Heather at the front desk of TOC NOW needs to find a new profession. She is the rudest person I've ever delt with at the front desk of a medical clinic!!!!!!

Recently I visited TOC after falling from a ladder. Both Jason and Ian quickly diagnosed my problem via an MRI. The care I received was outstanding! All personnel involved were very thorough and professional. I highly recommend TOC.

The care of the staff and physicians made my visit worth the wait. The front office clerks were welcoming and efficient. Other staff, including x-ray tech and nurses, were friendly, helpful, and showed concern. The physicians were knowledgeable and caring. My experience was excellent!

Doctors and assistants are very professional and helpful, however the women at the front desk are very judgemental. It is 80 degrees so I wore shorts and a crop top. After making my follow up appointment me and the women before me in line walked out, she told me that the lady behind desk was making rude comments about my attire. I am 20 years old, I was not wearing anything crazy and am a little appalled that she would make these comments at all let alone to another patient. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I can only imagine what they say behind patients backs. I am not looking forward to my follow up and am embarrassed to come back.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Terrible experience with a cost of $485.00 for an office visit to see a PA, not a Dr. Nothing accomplished but a stupid high office charge.

In regards to Mrs Booth s comment on this review, I will say from personally being in the lobby during that event that I have never seen such disrespectful human beings in my life. This organization did a flawless job keeping their staff and patients safe while enforcing local mandates. Mrs Booth and her family caused a scene and spit and threw masks at the young lady trying to do her job. That poor child should not have to live with and have such irresponsible uneducated parents. Threatening staff and acting like a toddler when asked to do something so simple for your own health and child s health just puts you right in the category of a stereotypical Karen. Thank you TOC for your dedicated service to your community! Will always continue to use this wonderful facility!

Every visit I make to the Tallahassee orthopedic clinic seems like a visit to friends. My nurse practitioner, Jill David, gives 100% of her time and attention while studying my case. Everyone I have met and talked to make you feel like their main concern is to make you feel better. It definitely eases the stress of the situation. Thanks TOC!

Awesome staff! It is a little off-putting when you first walk in and see the crowded waiting room, but the times I ve been there I haven t waited more than 10 mins. Once escorted in the back, I was welcomed with the kindest, uplifting staff! I had to see several people- the PA, the X-ray tech, and the most amazing cast creators! I have to say, this place is run like a well-greased wheel. I felt truly cared for here (and that doesn t seem to be the norm anymore in the healthcare field). Nice work Tallahassee Ortho Clinic!!

service is still HORIBLE, doctors are good though, service is the worst!

This facility is a best in class organization with an outstanding team. From surgery to appointments to MRIs, our experiences are exceptional. Last night, my family member had an MRI and the team stayed late to fit in both MRIs that had been ordered so we didn t have to return the next day for the second afternoon appointment. Their dedication to their patients and their passion for their jobs is rare these days. And it was noticed and appreciated.

Dr, Bellamy is a delight and has the best bedside manner. He is smart, personable and dedicated. His team is efficient and tenured our experience this week has been memorable and warm.

Dr. Hewitt and his entire staff provided the best patient experience I've ever had, at any doctors office, period! They were friendly and worked quickly to get me in and out, without cutting corners. Very impressive!

I went to Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic under the worst of circumstances, a bad ankle break that the hospital did not handle and referred me to them. From the moment I arrived in terrible pain, they made me feel special and calmed my fears. I went through an operation, 2 casts, a boot, therapy, and final release. I met many of their diverse staff throughout my road to healing. Not once did I find anything less than warmth and expert care. My thanks to all and especially to my surgeon, Dr. Bryant and Dr. Weiss who went through easch step of my recovery.

All the staff at the Marianna office were so friendly and very knowledgable from the receptionests to the nurses and PA's.

Dr. Durgin took great care to explain the hip replacement procedure and answer all the questions that my wife and I had.
I feel much less stress going in the surgery now than before.

The doctor was very helpful. My problem about this place is the staff. They talk very rudely about patients or some drama that maybe doesn t even have to do with patients. Either way, it s very catty and unprofessional. They are rude and impatient. I spent 2hrs at the office. 5 minutes for the doctor to refer me to another specialist with helpful information and another 5 for xrays. The rest of the time I was waiting. Good luck.

Dr Zirgibel is wonderful. He recently performed an anterior approach total hip replacement on me. I had no pain afterward and I was back in the gym 4 days later I am so pleased with my outcome.

