It's a heritage of Kolkata and has reasons for it. The interiors are such grand and well maintained. Courtesy of people are great. In every aspect it is a 5 star property!!

Iconic Hotel. Except network connection was very bad.

Nothing much to say about this place. If you want to see real royal experience, do drop in. Very good place for corporate programs.

Comfortable stay. Fantastic food. Very courteous staff. Exceptionally good service.

Still the best 5 star in Kolkata along with Oberoi Grand. I like none of the new ones that much. Maybe I am biased to the 90's era.

Inside is a structure like a high-rise apartment.
In the morning, there are prayers and chopsticks in the lobby on the 1st floor. Breakfast was delicious

Bad service

Didn't treat the client we'll services so that the customers had to check out and we have to checkout at in between between date and have to pay .they charged us with nothing I'm really disappointed from the manager of the taj hotel Mr.Sourav the assistant manager

All good but somehow inside the hotel mobile network is really poor..don't know why..

Tak bengal was very bad because of their own staff.... They don't no how to treat co-ordinate and lead tranies...... Their language and style of speaking was filled with attitude... ... Even one of them staff was flitting with girls.. So that was the not a good impression of a 5stat hotel.....

Lovely place. Calm and peaceful. Unmatched hospitality & cuisines. Only downside I feel is the location - too far from the airport, takes forever during rush hours.

Taj junction is always a favourite place to hang out with friends......the music is light..... drinks are good ... hospitality can be rated ten on ten ...they have good happy hours deal ...especially the epicure members can enjoy a lot of facility.....food at coffee shop is very nice as they have varieties during lunch buffet....
One can just sit completely relaxed at the coffee shop and enjoy the different variety of food .....
