Great pool service! We have had several companies in the past but Prime is by far the best with which we have worked.

We inherited another pool service as first time pool owners after buying a new house with a pool. After putting up with irregular service and frequently un-swimmable water quality, we made the switch to Prime.

It has been night and day. Prime helped us to identify the root cause of many of our issues and then cost effectively installed new equipment and took over regular maintenance. Since the switch, our pool has been sparkling clean and we've never missed a day of swimming due to pool issues. Mike and his crew are reliable, honest, and highly competent. The one time we needed unscheduled service due to a clogged return during the fall leaf season, Mike had someone out there and the problem resolved without delay.

The best part about Prime is that we never, ever worry about our pool because we know Prime has it covered.

I have been using Prime Pool Service since June and have been very pleased with the service. They have taken care of all my pool needs. They keep up with the chemicals for me and I do not have to purchase or store them which is one of the best parts.

Prime Pool Service has knowledgeable employees who take excellent care of our pool. We highly recommend them.

Called Prime Pool Service because I found a leak on my pool sand filter. Cameron took my call, was very helpful in scheduling an appointment. He was able to get me in the very next day because of his concern that there was a leak. The next day he called to let me know he would be arriving soon, he arrived and diagnosed the problem right away. Turns out he did not have a special tool needed for my filter. He rescheduled me for the next business day. A couple of hours later he texted back saying that he had located the special tool and would be back on property within the hour. He showed up and fixed the leak. Great customer service. By the way this was all done in a time when pool companies have been especially busy. Thanks Prime Pool Service and Cameron.

We are new to the area and are very pleased with Prime Pool Service! They are responsive and very professional, and we are glad we found them to maintain our new pool.

I cannot say enough about these guys. I contacted them to help fix a pool pump that I have had to replace three times in the last three years. After calling a larger chain to see if the pump was under warranty, I was told it wasn't and that I would have to buy a new one. One call to Prime Pool Service on Tuesday, the pump was fixed and running again by Thursday afternoon. I was out of pocket for the service fee only! I could not be more impressed or happier with the service and quick turn around.

We have used several pool service companies around Austin. I made the mistake of believing they were all about the same. I watched my pool deteriorate under the Texas sun with some other providers. I couldn't believe what I was paying for my pool to look that bad.
I was fortunate to find Prime Pool Service. They have been far more attentive to the overall needs of the pool area. They show up regularly. They discovered a short in a GFI switch and fixed it. They have been able to help with rock repair work. They cleaned the calcium deposits from the tile to look like new. I didn't think that was possible. The pool hasn't looked this good since it was new.
My wife is finally happy... and if momma's happy, everyone is happy.

Very consistent Pool Techs. They show up as expected and do a great job keeping the pool clean!

Any time I have a problem with my pool, these guys have always managed to fix it in a timely manner. They are way better than my last pool service company. Their Service Manager, Jonathon, is easy to get a hold of and actions my requests immediately. They always give me good choices and good advice on repairs and replacement equipment.

Mike and his team are the best! It's not just the great weekly service but also other issues that come up. Recently they were out within a week to look at a pool light that was not working. I immediately had a quote and it was on the calendar for repair.

We have a beautiful crystal clear pool all the time now thanks to these guys!!!! Highly recommend them if you need to get the green out, or year around service!

Prime Pool Service has taken over the daunting job of cleaning and maintaining my pool. They do a great job in customizing the solution to your needs, and performing the task professionally and on time. They took my pool water feature from algae infested to clean and algae free and maintaining that since starting. Highly Recommend.

I actually switched over to Prime Pools after using a one-man service ... I can't say enough good things about having the entire Prime Pool team at my disposal. Their technicians are thorough, competent and courteous. I love not having to worry about my pool since they take care of any cleaning and maintenance issues I may have. My only regret is that I didn't switch to them sooner.

The most thorough service I have had for my pool. Guys are really knowledgeable and take the extra time to do it right, and at a good price! They also respond very quickly when I have an issue. And for weekly cleaning they are very dependable

We had our first service today at our new house and I came home to a SPARKLING pool! It took us some time to deal with setting up service with all the stress of the move and we've never had a pool, so it was looking pretty sad by the time we set things up. I was worried we would get charged extra or have issues since we hadn't done anything to it, but nope! They came out within days of me calling and were friendly and easy to do business with. We went with Prime Pool Service because the previous owner said he was very happy with them and so are we!

As a first time pool owner, I had zero experience with pool maintenance. I searched for companies around town that offered maintenance services and reached out to several. I ended up going with Prime Pool Service because they were extremely quick to respond, could fit me in faster than anyone else, and were extremely pleasant to correspond with. I've been extremely happy with their service so far. I've had a couple of pool issues come up and each time they were very quick to come out, diagnose, and fix the problem. On top of that, everyone I've interacted with from the office/billing staff to the pool cleaner to the pool repair techs have been super friendly and great to deal with. Couldn't be happier with their service.

Just started with Prime Pool, but I was impressed with the 1st impressions I got with Mike, who came to my house to check over my new pool and equipment. Mike compiled a list of things to discuss with my pool builder during pool school, so that was a value add. He also explained the entire chemical process so I could understand what Prim Pool service would do. Great first start!

Great service. I had some troubles with another company replacing my pool pump and was in the process of selling my house. I called Prime Pool Service and they went out of there way to come out the same day I called (Friday) and told me they'd be back Monday morning and they were here at 8:00 AM sharp and had everything up and running perfectly in a few hours. Will only use this company in the future.

