Good option for a weekend break. Tried the Indian restaurant and the cafe amazing food at both the restaurants

A glamorous place for honeymoons and family outs, pretty pricy but worth it, the food is amazing and of good quality couldn't ask more except improve ment in the rooms

Great hotel with a lot of greenery. You don't you are in the middle of the City. You get the feeling of being in a Resort on Hill Station.

Excellent heritage property. Takes you back to the time when Bangalore was garden City. Hopefully they continue to maintain the legacy while they modernize the facilities

good food served. Service also very good. Altogether a pleasing experience

Don't get me wrong the hotel and overall service is wonderful but any hotel that does what I am about to tell you deserves a low rating. They have a fitness center where the expect their own guests not to use the main equipment right infront of them rather it is reserved for some rubbish cricket team (than their paying customers). This include the squat rack, dumbbells, barbells and free weights. If you like to use their gym your told to only use the treadmill area. This lack of professionalism and disregard for their paying customers turned my 4.5 star rating into a 1. I hope the management does something about this.

Awesome pool side evening private party.. with live music... amazing... food was very tasty.

Booked a suite to celebrate our anniversary, had a terrible experience this time with Taj, the suite was very old, smelled musty and of cigarettes, bathroom fixtures were too old, suites need renovation badly, there was a rat above the false ceiling and we had to call in the pest control guy to get it removed.the minibar was poorly stocked, didn't seem like anyone had checked it, my inner circle points were not used despite us mentioning at the time of check-in. For 25k a night, none of this is acceptable for a Taj hotel.

A Victorian era 7 star hotel with beautiful landscaped gardens

IT'S OLD HERITAGE HOTEL, GOOD,CLEAN AND GOOD FOOD IN THE CENTRE OF THE CITY, VERY GREEN AND AMBIENT ATMOSPHERE,

I went there for ans corporate meeting. That court room is just awesome with good ambience. Natural environment is there you feel quite peace. Food is just waoo. The best food ever.

125 year old Heritage 5 hotel. 100 + rooms, 2 pools, 15 to 50+ K per day. But when comparing with other Taj hotels, value for money in food quality and number of items need to be improved. Excellent ambient, well mannered lower and middle level staff. IPL cricketers hosting done

Taj is an Amazing place. Its architecture is old but settled. The folks at Taj are curtious and the food is amazing.

They don't keep bowls where they should be. Dont refll dishes in buffet. Expected better at these prices

Taj West End is situated in the heart of Bangalore town. Their quality in customer service is excellent. The restaurants are with beautiful ambiance. Very eco friendly environment provides lot of rejuvenation.

Me and my wife stayed here for a night just about the when the Corona sparked lockdown was lifted in B'luru.

Everything except the landscape were woeful.

You had to call three or four times to get their attention and get things delivered.

The mini bar was a joke. You won't get the joke because this mini bar wasn't working. Apparently it takes more than 24hrs for it to cool, as per the maintenance guy.
Earlier that day, they had provided a nice chocolate cake since it was our wedding anniversary. It was on the table before we had arrived. It was cooler than the beer in the mini bar.
Thankfully, I got the gist of the place much earlier.

I think a weighing machine in a hotel room (far from the airport) is a bit of an overkill, and the people at West End think so too, because it wasn't working.

There was a large TV with TATA SKY connected to it. I've never had TATA SKY and don't know anybody who uses it, apparently even the West End management didn't think any sane person would want to watch any TV on TATA SKY because there were hardly any channels activated on it.

The interiors were picturesque, Shivaji Nagar street furniture - of 2006. With all due respect to all the craftsmen in Shivaji Nagar.

One could argue, a HINI cum frequent traveller, this is what you get for 12K at Taj.

The restaurants, pool were off limits due to the restrictions laid down by the government, or better sense.

Obviously, the manager on duty gave ear to me when I checked out. They did not have a feedback form I was told, so I was asked to pen, if needed, on a piece of paper on their desk.
Which I did.

We were told it was an "aberration", and they requested another opportunity to prove it was so.
Indeed, it might have well been an aberration, being in the F&B industry myself I have come across many cynical village idiots and entitled "foodies" and I don't budge for them, here they did. Its their protocol, they have no choice, no mini bar, no channels, no tissues, no menu, no house keeping, but an apologetic ear in the end - perhaps that's the real difference between a small business and Taj.

I must say this has opened my eyes.

Beautiful Heritage hotel with loads to explore, with decent food.

Microsoft events were not well organised. Long wait for the food. Breakfast not served as per the time. Lunch got over with half the crowd being hungry.

Good atmosphere and rooms but ok ok food, not so tasty

Liked the piano performance at the lobby. You dont need anything more to rate taj w.end 5 stars.

Amazing food, wonderful rooms, great ambience and most of all, outstanding service. Specifically, Pinky at the front desk and Prayrak at the coffeeshop were outstanding in their service.

Not that much great. With respect to the name "TAJ" it's not even close to that level of original TAJ hotel.
