Friendly and accommodating people. Test computers a little on the flow side.

The test centre is grim and poorly managed. I should have taken the test at home. The Internet connection cut out part way and it had to be moved meaning I had to take time off work twice to complete it. There was no compensation and a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience

Very friendly people, but almost impossible to concentrate as there was a very noisy person constantly making phone calls in another room.

Convenient location for AWS exams but unfortunately they have usually open only one slot per month.

Went here for an exam, friendly staff, room a bit noisy with with road and air con, but not enough to distract. And ear plugs helpfully provided if needed. The door on second floor has smallest sign on buzzer when you try and get in

I also went here to take exams - was quite pleased with the environment. Didn't experience the same noise issues as others have reviewed - the exam room is adjacent to a training room, but it wasn't an issue. As for road noise, it's Central London, wasn't bad at all! They give you a choice of ear plugs or industrial ear defenders on the desk if you want. I didn't require either. Staff were friendly and professional. It's a training centre. There were 5 other people doing exams at the same time as I was. No issues. Yes - look for the very small sign on the buzzer on the wall - they could use some larger signage, but that wasn't an issue. Comfortable waiting area etc. I don't know what more you could reasonably ask for as an exam centre.
