I made an order (a blade) from overseas and they helped me so much. They dropped the package to my friend located in a hotel in NYC by theirselves! I wished them to choose the lightest one of the blade that I bought and they did it. And they even put an edge tape to the package without my request! Best customer service!

Outstanding customer service!, when some problem happened with the shipping , Ben did more then he had to, to accommodate my needs, I never had this level of service from Paddle Palace,etc.
