Awesome place to enjoy your meal while relishing the serene environment. The natural beauty with greenery all around makes you forget that you are at the heart of the crowded city. The hotel staff are very down to earth and help you in all sorts of ways so that you can enjoy every moment in the hotel. The food is very good while not compromising on the quality and health benefits.
In short, a great place to stay and enjoy with family.

Wanna feel in woods in the heart of the city.. Then this is the place to hop in.

We happened to visit because of the steppinout night market, which was an absolute delight. But like the name suggests, everything was extremely overpriced in the market - food, goods, clothes alike. There were a lot of stalls and people, it was beautifully decorated and organised. The hotel is really great as well!

Absolutely stunning property in the middle of the city. Service across departments is really really slow though. 3.5.

Had a great stay .celebrating a personal milestone. Great service, exuberant property and courteous staff. Food was ok. My only downside from the stay ... Believe it or not they didn't had jet spray in the loo. Well kind of bummer for us local folks .

Typical of Taj properties worldwide, this one too is a prime prized location and asset in the Garden City.

However, off late some of the maintenance and upkeep seems to have dropped. Might be partially due to a renovation going on.

But still a terrific place to get away whether you need residence in one of their historic colonial villas or rooms, or be it just a day out from the bustle of the "Carden City" ;)

Royal place in the heart of the city. Once in, no disturbance from the vehicles, resorts ambiance. Trained and experienced staff. Well maintained rooms. Greenery maintained.

I always enjoy staying at Taj West End. The hospitality and service truly exceptional. We stay at the hotel at least once a year and visit the Blue Ginger and Blue Bar for fine dining and relaxing evenings.

I recently ordered take away food from Taj west end's restaurant for a friend on 2nd July 2020. Firstly let me mention that everything i ordered came well packed, hot and the cleanliness of the whole experience was top notch, as well as it was delivered in time and without any issue when it came to the delivery directions, it was very well executed by Janson Jacob. I had ordered the Thai green curry(prawns), Jasmine rice, chicken satay, papaya salad and a cake from the hotel's bakery.
Kudos to the chefs in the kitchen because everything I ordered was fantastic, the Thai curry was phenomenal and thankfully with a lot of prawns, it went very well with the Jasmine rice, and the salad is a must have for sure.
The cake was superb, tasted amazing, rich chocolate and lovely icing on the top, can't stop at just one slice of this cake, thank you to the Chef Muthana and the bakery team was able to execute such a delicious cake.
Lastly i would like to thank Alexandra who coordinated the whole order and made things that much easier for us, her suggestions of ordering the Thai curry with the Jasmine rice was spot on.

It was a wedding reception with excellent violin performance and excellent food. The ambience, the arrangements along with friendly staff worth remembering for time to come.

Great ambience. The place is quite elegant suitable for grand ceremonies and parties. Food was good and staff vary cordial and friendly. Ample parking space and area is well maintained.

I visited the Taj West end for a quiz event. Though I didn't visit the restaurant, the food provided by the caterers at the quiz venue was really good. Excellent ambience!