The care was awesome, the appointment made the same day for an acute fracture identified at urgent care the day before (weekend), the provider was knowledgeable. when I needed a cast shoe, I was left waiting and wondering for a long time and when I finally spoke up it appeared I had been forgotten until then. Was in a lot of pain waiting, so I wish I would have been better informed. Everything else was perfect!

i had surgery on my left hand. from Dr Berg,his RN Tracy and everyone who helped, thank you very much. i am doing much better every day.

In Dec. 2019 I had hand surgery in Charlotte, NC. Because of the virus, I haven't been able to go back to see my surgeon for a checkup. The surgeon referred me to Dr. Stephens at TOC, who saw me quickly. I was impressed that Dr. Stephens really LISTENED--a rarity!--and answered my questions. He explained exactly what was going on with my hand and told me what I might expect. If I have further orthopedic problems, I'll assuredly go back to Dr. Stephens. Thanks so much!

I have gone to see Dr. Kris Stowers a couple of times for thumb and wrist pain and one of the things I truly appreciate about him is that his first solution does not involve a scalpel. He starts with the most minimally invasive solution first. He also has a terrific bedside manner and handles a patient with a quirky sense of humor (that would be me) very well - something not all doctors do. Some doctors seem to think if the patient is joking around, they aren't REALLY in pain. Which is ridiculous. Dr. Stowers doesn't have that problem and that means a lot to me. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Lee and pain management office I had. 1.5 hour wait. The doctors are wonderful

I actually have three different surgeons at TOC. One for my foot, one for my hip, and one for my hands. All three are very professional and competent doctors, and I am very happy with the level of care I have received from both the doctors and from the staff. If you need an Orthopedic doctor, there is no better place here than TOC.

Everyone was so friendly and the wait time was short. P.A. Joyner was so attentive with all my questions and concerns. I didn't get the name of the guy, who put on my cast. I told him he must've been an artist, because he put so much attention into the detail. Thank you everyone, for helping me get better.

First let me say that the doctors and nurses are amazing. I love the care I receive. My issue is with billing. One appointment I had I was told I had an outstanding balance and was asked if I could make a payment towards it which I did. I come back months later and I'm told that I have to pay the total amount owed plus my co pay before I can be seen. Now I was expecting to pay towards the balance but if I had to pay it off before my next appointment that should have been told to me at that moment not when I come back and try to get seen. You shouldn't stop someone from getting medical attention because y'all neglected to say when the appointment was scheduled that the remaining balance was supposed to be paid in full before I could return. After working an overnight shift and being in an extreme amount of pain, I wasted time and gas because of something that could of been prevented by simple communication.

I see just about one person out of every area in TOC and I honestly can t say anything bad about anyone here, truly 5 star office!! I get treated absolutely OUTSTANDING wish all my doctors were as AMAZING!!

Had shoulder problem and the staff was great. Excellent and prompt treatment. So nice to have an orthopedic walk-in clinic! Highly recommend.

Wonderful staff and esp Mark Gibson for assistance with my orthodics. My only negative comment is that the office is NOT ADA compliant. The rooms were incredibly small and my wheelchair could not make into the office without assistance. I'm thinking that for an orthopedic center that specicly deals with people with disabilities it should be (and required by law to be).

They have improved tremendously since the last time I went to TOC. All the staff, nurses and doctors that I had interactions with were all very professional! They all explained things to where I could understand. Also the wait time was very short. I appreciate their professionalism! Great Job!

I have needed the care of Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic on several occasions. I just recently had knee surgery and cannot remember the last time I felt this good and free of pain! This is a very caring, knowledgeable and courteous clinic. The physicians are thorough in explaining the issue as well as any surgery.or other procedure that may be required. I have seen Dr. Wong and most recently Dr. Oberste as well as Dr.Domack and Dr. Darsey. I am extremely confident and comfortable with their care. The staff are all very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to assist in any way. Thank you for all you do to help us in our day to day lives!

For years I have gone to TOC the Perry office and you cannot find a better more knowledgeable group of people than those at this office. I deal with Danny Engle more often than not and he has gotten me through some difficult things and will assist Dr. Oberste in my upcoming knee replacement. From Sherry at reception Laurie for appointments and all those I cannot remember their names Thank you for all you have done for me,. I would recommend TOC highly in Perry or Tallahassee

Very professional staff & professionals. Felt like they listened to me & didn't rush me through like on an assembly line. Very cooperative when I had to get records to take with me for my summer home & doctor's care in Michigan. Would highly recommend TOC for any Orthopedic issues!!!

Easy to get in to see a doctor. Quick referrals to the right specialists. Dealt with a variety a courteous, fast efficient and competent professional staff and great doctors. Easy follow up treatment and response to inquiries. Highly recommend.

