Luxury the only one I can see for this hotel it will take around 25000 per day I had been there the staff is very very very courteous about the customer I had been asked for chips potato chips the staff hadn't give me a single broken Pratik the staff shows the courtesy here the security is very tight since there had been a terrorist attack over here in 2011 authentic Indian food which out of this hotel there is a great scenery of the Arabian Sea the Gateway of India

Tajness is personified as soon as you enter the hotel. Hard to emulate by any hotel chain. Puts so much pressure on the service but it comes to the staff with so much ease. They upgraded to the old Taj. Natasha helped us go through paper work with ease. Suraj at the Apollo lounge was very warm. Siddanth made my mom comfortable on the wheel chair. It's a must visit in one's life time.

It is next Taj hotel of TATA Group. Very high building. Mumbai is a largest city in india. Here sea beach is beautiful & nature is best. So it is touriest spot. Mumbai sea beach is paved by havy concrete. It is touriest attraction place. Many many people are coming here everyday. Arab sea is near to road & city. Taxi is available all time. Have an many item shop & hotel to near the beach. It is Entertainment & peaceful place. Mumbai is best place for tour.

If you stay there for quarantine you are not going to be treated well. Food provided is not from the Taj kitchen, you can find insects and hair in it. They don't even care to answer phone calls.

The lights in night and building always remains class.

It's a wonderful place, no doubt. But as a good corporate citizen, should they not refrain from encroaching on the roads surrounding the property and stop hiring goons to prevent parking of any vehicles except their own ? JRD whose birth anniversary they just celebrated would never have approved.

The five star experience in this hotel is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are all amazing from the front desk, concierge, housekeeping, waiters, bellboys. They treat you impeccably, you never feel they are doing it just because it is their job. The rooms are lovely and the food is excellent. The breakfast is particularly good, there is much cooked to order. Everything is fresh and replenished before you even notice it needed to be done.

Overlooking the squawking seagulls swooping over the Gateway of India and Arabian Sea, above the long queues waiting to board the boats to Elephanta Caves, the hotel enjoys the best location in south Mumbai. Aside from the views there's the proximity to heritage sights, including the delights of Khala Ghoda, with its trendy boutiques and excellent restaurants a 5 to 10-minute stroll away. The Tower block, built in the 1970s, is quite different in character than the Palace this is the business-end of the hotel.

The hospitality is amazing. Right from the time you walk into the revolving doors to check in and check out everything is just perfect. Service is phenomenal. Staff exude a palpable sense of pride and joy to be working here.

The service at the restaurant shamiana too was great. It has the best breakfast too, typical of five-star Indian hotels: a huge array of fresh cut fruit, yogurts, cereals, pastries, cold cuts. Eggs boiled, fried, poached or Benedict, and whatever else you fancy. Or skip the Western and watch the chef prepare a crispy dosa, or help yourself to idli and sambar. The decor of the Shamiana is pleasant and the main lobby is amazingly decorated with art work and flower decorations.

Ambience is very very beautiful, very huge hotel, must visit, in hotel there r Shops for shopping like clothing, footwear, antiques etc. But only one thing which I found unworthy is the price of everything is so dam high which is really not worth it. Washrooms were very clean n have a attender in.

Living in Taj is incredible experience. Best Service is there top most priority. I mean we cant beat the experience. Everyone atleast must visit inside for High tea or 4 to 6.30 around 3500 rs or may be breakfast too.

Had a wonderful stay at this heritage hotel which hosts the creme de la creme from India as well as around the globe.
The service is unmatched and its something Taj group knows the best. The staff is all cheerful and always ready to help. I expected a little more grandness in terms of the room interiors but can't really complain. Would definitely recommend the buffet here. The pool area is definitely a view to behold.

The Taj Mahal Hotel is one of the iconic places, a Heritage Five Star hotel in Mumbai facing exactly opposite The Gateway of India monument. We booked the Sea view rooms and can't really explain the splendid view from there. It was like a dream stay. Though during these times, there is no buffet, only Set Menu, but the food is amazing. Everything in the hotel is properly sanitized. In all a great experience. The rooms and the Sea view would remain etched in our memories forever...

Most attractive place in Mumbai... One of the busiest tourist spot. You can spend your day just being here and enjoying the sunshine. You have so many attractive place nearby. In one way its historical place. It's an upscale place. It has witnessed many events. Must visit place you will love it...

If the Taj at Agra is a wonder the one at Mumbai is more so considering that while the former is a static tomb of sorts wondered for it's architecture alone, the latter is a dynamic organism more than 115 years old and wondered for its history entwined with the nations past, present and future and the hospitality which goes beyond the service to a level where they have quite literally laid down their lives for their guests. Respect.
