor to support us. Nevertheless, due to old technology and no support, it was time for Mt. Zion Church to move forward in search of a new solution. I made contact with Chris Brinser (Tandem Data) who took the reins to help guide and recommend to Mt. Zion Church the appropriate Yealink products to support our administration, leadership, and ministries. At the time of implementation, I worked with Chris Moyer to install and configure to bring online the new IP phones and faxing device. Afterwards, we completed the necessary recordings and initiated several new features that immediately enhanced the productivity of our teams. Both Chris Brinser and Chris Moyer made my work real easy. And we (MZC) are very satisfied to have new technical support. I highly recommend Tandem Data for their IP phone services.
