I bought 2017 Civic at this branch. At that time, I had contracted for free oil change for 10 years if the car is fixed at this branch when it has any issues. So far, the car has been used without any problems and of course nothing is light on the dash board. One day I called to T&T Honda to book for oil change and one of representatives said I must have to have car inspection when mileage reaches 16000km to get an oil change for free. This is not lease but I financed. I do not understand even why I must have car inspection. They said they cannot even book an appointment just for free oil change. Why should I pay over $250 for car inspection to have free oil change? Even it is just 1 year old car. Please make sure when you buy a car at this branch, you should be careful because they forget easily what they provided.
