Very disappointed and angy this gambling place will gladly take your money when you loose but has a real problem paying you out when you win what a scam. Be careful people we deserve better treatment

Would have given 5 stars but couldn't use Visa gift card for bingo

Like because its closer than other casinos. Wish their staff could be friendlier and by staff i mean the money cage people & the attendants who give change on the floor or fix slot machines. The host\hostess dept are wonderful.

The most ghetto casino I ve ever been.
Came 6pm already and my room is still not ready.
Dirty surroundings, poor customer service and winning is as difficult as finding a real rainbow unicorn.
Please don t go there and save your time and money.

Not too crowded tonight. Live music was awful, horrible as usual. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Pretty clean. Felt safe walking out to my vehicle in the dark.

They were not that great in compliance with covid 19 they didn't separate the patrons by closing some of the slot machines so that it would be 6 ft apart ......very crowded

I have had a lot of fun on my stays at the Tachi Palace. The Entertainment Center it's fairly new and has a lot of amenities that anyone can enjoy. Bowling alley, movie theater, and a pool hall to name a few. The bartenders are a lot of fun and very engaging. So have a drink or 2 and then go bowl or whatever you like to do. But the one thin that you must do is get the Loaded Tater Tots. If you need to know why, just reread the previous sentence. It's in the name. #TaterTotsAreTheBest

Friendly,well mannered the best casino in the valley by far.

This is the third time I go to Tachi and this is the third time I win...1st 1,500 off of $50, 2nd 1,800 off of $20 and the 3rd time 2,300 off of $50...this was only on the slots (Mask, Heidi and one with fishes near the bar for those who care). As for Covid 19 precautions, employees are on top of their game sanitizing 24/7 and before you entered they scan you with a full body temperature check. I recommend Tachi over Table Mountain and Chuckchansi.

Great incentives and giveaways for seniors and general public patronage. Varied entertainment options, including bingo and slot tournaments. Optional eating choices range from sit down buffet, dine in or take out resturant and grille. High volume cocktail bar with regular well and specialty drinks is available. Tachi has beautiful hotel accommodations.with pool and jacuzzi that could be warmer and have more powerful jet pressure. Spa service at Tachi is very good. Birthday recognition during your birthday month. Private chartered transportation is available to Tachi from within the central California area. Reservations not required, but highly recommended.

Very good place to blow off some Steam hotels a little dated but the service is amazing. Very family friendly you can bring kids movie theater and bowling onsite!!

Great place to go to play game, eat great food and socialize

The casino is very clean and well maintenanced. We went to the buffet and the food was delicious with friendly staff.

The food is sooo good here! And the employees are awesome!

Love this casino, however very hard to find. It is surrounded by farms with livestock.

The slot machines are very tight & in a 48hr period I did not witness any other patrons winning large amounts. The gaming floor is non-smoking which is inconvenient. The pool area is very nice however it is inaccessible.

Love the Sierra grille..priced are great, the food is always wonderful and the staff is so nice...Have been there for many functions. Weddings, parties and reunions.. Will be there at the end of the month for our 40th. Im excited about staying there.Can't wait..

It's alright. I have no complaints. Very packed, though.

Always fun...some wins, mostly losses but fun...the facility has grown we explored the new family fun center...its great...movie theater...bowling...arcade...the whole 9...we had dinner at coyote grill, it was delicious...they have a great variety...the pool area is also very nice...enjoy!!!

We just had our wedding. It is the most beautiful place and tons of fun. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Im so glad I picked a wonderful venue. Food was amazing too!

This place is like my 2nd home, it's always a lovely experience whether I'm gambling, staying the night at the hotel to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi, eating at their fine establishments or enjoying a night out with the family and friends at the bowling alley or movie theater. Great staff and many security guards to ensure ones safety. By far one of the best casinos I've been to.

I don't waste my money but I sure love all the stuff they have to do if you aren't over age

The slots are newer and payouts are comparable to other casinos. Club rewards are better than other places. I don't like they don't let eating on tf he casino floor. An employee had me put my candy away even when I told her I was diabetic. Drink services is rare, but you can go to the drink station.

Very friendly staff clean rooms and beautiful pool.

Took my palace card today because my license was expired and DMV has not sent me nothing since I renewed it. Guess I won't be going out there no more

We love stopping here whenever our travels bring us to the area. Great selection of slots, decent poker room, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The line at the players club was completely out of hand due to a drawing they were doing over our visit, but otherwise we had a great visit.

I love this place it has great food and entertainment. They have opened a new restaurant on the 3 floor called the red hawk serves the best burgers and fries.

I used to love e this place but it sucks now just not the same!
They are so worried about the virus yet there is no hand sanitizer in ANY of the hand sanitizing machines!!

They took my money with a smile on their face and no regrets. I think they truly enjoy taking money from people. It's almost like that is their goal in life....wait a sec....It is!! I take my 5 stars back!

It was a beautiful show along with the beautiful day that came with it.

I love coming here because I have family in the Lemoore area. And we finally stayed at the Palace. The moment we walked into to the room I was in awe, it was beautiful, spacious, clean and an awesome view. The type of the room we had was a loft type suite, two stories, one and half bath with would work really great if you had kiddos with you. This room also had a wet bar. I m not too disappointed that it didn t have a microwave cause we didn t come to eat in, but I am assuming you can ask for one from housekeeping. They received 4 stars because thought the shower was beautiful the water would get clogged. But I m sure it will be fixed after we checked out.

There is a lot to do here, Casino, movie theater, bowling alley, shop and eat. Every time I ve come I ve won something on the slot machines, just have to know when to stop :). I totally recommend this be one of your stop overs.

Had so much fun. I saw my sis go from 20 dollars to about 300 dollars in a hour. Fun time fun people and customer service was friendly and great

today disappointed of offer for cash cow , first kiosk machine wasnt working right, then lines to long and not enough staff , so i didnt get my ticket redeemed. i went before time expired. got tired of waiting for so long .

It was super nice. Probably the most largest and beautiful Indian casino I've been to. It's in the middle of nowhere, but has a wonderful concert area, food, table games, bingo, and food. What's rare about this Indian casino is that it has liqour and tables which most I've been to dont. I'll definitely have to make it out here again.

Stopped in for a steak dinner. Rib eye was cooked the way I like it. Mmmmmmm. Always make it a point to stop by. Will be back soon.

Always have a great time when i go food is great. Love to go dancing but i would really like it if they would have abj. With more english music other than that i love going to the casino

Cool little place nice little gaming area mostly slot machines brought my mother-in-law sister-in-law and wife and they had a blast. Good food excellent staff nice rooms. Definitely will come again and again they also have nice event area with a variety of entertainment also known to host a big car show of custom cars and Lowrider cars and trucks come check it out take your older folks out of the house and come have some fun here at Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino you won't regret it I promise..

1st time here! Prime rib was delicious! We played a bit won a little ;) enjoyed the diverse entertainment, Live music entertainment to the DJ Jams!

Lots of machines no having to wait around for a seat. Rooms are decent but could use a bit more lighting. Service was good no issues.

Food was good!! The desert was exceptionally delish!!,the customer service was also nice the girl who attended our group was curtious,nice and was very pleasant she kept our cups full we were a group of 26! Pics were of the freshly cleaned shrimp! And a desert my co worker had! I had thae apple cobler that was a perfectly done! Forgot to take that pic!! Topped with vanilla ice cream! The cookies were all great too! 5star for us all!! We will all be returning!

Need more waitresses in the grill, Plenty of cashiers, our drinks from the bar came just before our food. Need more cashiers at the member centers. It was fun and exciting. Bathroom clean which is a plus