This place is very unprofessional. Firstly they
told me to come in at a particular time i arrived early for my first appointment just to be told They will have to reschedule. Secondly they gave me another appointment to come in @3 then called me for a earlier time @1 now today i had my appointment went in there just to be told that she will have to reschedule @2 weeks later time.. mind you i paid 15 dollars for a cab because i don't have a car. This place is very unprofessional.

I have always shown up early (5 plus years) and have been seen many times before my actual appointment time. I my case EXCELLENT! Great Doctors and Staff. If your problem wasn't addressed it's because YOU didn't bring it to their attention! Don't be afraid they will get you up and going again. Everyone from Insurance and Billing to appointments they will take care of you! I actually enjoy going to them because I will be in and out before I have to actually be there. It's not your typical doctor's office where you get seen nearly an hour after your appointment time.

Great service and a warm and friendly staff. No wasted time. The only demerit, I'm not keen on the online forms in the Patient Portal, as it didn't work correctly for me.

Good doctors. If you want to schedule an appointment, however, good luck. I needed to schedule an appointment with Dr. Babel, which should have taken one call. I called Tuesday and was told I'd get a call back on Wednesday. On Friday, I got a call saying I needed to call back. I don't know why the caller couldn't transfer me. So I called back, had to leave a message, and I'm still waiting. Bad show.

Reorganized check in counter is great. Very little wait before I was called back. The PA I saw diagnosed correctly and the treatment he ordered has worked! I would definitely recommend TOC to anyone.

The PA I saw, Jared Johnson was great. He was very detailed in explaing the results of my shoulder examination and what precautions I should take during the healing process. Jared is a great PA and I'm sure he would be a great doctor.

My recent experience at TOC and specifically Dr. Berg for a hand issue was an absolutely wonderful and productive visit. From my arrival and the smiling welcoming attitude upon checking in to the smiling and positive attitude of the staff, techs and nurses and finally to my experience with the professionalism, willingness to listen & explain and subsequent treatment by Dr. Berg, I couldn t have felt more at ease. Thank you!

Dr Chandler is a competent and caring physician. He takes time to examine all relevant information (looks at scans and MRI's himself, not depending on reports), considers multiple factors, is thoughtful about his recommendations, is good about offering information to the patient, and never seems rushed answering questions. He is professional but his compassion is evident. Dealing with people in pain has got be difficult, but he is present/connected when with the patient, and takes all concerns seriously. I am fortunate to be under his professional care.

TOC surpassed my expectations as a retired RN.

They had excellent X-Ray personnel and equipment available in their office. X-Rays were clear and accurate representations of both of my knees.

Jim Franklin did my evaluation and provided me with a clear and accurate diagnosis, prognosis and treatment options. He was down to earth and very professional providing me exceptional explanations of each of the treatments pros and cons. He offered me adequate time to consider each and we jointly agreed to a plan of action. Top Shelf operation! I will recommend them to anyone who has Ortho needs!

My wife and I have been Dr. David Bellamy s patients for many years. We have required surgeries ranging from releasing trigger fingers to hip replacements. We have always found Dr. Bellamy and his staff to be very helpful, amenable, and very professional. They take the care of their patients very personal. It is true that visits may take some time, but when seen they give you adequate time to care for your needs. Their lobby is always crowded, but we view that as an indication of return patient level. I've seen many Drs. at TOC. (Dr Park, Dr Wong, Dr Mejia, Dr Babl, Dr Thornberry, Dr Borom and Dr. Rolle) If I could give more stars I would! Each visit, each Dr., has been outstanding, very knowledgeable, thorough, understanding and friendly. Their Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners are also knowledgeable, thorough, understanding and friendly. I wouldn't go any place else. It's simple, TOC is the best!

I was very pleased with the care that I received on 03/03/20 at this Center. The staff and Dr. Hewitt were
professional and caring. They made me feel comfortable and showed interest in my problem. God Bless All of Them.

I had a number of orthopedic injuries, all of which I ve only experienced positive results from TOC. They have a system set up which runs very smoothly, especially considering the number of patients they see. Their new TOC Now, walk-in clinic is great. Most injuries are not planned but need immediate attention and it s so easy to walk in, be seen, get an x Ray, and the equipment you need for the injury. They worked with me to get a follow up appointment also.

I have seen several of the doctors at TOC and everyone of them along with the rest of the staff are so friendly, helpful, and respectful! Any scans I need are scheduled quickly and I always feel like the staff have my best interest at heart, not just another number! Clean and convenient hours

It was a busy mid-morning and I expected to have a wait for my appointment. This was not so, I signed in and shortly thereafter was called to get x-rays and within 5 minutes after that was called to the exam room. Nurse told me my doctor was called to the hospital but would be back shortly and I could wait in the exam room or go back to the waiting room. I chose the exam room (magazines to browse) and "shortly" was very short. With 10 minutes Doctor was back. It was obvious he had seen my records before and jumped right in to what we need to do next based my x-rays and past MRI. Great experience - in and out of the building within the hour.

