Walked in to get a quote and to see if my warranty cover the part I wanted to replace.
But service won t check unless they diagnose. Result = +$100 for visit. Very unfair considering I just did +$1500 worth of work with them a month ago. No way to treat a customer. Doubt I will return.

One of the best car purchasing experiences I have ever had ! Thad Szott was present with a warm welcome to his dealership and put me in the hands of Eric Mann and Denise Mclean, who were fantastic ! I had almost a impossible scenario being 7500 miles over on my current lease with a year to go...but this amazing team of professionals found the right vehicle and as I waited for the paperwork I enjoyed a comfy massage from one of there state of art massage chairs with a cappuccino...not bad !!LOL . We test drove a 2016 Town and Country followed by a Pacifica, just to compare the two vehicles. Salesman was very understanding. We ended up purchasing the 2016 Town and Country after comparing. Very good experience at Dealership.

Ralph in service was awesome!! He clearly communicated the repairs needed and the time frame to completion. His vast automotive knowledge was apparent with his in depth description of repairs to be performed and ability to thoroughly answer questions in a manner which was easy to understand.

Timely service, Both Mike Rose in service and Kyle Kuzdek in collision exceeded my expectations, Price was fair, repairs were timely, Employee's were polite, knowledgeable, courteous and kept me informed during the repair process. Would for sure recommend to anyone.

Service professionals were very nice and easy to work with, no issues there, but, when I turned my car in for recall service/tire rotation my tire pressure sensor was on. When I picked up the car, it was still on. No one working on the car bothered to properly reinflate the tires when doing the rotation?! It does not take much extra effort, but would have been nice since I left my car there from 10:30am to 6pm. When I owned my BMW, it was just part of their normal service. Small things like this make the difference in customer service.

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had leasing a new vehicle. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jeff, and working first hand with Scott and Chris. Everyone I spoke to was phenomenal in helping me with the entire process. All my questions were answered and explained to me in detail. I was shown all the ins and out of my new Cherokee before leaving the lot, they were just so incredibly professional and personable. The real kicker though was when they went above and beyond two days after I picked up my car. I realized I forgot a shirt inside my trade in, they not only tracked it down but made sure I got it back the same day! You will not be disappointed if you come here for your next vehicle!!!

Sales staff was unhelpful. A salesman left his junk in the car after he took it for the weekend and they couldn't be bothered to clear it out. Knowing full well we were on our way to see it. They also told us it was black and got there and the salesman just said oh it's graphite. No apology or anything. He also promised at least 2500 for a trade in and when we got there told us all he could do was a $1000. My wife wanted to see the stow and go bucket seats up in place but the salesman couldn't be bothered to move the junk that had been left there to do it. Bradford and Jason cost them a sale through sheer laziness. We were ready to buy.

Wish I would have taken a picture of the car to show everyone the condition of the car they were trying to sell. Old Rockstar energy drink and water bottle in cup holder. 2 big gym bags unto of the stow and go seats. Not 1 or 2, but 3 pairs of stinky running shoes laying in various spots of the car. Some sort of pills spilled on the bench seat. Crumbs everywhere.

My advice is not to go to Szott and try and find yourself a dealership that cares.

Just bought my new used car here and traded in my old car. Even though Carfax wasn't around when I bought my last car, they found structural damage on my trade in and still gave me a deal on it! Great service, caring people.

The person I worked with to buy my car was really great. I m moving across the country so I thought I was buying a reliable jeep. With COVID-19 we tried to be really flexible. I live an hour away from the dealership so when they didn t have a driver to drop off the car we had no problem going out there. We get the car and the tires are flat and the stop/start engine light is on. They didn t inspect the car prior giving it to us. We had to wait outside in the freezing cold while he filled air in the tires just to get home. Now over the next two weeks the air in the tires wouldn t stop leaking. I took the car in to get fixed at the dealership told them about the tires and the stop/start light. They covered it, but it was a $500 fix for the stop/start. The only reason I was even able to get it in is because my move date got pushed back or I would have been screwed. I get home and the tires are leaking AGAIN. They didn t check them or even make a note. When I texted them asking which is how we have been communicating about the issues with the car there was no response. I m just incredible frustrated when you let them know this car is doing a cross country move and they sell you it with bad tires they clearly don t care about your safety. I mean come on here s your new car we didn t fill up the tires? Good luck driving home when everything s closed because of COVID. Additionally, I ve spent eight hours going back and forth picking up the car and dropping it off. I m just over all disappointed that they didn t check the car prior to sending it off or even again when it was in the shop. Good thing I am moving because I would never purchase from here again. The safety of your customer should always be your top priority and not checking that there s lights on the dashboard before handing it off to a consumer is SHOCKING.

