**WARNING: BE CAREFUL WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY!**
Below is my experience and I will not recommend this company at all cost. Money doesn't grow on trees, use it wisely with a respectful company.
Very very unprofessional team. Especially the front desk. KAREN. She called us names, was extremely rude to us. When asked to speak to a manager, she refused to transfer us saying it is not needed. Not needed based on who? You Karen? Are you the boss? Very unprofessional attitude. She would continuously hang up on us when called since she knows our #. So glad we did not move forward with them. Other wise, could you imagine the nightmare?
We were working with VINCE from the beginning. However, we felt that VINCE was not really trying to give us the best price. He did not try to work with us even though we told him our concerns. He just said what he though would be best for us. However, we know what is best for our business. Not you. I am sorry but this is true. We know what we want to buy and not buy. Tailor it to our needs and we will buy. This is why we went ahead to call in for another rep. CORY.
CORY was excellent. He went above and beyond for us. He heard what we needed and gave us exactly what we were looking for at a better rate VINCE was offering us. So of course, we will go with CORY.
When calling in to finalize the deal for the offer CORY made, we told the front desk who we were and since we belonged to VINCE's lead, like his customer, they did not react well to us. They as a company dealt with it very unprofessionally. First the front desk KAREN sent us to VINCE who got all butt hurt since we wanted to work with CORY and complained we basically been with him for 2 month and just ditched him for someone else. VINCE hung up on us even tho he said he will transfer us to CORY. So we called back in to speak to CORY. The front desk KAREN picked up, she made her snarky remarks regarding how it was sneaky of us to call in to talk to another rep when we already were speaking to VINCE. How she felt we were dishonest and blah blah blah. When asked to speak to a manager, she refused, would not let us speak and said "there is no reason to transfer you to management". I guess she did not want to get in trouble for what she had just said. First of all, we are all shoppers and want the best price. Of course I will go with the better price offered since it was from the same company. This is no crime. Second, you are speaking to a customer that was ready to close a deal with your company today. Due to this incident, we have backed out from working with you. Karen had a really bad attitude. Rude and should not be in the front desk to be dealing with customers at all.
CORY called me back. I told him the situation. I told him we were ready to close the deal with him today. However, due to this incident, We are sadly backing out for now. I asked to speak to management to inform them of the situation and how I as a customer felt that we were very disrespected. He said he will tell the management to give me a call. We will see if he does....
Be careful working with this company. You can get burned if you don't do what they ask of you. Spend your money wisely. Do business with a company who respects you and not one that disrespects you.