Do not use this facility!!! I brought my six year old child with an broken arm and was thrown out of the clinic after sitting there for 45 minutes because I would not put a mask on my face. This so called health facility does not care about patients, it only cares about profit and control. They would rather let my child suffer and deny service just to push their control. There is a reason that I can not wear a mask but they don't care because they don't care about patients.

I just wanted to say about the comment above from Mrs. Booth. I was in the lobby when all this happened. I felt so bad for the TOC staff. They handle this horrible situation so well. The lady and her husband were yelling and screaming that they were not wearing a mask it was there constitutional right. They should be ashamed the way they both acted and in front of their child. They left on their own accord. KUDOS to the TOC STAFF May God bless you and hope that this is not what you have to deal with everyday. I will be praying for you all.

Have always received excellent, professional care at TOC. Would highly recommend this group of physicians. I ve seen several different physicians at this practice and all have always listened and answered any questions. I ve never felt rushed through an appointment. The waiting room can be intimidating because it is always packed with people....another sign of the high caliber of care here.

Carolanaa Lawson and Dr. Thompson have provided wonderful service for my shoulder problems. I couldn't ask for more!!

Doctors and nurses are excellent. My only problem is with billing.

Somehow a $40 payment I made had not been recorded and it was listed as "on the books" on my account. I had been in communication with billing via telephone regarding this over-site (I have a receipt for the $40 payment). When I went to a recent visit for recheck with my surgeon, I was made to pay the arrears or not see my surgeon...money that I DID NOT OWE! This should be a separate billing & accounting issue and not interfere with medical procedure. Billing should have a separate office.

Carolanna is awesome...she has always provided quality care and is amazing at providing relief for my arthritis.

I arrived about 30 to 40 minutes before my appointment and it was easy to check in. I didn't have to wait long at all. They took me back and within 10 to 15minutes they took me in for x rays. Still everyone was so nice and explained everything they were going to do. Once back in the hallway no more than 5 minutes passed when I was taken into the room to see Dr Fahey. He listened to me and explained what he saw and didn't see on the x Ray then said he could give me cortizone shots and gave me exercise to do. Even in checking out they were sweet, friendly and professional. I'm so glad I was sent here. It's a treasure to find a place like this one.

I went to TOC Pain Management and saw Dr Chandler. He was friendly and took the time to review my records thoroughly even though there was a lot of information to peruse. He discussed my condition and provided me with options for continuing pain management. The wait was a little longer than I anticipated but was reasonable. I was happy with the care provided and will continue to see Dr Chandler for pain management.

Dr. Thompson repaired my knee arthroscopically after a sporting injury. The surgery was quick, painless and totally effective. He is highly recommended as a doctor with comprehensive understanding of the needs of athletes. He is highly recommended. 70 is the new 30.

The young woman at the front desk was engaging, cheerful and very personable. Check in was done in a snap. Then Haley called me back, did a thorough assessment. Next, Carolanna came in. Everyone I met, was ready to help however they could. The entire visit was very easygoing.

One of the best Dr.offices I ve been to in a very long time. Everybody there was nice and polite as they could be. Saw Dr REN Jolly, none better in his field. (Bone Dr). Spent enough time talking with me that I finally understood the problems I am having with my lower back. Going back in about a week for repairs.

I have used the physicians and staff for many years and have had several surgeries with complete satisfaction. The staff and physicians are courteous, concerned and very helpful. I recommend them to anyone with complete sincerity. Love the place!!

it was a delight to visit this clinic and was surprised at how fast i was processed and checked in
i did not wait long at all before i was called to go back to one of the offices to visit with the doctor and once again it was not even five minutes later there is a knock on the door and a happy face introducing himself and listened to every word and is going to take care of my problem and the clinic will call me a few days before i have my out patient surgery on my wrist i Highly recommend

I saw Dr Wong today. Besides being an excellent diagnostician and surgeon he is superb at explaining what he sees and why he recommends proceeding in a particular direction.

Excellent customer service and experienced medical staff. Babl MD was very knowledgeable and understanding. Answered all my questions in a way I could understand. Excellent service.

My first visit, everyone was very nice, I was only in the room a few minutes before the doctor came in, he spent about 20 minutes with me going over my test results, I would recommend TOC to anyone.

I was barely able to walk due to my bum knee over the weekend. I was able to walk in Monday for an appt and get immediate relief. They fit me in quickly and everyone was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend.
