Really don't like the behaviour staff are talking very rudely they don't know about the customers spectrum tack immediate action otherwise lose your customer..!!

Amazing experience with a beautiful view overlooking the India gate alongside the sea

Stayed with family for one night. City view room is good.

Pros:
Staffs are also very helpful.
Late checkout upto 4pm is free as per availability. Complimentary breakfast.

I am very disappointed when i make my booking by hotel and I suggest To make it by booking or Agoda ...elc when I arrived at 11pm to hotel and speak with duty manager he didn t dealing good with that

Great place. Great ambience. A landmark for Taj Hotels and for Mumbai. The old wing is a class apart. For stay or dining or functions there will be few other places to compete with Taj Mahal Hotel. The location itself is out of this world. The sea facing rooms are WOW. The sea front and rhe hotel blend into one. Enough class restaurants for the wizened traveller. A very pleasant experience.

Just can anyone dare to imagine that after attending a function attended by the president of India and chief minister while attending the dinner the waiter whisked away our water glasses and refuse to provide us with water or any other. Alternative as we are tea totaller.The rude staff went farther to add that this policy is advised by our senior management.

Just couldn't believe what we were hearing.

The icing on the cake is, if you post an adverse comment on the website page of the hotel , they will remove it without even contacting you, as was my case

Hotel and hospitality is very good .
but jain food provided was not vast variety and not upto the standard of hotel.

Hats off, no one can say it was center of a terrorist attack.

Apart from that, being a Taj property, can't say enough for their hospitality.

The staff is warm and helpful. It's a wonderful experience.