So far so good. Purchase not completed yet but found what I needed at the price i needed. Thank you Denise.

Went to Szott M-59 for my first lease and had a wonderful experience. All of the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend working with Denise McLean. I told her what I was looking for and she made sure I got it. She was great to work with and made the entire process so easy!

Noah Spurlock was my salesperson and did an exceptional job! He was honest and didn't make promises that he couldn't deliver on. Between him and the finance team at Szott Jeep I was able to get approved and purchase a reliable, attractive, and affordable vehicle for myself and my children (this was something previous dealerships were unable to do).

As a skeptic, nit picking, perfection-demanding engineer, car purchases scare me. Never sure what I will find wrong, missing or broken after I've signed the deal. Brian V was fantastic! There where a couple of minor glitches, but Brian assured me that I was ok, and everything would be fine. After a quick trip through service getting the bugs sorted out, I have a dream car! I love the car, and can honestly say that of the 12 cars I have purchased thus far in my life, this was the easiest and best yet. sales- Brian, top notch, finance got me a better rate than my own bank would. This is my second lease with Adam and I wouldn t go to anyone else. He really made me feel like I was his only client. I also had some work done on my lease before I turned it in. One individual I dealt with was not very nice and didn t listen to my car issues to fix them. As soon as I expressed this to Adam, the service manager called me and apologized, got me a rental, and resolved the issue. Ralph in the service department kept me updated and was so kind. All-in-all, making the trek from Royal Oak to White Lake is 100% worth it. Thank you!

As a person who has leased a vehicle for the past decade, I was very unhappy with my last experience at Szotts. Salesman (Ben) seemed only in a big hurry to get his sale, we drove our jeep in a test drive, mentioned the door not working (Nothing wrong with the door he said, has to be taken it for repair) I wrote him a post-dated check as part of the deal that we agreed upon for me to take the jeep, they Szotts cashed it and over-drafted my account leaving me with a $28 fee. Ben did send me a $50 gas card to make up for his mistake, but I had called him twice to remind him. First really bad experience I've ever had with leasing a car.

Bought a used Jeep from Chris Campbell, price was great, great service as well. Easy to deal with, from my trade in to financing. I will definitely return to Szott in the future.

Brought my Pacifica in for an oil change and it was done quickly and with no hassle about getting other things serviced. Nice to have things done and not have the service manager trying to sell work that you don t want or need.

Had to wait 5 days for the truck I purchased to get repaired. Then when I picked it up. 1/4 tank of fuel. 1/2 tank of def. Guess you have to buy new . Would have thought 35k could have gotten a full tank of fuel. But love hey the truck

Went in with very little hope on getting out of my lease (which I had a week left to do), sat down and talked with Bradford Watson and had nothing but positive experiences with him! His patience and effort through the entire process from start to finish made it entirely stress free. He answered every question I had (and there was a lot), any concerns I had he put me at ease with, he gave me so much hope that everything was going to work out- and it did! I am so happy in my Grand Cherokee and owe all my thanks to Bradford for his time and effort! Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! I got the best deal in my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara! I love my car! Chris was very professional he had the car ready for me to test drive it and answered all my questions & concerns. He also took the time to show me how the new car works. I am very pleased with my car and the excellent customer service I received. The only thing that bothered me I requested to have a full gas Tank but they said they don t do that. I thought that is not a good customer service when you re spending that much the least they can do give a full tank. Overall this is the best dealer in Michigan. I have been to so many dealers they don t even let you test drive unless you commit! I highly recommend Chris and Szott M-59 Chrysler Jeep.

