Have been to the buffet at their ground floor restaurant - Feast. There is a lot of options spanning chinese, continental and Indian fare. However, there is only so much that we can eat in a meal and because of that I find the pricing too high. A couple of years back, they would serve outstanding Sushi and Sashimi as part of the buffet which alone would be a strong reason for going there and a justifier of cost, but the last 3 times I have been there, there is no sushi or sashimi served

Attended a conf there and had a great time. Loved the special welcome from the staff, that was a surprise n I loved it. Ambience is also too good. Fantastic experience would recommend any day!

Food was good at the festival restaurant. But the service was very poor. I had to hunt down wait staff for water or anything else. For the price they charge they very understaffed. I do not recommend this place at all. Shame to the management for under staffing so badly that the two workers had to run around and couldn't keep up.

Good Ambuenced. Connected with Orion Mall is a plus

Lovely place to stay ever in Bangalore...it's in Rajajinagar.... opposite to jetlag restobar bbq n grill..

A very grand place. We could feel the richness there. The restaurant was nice especially the buffet.

Spacious rooms. Good spread of break fast buffet. However they can improve the Indian foods in lunch and dinner esp on taste and authenticity.

Clean, friendly & good food. WiFi worked every time never an issue. The outside lounge on the 4th floor was just what the Dr ordered after a long day. Join the 16th floor club, well worth it. But have your breakfast down stairs in the buffet. The buffet was top shelf anytime we went.

We attended a birthday party in one the party halls at the hotel. It was a kid's birthday and the hotel staff had decorated it very beautifully. They also supported different food menu for kids and adults as per the hosts' request. All in all nice place for a fun gathering.

One of the best 5 star properties in Bangalore! Loved my short stay there and only wish to have spent more. Closer to Orion mall.

Today noon i had been for buffet lunch to my horror I found the serving staff was coughing without mask and no tissue in his hand ..how come it's been a rule to cover themselves when having coughing who knws what virus is he carrying ...entire globe is under virus scare I never expected this from such a star range hotel and one more thing it's quite humiliated as we were suffocating the whole time we spend time as your staff keep on switching off Ac is this ur hospitalist I will never visit again

I visited the Persian Terrace restaurant. Very upscale and great attention to details. Friendly bearers. Had a good time

Great receptionists they were really warm and professional

I attended a conference at Sheraton. Everything was great. Food could have been a little better. Also there was very poor wifi connectivity.

Loved the ambience and the hundreds of variety flood. Most liked is starters.

Nice place for stay. Food OK, I won't rate it as great. The surroundings worth a mention. Situated next to Orion mall, so definitely a good place for those who love shopping,outing

Had been for a friends spinster...the suite room facing the mall had an amazing view of the fountain...and to add on it was christmas time..the view was surreal...overall great experience...

Rooms were very tidy. But no proper service. Nothing was kept ready we had to call fr each n every basic supplies . Like towel, robe, dental kit, shampoos, ... poor service .
