It's so pleasant...Ambience and calm island around traffic.

Staff are supportive and food is nice

This is regarding a fathers day contest on facebook conducted by them.
There was no entry found of the fake winner they announced on Instagram or facebook.
It's a such a shame on a PR team of this page !
Secondly they also have an audacity to delete the comments and I'm forced to write this that this what not expected from such a big brand page.
You have lost a genuine follower. Highly disappointed

Nice party hall...food is not that good compared to hotel. Expensive but worth. Nice place to go wall inside hotel...

Old but still elegant! Lots of amenities, most of them with a class; for few it's time for refurbishment!

Great ambience. we had professional event over there. Drinks and dinner was good.

The place is flawless. Everything is beautiful and I really recommend it. The ambiance is commendable. In short I love this place.

The ambiance of the spa and pool are perfect, you almost forget you are in a a large city. The restaurant staff were very accommodating, especially Venky in the Mynt area who went above and beyond to make my birthday celebration special.

Experience Christmas 2014 here! What should I write? A hotel complex of this kind is full of surprises for me. Simply luxury all round. Everything went as agreed.

Really a grand place...so much greenery in the heart of the town

The ambiance at the Blue Ginger was very good, the food a big let down. Really far from Vietnamese and poor taste.

New year 2020 Party at Taj. Very well managed. There were at least 50 valet drivers to fetch guests cars.

Iconic hotel. Great restaurants but the hotel itself needs upgrading.

Most of the Staff which i observed can only communicate in Hindi. They don't even know local language (Kannada) or English.

What a beautiful hotel!! And service of all the staff here makes it a very special experience. Went to celebrate my wife's birthday...and boy did they make it a memorable experience!! 5 stars for this 5 star!

I had a truly amazing experience here. The staff is very hospitable. Not only is the food delicious but the quantity of the food is good as well. The property is picturesque and quiet. One must definitely go for a morning/ evening walk here.

Very Nice place for wedding and other events.
It's a great place with awesome view and management. When my wedding planning company KraftStar Management was executing an event at this place, we had great support and help from the management. They guarantee you a hassle-free event .

A lush GrEen ambience n Food are awesome....But Expensive

Just loved the ambience. Food is okay. Should visit if you are looking for non-spicy proper Vietnamese.
If confused about what to eat, then go for taster/set-Menu.

The parking area provided for 2 wheelers wasn't quite big enough , our event was in open lawn ... Quite spacious , overall experience was good .

Nice place. Sunday buffet was oily and lacked finesse. The coffee served had curdled milk, had to go and complain. Singers were lively and The ambience was good. Family togetherness was memorable

It's been a year since my mother's stroke. Celebrated her 're-birth' with a meal from the Taj West End, using Qmin delivery. It was flawlessly executed by Qmin manager Zuben and Chef Deepankar. There was a slight confusion between dispatch time and delivery time and when it was brought to their notice, they went out of their way to open the kitchen early and deliver even 5 mins before time. Prior to the order Chef Deepankar put all my anxieties at ease, this being covid time, telling me of all the steps taj takes to ensure safety, including how food handlers stay on site for a month at a time. My mother really enjoyed the food, every single dish from appetizer to dessert. I had ordered 5 veg appetizers(paneer, tofu, broccoli, potatoes, and dahisinghada) which were out of the world, 3 main veg dishes including impeccable dal makhani, parathas, outstanding rasmalai and a very flavorful veg biryani (Lucknow style), all from Masala Klub, and a butterscotch praline cake( cream was fresh and excellent). I changed my order a couple of times and they were very patient with that. The delivery was contactless, with the delivery boy gloved and masked up. The food was packed in eco friendly and sustainable packaging, which my 83 year old mother thought was so good that she thought that it was vacuum packed! Everyone was delighted with the meal and suffered no ill effects later. Taj totally lived up to its name.

The property is huge but the rooms r not that appealing. A kind of old time furniture. Room service was also slow. Restaurants inside are good. Reception staff was helpfull.

Let's us get a break from the noisy and polluted city within the city. Had a peaceful stay in lush greenery. Takes one back in time.

5 star for ambience, heritage,staff behavior and food wise normal taste nothing extraordinary
