I had an OUTSTANDING experience with Tandem, from my original phone call thru the installation and billing. They were on time, easy to deal with and hassle free. There were some problems day of installation with some former wiring work (done by someone else). I was out of the office with the flu, and their technicians handled it without having to escalate it or talk with me. Truly the easiest part of my office upgrade. Thanks so much!