I am a first-time Jeep buyer. I found the Szott website very helpful with a plentiful inventory of quality used Wranglers. My salesperson Brad Watson thoroughly explained the various options, the advantages of certified pre-owned and what an optional warranty would cover. Needless to say I actually got more than what I was originally looking for prior to buying.

Scott and Chris were amazing to deal with. Helped to get us into our dream vehicles. Highly recommend this dealership.

Their customer waiting area should be more eco friendly, like paper cups for coffee instead of styrofoam & a bin to recycle the complimentary water bottles instead of throwing them in the garbage. Other than that no complaints on service!

Fast, easy, the quoted a price for a repair and it ended up being less money, so I don t feel taken avatage of. Nice people, I will go back!

Really bummed with my experience. I went in looking at getting into a new lease but knowing I was about 5k miles over my old one and still had a few payments left. I told them this up front and even did the work of finding the exact cost of what would be rolled in so that any lease quotes I got would reflect this. (This was the third dealership I had been to during the week so I was very prepared) They supposedly took that into account and absolutely blew the competition out of the water so I said I would be back in a week after my pre-inspection was complete to finalize everything. Came back a week later to sign papers and pick out a color. After I spent close to 2 hours there he brought over what my payment would be and it was $40 more than the HIGHEST end of what we had talked about previously. Apparently the first quotes didn't include any of the mileage or payments despite that being the first thing I stated to include in the new lease. Even when he returned two more times with new numbers and down payments, they still weren't even close to other quotes I had that INCLUDED all of what is being rolled into my new lease. Walked out very disappointed. They then proceeded to call me 3 more times during the next few weeks to offer me a lower price but it was still over $50 per month higher than what was offered by another dealership for the same exact car. So glad I went elsewhere.

A newly expanded and remodeled dealership where the customer really does come first. It's easy to see why they are so successful......they are a well disciplined, polished and trained, smiling staff who set the bar so high others will have difficulty coming close. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree (Tom Szott, Thad and Jeff)!

Would not recommend this dealership for new vehicle purchase. After a week of emails and calls I finally got a salesman to call me back and their internet advertised price was $8,000 lower than they are actually willing to sale the vehicle for. The salesman was nice but put minimal effort into working with the price of the vehicle.

I cannot stress this enough. Walking into any dealership I usually feel like I'm going to be taken advantage of; however, at Szott these guys were fantastic, especially Scott Myers. Everything about my deal was explained to me within acceptable tolerances. I understood the entire process, I was given names of individuals and contact information for everything from Service on my vehicle all the way to buying accessories. They offered me EXACTLY what I needed for my trade in and gave me some really nice incentives (Factory Dealer Incentives).

Best car buying experience we have ever had. We walked in on a Monday night to a Lions tailgate party in the showroom. The atmosphere was filled with energy and great music. Not one person was wearing a mask. No one was staying 6ft away. It s sad to see a complete lack of respect for your community. Have your staff educated on social distancing and supply them with masks at the very least. Opening my car door and standing next to me with no mask is unacceptable in this time. Figure out a way for your customers to feel safe when they come get an oil change.

We are so happy with the work and help that Robert showed us when purchasing our car. We almost purchased from the ford place down the road and left in tears because we felt so lied to and mistreated. We chose to go back to 2 sales men we had in the past that moved to szotts (Chris and Scott) because we knew them and trusted them. That s when we had the opportunity to work with Robert. He was very knowledgeable and walked through each step with us and explained things in terms we understood and addressed every one of our concerns. He really got to know us an our personalities and helped us purchase a perfect fit for what we were looking for. Not only was he great but so were the cars. We purchased used (which can be a challenge) but every car we saw was cleaned and taken care of. When we finally got ours it looked new! I m so happy we had the chance to work with Robert. It is hard to find car salesman that you trust and don t just try and get you in a car. But now we have 3 amazing sales men that put time into their customers and not just the company. If you are looking for a car, I can not recommend these men any more. They will work for you, get to know you, and let you take the time you need. Fantastic no pressure experience that landed me a great deal on a certified pre-owned. I was also blown away by my trade in offer. I was going in expecting to be low balled as per the norm with other dealer experiences I've had and they offered me $100 less than I wanted! Very easy financing and paperwork process.
