From Joe Gleinser on to Shane, David, Jared, Marquis, AR, their helpdesk and everyone else I've interacted with, I've found a knowledgeable, helpful, friendly group that I've been able to trust and rely on. I head a two man shop where we have to be jacks-of-all-trades-masters-of-none so having GCS as a partner to back fill our knowledge, handle some project work and occasional support has made us more flexible than we probably would have been otherwise.
Great sales and support for the life of the service agreement, but once you're off find someone else.