Been using Prime Pool Service since April 2011. I am very happy with the service. The service is consistent and is fairly priced. The few issues that I have had over the years have been quickly resolved. I would highly recommend the service.

I wanted to replace the heater on my pool and I needed it done quickly as my son and his buddies were coming to stay here for spring break. I called Prime/Jonathan on Monday and they were able to have Cameron here on Tues to do the install. Took a morning and was done. Cameron did a professional install then showed me the work and how to operate. Really appreciated the speed of response, the high quality work and the professionalism. I've been very happy with the service from Prime Pool.

We have been using Prime Pool service for about 6 or 7 years. They service our pool every Monday and do a good job. Our in ground pool is around 30 years old and has problems that one that age has. Prime Pool stays on top of these.

Just in my first month using Prime Pool Service, every one in the company from billing to field techs have been great. Before signing an agreement, the owner and a supervisor met me at the house to do a thorough exam, to make sure they were tailoring the agreement to my exact pool and equipment. Any question or request gets answered within a couple of hours. Prime Pool Service is exceptional and I highly recommend them.

They've been doing a great job taking care of our "spool" for the last year. Very reliable, proactively ensuring it will be clean and ready for us when we want to use it. Recommend if you want quality and reliable service for your spa, pool, or "spool". :)

I had a leak in the impeller housing and Jonathon came out after hours and provided a fix to stop the leaking. It was going to freeze that night and I did not want to turn off the pump because i was fearful of the pipes freexing and breaking. I called 3 other companies before calling Prime Pool Service and none of them were willing to send anyone out. Very satisfied with the excellent Customer Service.

Prime Pool was very responsive to my request. I contacted them to check out a pool system and walk me through its operation and maintenance. Jonathon was very knowledgable and took time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. They had repairs underway the following day. Prime Pools is very professional and exceeded my expectations!

Will admit, it is early going -- we've only had this company for a month. In one month, however, our pool looks better and the equipment is in better condition than with the previous company we hired. Prime Pools' price is competitive (a bit less than our last company,) and they responded to my husband's call promptly and billed clearly and on time. Prime Pools came highly recommended by a neighbor of ours, and they have absolutely lived up to the reputation so far.

We are so pleased with Prime Pool Service. Our pool has never looked better! We switched to Prime because our old pool service guys were not doing their job, and we had a very bad algae problem. Prime immediately started working on the algae, and had a tech show up at 8:00pm on a Friday to get the process started. Our water, pebble sheen and tile now sparkles and we couldn't be happier. We would definitely recommend Prime. They are dependable and know their pool chemistry.

Prime Pool Service took over servicing my pool when the owner of the previous company we used (since 1996!) retired. The transition was seamless. The techs show up on time, they're professional and helpful, and our pool looks great!

I know there are more important emergencies in life but, when it comes to swimming pools, having a pump motor not working is something that must be taken care of as soon as possible. I called several pool service companies and was given a tentative service date of 4 to 5 days out which meant I would have green pool water by then. When I called Prime Pool Service, they also said they were busy but, understood the urgency and would do everything possible to repair / replace quickly. Well, my pump was replaced the next day, with a motor that was more energy efficient with a better warranty for a minimal increase over using the same pump brand and rating. I should also mentioned that weather that day was cold and rainy. Much thanks to the entire staff for a job well done.

I used a similar service for 11 years until they were sold. Prime Pool Service took over my service and I couldn't be happier. They come every Monday to test the water and apply the proper chemicals. The pool water has been PERFECT all summer and into fall. This is an excellent company and I look forward to many years of their service.

Prime Pool Service has been taking care of my pool for almost 2 years now and I couldn't be more pleased. Whenever there's a problem, they're quick to respond and always reasonable. In April 2012, a power surge took out my pump and they had the pool running almost immediately. Mike is very helpful, and our once/week service technician, Billy, is very thorough and prompt (and good with the dogs).

I've had experience with two other pool services with Prime Pool Service being the third. There really isn't a comparison, Prime is easily the most professional well run service I've used and the pool looks fantastic. Excellent customer service, quality workmanship and professional results. The best part, they are cheaper than my last company and the results are night and day. You will not be disappointed by Mike and his crew. I highly recommend.

I have been using Prime Pool Service for over a year and am happy with them. They are not the cheapest service out there, but they do a good job and are very low hassle. I have never had issues with missed weeks or feeling like there were not actually doing the cleaning, which I had when I went with lower cost services.

The management team has also been great to work with. I had a couple of questions, which the owner jumped on the phone and answered for me.

I recently switched over to Prime Pool Service. My confidence was running high just from the initial meetup where they assessed my pool and went over their services. We were in a bind and called prime pool service after our former pool service went dark on us. The president and owner, Mike, answered the phone. He showed up to our house within 30 minutes of my urgent call to get our pool up and running before we had a swim class at our personal pool. He also had his crew work through the weekend to fix our heater so that the pool water can be warm for the infants that were swimming in it. I highly recommend to switch to their service we've been with them for a couple of months and are very happy.

They clean our pool twice a week and monitor the chemicals and they do a great job. The pool looks great, they are timely and the price is spot on. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a pool service company.

I had an urgent need for a pool repair. I called Prime a day before Memorial Day. Other pool services I had called said that they couldn't schedule the service visit for two-ish weeks. Prime was able to do the job the following week (one day after the parts were delivered). The work was well done.

I have Prime show up weekly for pool chemical management and have had a great experience. They show up on the same day, the pool is always swim ready, have a very reasonable price, and you hardly know they are ever there.
