A lovely green property in the heart if Baggage. Spacious rooms, good service from staff and multiple food options. Also a good place to have lunch or dinner. The heritage tour was very interesting.
Situated on the Race Course Road, Bangalore, the Taj West End is a heritage hotel cocooned by acres of sprawling flora.
Impressive designer woodwork panels, private swimming pools . The architecture carries heavy imprints of its colonial legacy, low-hung arches and balustrades masterfully modernised with colossal glass panels, breathtaking lighting and stone-crafted structures. The sleek interior carries with it a quaint charm of the yesteryears. The numerous and ornate gabled roofs make the place look like a homely cottage.
The place has an assortment of dining areas- open corridors, balconies, restaurants, open-air spaces and a bar to offer you a rich, multi-cuisine platter and cocktails. It is also equipped with an opulent ballroom and banquet venues for holding indoor events. There is a spa for you to unwind and pamper yourself in. It houses the Prince of Wales Lawns, a majestic, much-coveted wedding venue of dreams, removed from the bustle of the metropolitan, an idyllic sanctuary.
The five star service of the hotel extends to its luxury suites, most of them providing a stunning view of the verdant paradise the place harbours. It offers various options for guest rooms and lounges for you to be snug in.
Having extending its wonderful services for well over a century, Taj West End is reliable for its quality amenities and a fresh, rejuvenating ambience.
As always we enjoy providing decor services at this Awesome venue.
I had tea time at the west end and it was a beautiful setting. The food was good, but it is pricey for the quality. Outdoor seating was charming and the lobby and rooms are clean and luxurious. I love staying at five star resorts and spending money on good food, but I honestly had a problem with the pricing.
Came here for a wedding on 18th in the Prince of Wales Lawn. Loved the venues and the property. The food was amazing too especially the Thai Curry and the breads.
An Unpleasant Experience! I stayed at Taj Westend on 23rd Nov.. And booked Masala Klub restaurant for dinner and made a special request to give me a pool side table as it was my anniversary. But after reaching the restaurant I was told that they are full and there is no reservation! After waiting for 15 mins I was given a table inside restaurant. Then I had to wait for 20-25 mins to place order for starters, staff took around 30 mins to bring one starter. When I asked them if they were busy the response came we are always very busy !! I decided to not eat main course after receiving such a rude response. In morning for breakfast buffet, there was no staff giving me cutlery, I could get cutlery after asking 7-8 people. The entire experience at breakfast was horrible! There was no service offered to me, tea was served after 1 hours of continuous request. This was not enough, when I checked out, my car was delivered to me in such a dirty condition that I couldn t take it our of their premises. Please know that I own a maruti car and immediately after my car a Mercedes was delivered to the owner in neat and clean state! I always assumed a Tata brand would not be judging people by what vehicle they were coming in! It was an eye opener and humiliating experience. And this was when I was staying in Executive Suite!!
A very peaceful ambiance setup with antique theme . The food served is good with authentic taste of the cuisine you choose. Much nearer to the airport when compared to other similar options in Bangalore
Went to the Blue Ginger ..asian inspired food. The setting was amazing ..the hospitality was warm..and the food was delicious. The pork belly starter and the honey lotus stem were worth mentioning..as was the thai red curry.
If Bengaluru city is named the garden city, then the Taj Westend can take the credit for it! It is the most greenest and most happening location to host corporate events
The ambience and the way you are received in this hotel is amazing you will feel like a king. The staff are really courteous, the explain what exactly is the food as it is a Vietnamese restaurant. I went there for my girlfriend birthday. After an amazing lunch we got a complimentary cake for her that was a really good gesture
It is a very good land bank present in the CBD(Central Business Development) Area. It is very near to the Race Course. It has lush greenery & ample free space in & around the hotel, it's a miny jungle at the heart of the city. They offer very good service, starting from the Vallet Parking, to the Services offered in the hotel. The Ambience is very good & it has very peaceful atmosphere, It's a very nice place to spend some quality time with family & friends. They have many Multipurpose halls for various purposes like (Corporate Meetings, Professional Arrangements, Wedding related Functions). The Hotel has a Grand Entrance with a Huge Lobby, with ample amount of seating space. The rooms are spacious & very well maintained, They provide good food & service. The staff members are polite & are available at your service.
The best staff that I have seen. My interaction with Ravi one of the managers in Mynt (taj west end) was very helpful in understanding his customer requests.
