The company offers callcenter services to a number of companies in Nigeria. Located in a very serene environment in contrast to the hustle and bustle of Oshodi where it's located.
It's a very good place. if you wish to get a job in customer service, you can submit an application to them at any time of the year. They have a warm reception also and the staff are very understanding too.
Love the sereneness of the place. It's relatively quiet here considering it's nearness to the busy Oshodi bridge. The facility has a restaurant, neatly kept conveniences, a vending machine, ATM, muster point, a spacious car park, agile, warm and helpful security personnel, etcetera. It's pretty much in the middle of Lagos to me. I can navigate easily from Oshodi; where the Centre is located to other areas for my pursuits.

They run certification programs and training for their agents too. The agents are dedicated to companies and represent such. Interviews for the role holds here and they are done professionally. Training needs more to be desired in quality and execution.

Consol management and staff are very unfriendly and rude!! I usually wonder what their staff go through tho. They mostly look hungry like secondary school students, i bet they aren t being well taken care of, which wont come as a suprise as their boss is the most unpleasant person i have met.

I loved every bit of my time at consol, i was opportuned to work as a customer service agent; talking to different customers daily, handling and solving complaints, learning people skills, it was a great learning experience. I also got to work as an information systems engineer, solving minor technical problems of the customers service agents. Making sure all their work tools are working perfectly. Very amazing experience for me.
