Super convenient! I brought two blankets to get embroidered for a baby shower and I didnt know where to go. Searched and found them and their prices and super reasonable. And even though I needed my job in a crunch they were super accommodating. I will be coming back
This is a long overdue response...A couple of years ago I was on the hunt for someone to personalize a jacket for me - I contact one place where the response I received was less than pleasant. I happened to drive by and saw the sign for Stitch This so I jotted down the number and gave a call. Laura was super - not only did she seem happy to assist she was extremely affordable. I have since brought in several other items and was able to have my boss place a large order for jackets with her - that came out perfect! Whenever anyone asks where to have something embroidered I have no problem recommending Laura.
Great stitching! Didn't find them on Google map voice search. Knew where they were located so I zoomed in on the map. 2 day turnaround for 5 bowling shirts (first names on chest and last names across the back. Highly recommended family operated shop.
Horrible customer service!!! Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Disappointed! No ethics or class... Worst experience ever!

Responding to your reply:
1. You never discussed the cost for the personalized shirt when you took my order. Our Coach isn't responsible for that.
2. Even after that, I did not stop the payment. You are lying about not receiving the amount you charged. You absolutely got the amount in FULL.
3. You told me "This is America... This is not a barter system, how you are running your business for 20+ years etc..." when I was politely trying to discuss with you. Completely racist in nature. Telling me that my Coach is making money of us??? Really!!
4. You absolutely tried to intimidate me and threatened me that you would reach out my Coach and you actually did reach out to him unnecessarily.
5. I am not satisfied and I would give you ZERO stars if possible.
Professional, fast and friendly. They did a great job on my project, last minute at a fair price. Will be returning soon.
I found this place while frantically googling "local embroidery shops" at 1 am, 5 days before my wedding. Being the stereotypical crazy bride, I had decided that I needed personalized handkerchiefs for my mom and MIL (even though I'd already bought them very nice gifts). It was obviously a little last minute and I said as much in my email. I reached out to every shop I found within 20 miles and crossed my fingers. I had a $300 embroidery machine in my Amazon cart (which I wouldn't have known how to use) when Laura emailed me back later that morning and said it would be no problem. What a lifesaver! I know it seems like a small detail but at that point in time I was so far removed from sanity that I cried happy tears. I got the handkerchiefs to her the next day, but I had no ideas for the design other than the text. She patiently helped me pick out the perfect thread colors and choose a beautiful font. The handkerchiefs were ready 1.5 days later and absolutely beautiful. Best of all, both moms loved them! What's more, I ended up hearing back from a couple other shops, one who declined in a less-than-polite way and another who said they might be able to do it for double the price. I'm so thankful there are still some nice people in the world like Laura and wonderful local businesses like Stitch This!! I'll be going to them for all my future embroidery needs!!
The shop did an excellent job with our shirts, but customer service was not very professional!
We had a job set up and were supposed to be contacted that Tuesday to sign off on the design so that the shirts could be completed by Thursday. Come Thursday, we had received no contact whatsoever. We had to call every time if we wanted to get updates on our order, the shop never notified us to let us know the status. While we understand the timeline may have been affected by COVID, we did expect to be given a heads up if the order was going to take longer than expected, because we got them several days late. The lady managing our order was very unapologetic about the situation and insisted that none of the situation was her fault. Again, quality of work was excellent, but the personnel handling clients left something to be desired.
So happy I found Laura at Stitch This! She is a delight! I asked for what i was looking for and she made it happen in 3 days! Her prices are great and she is a genuine business woman! Thank You :)

Started my clothing business through these guys. Very easy to work with and typically fast turn around times. Here are some example pictures of their work. I'll definitely be doing my next collection through them.
I got my bridesmaids robes embroidered here, and they came out absolutely beautiful. They advised heat pressing on vinyl vs. stitching due to the sensitivity of the fabric, and I am in love! I went in on Monday and picked them up yesterday!
