While shopping around for a new lease, three of my contacts (2 coworkers and 1 friend) all referred me to Szott M-59 Chrysler Jeep. Based on these referrals, I had to check them out. So glad I did! Well worth it to test drive, to meet Adam Hurst, and to become part of the Szott family! This is my first Chrysler vehicle ever. And I'm in love! That's saying a lot for a girl who never once washed her last vehicle! My Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk is sporty with a luxurious feel. The interior is so spacious - and my Great Dane thinks so, too! And the Olive Green Pearl exterior is just plain Sweet!! I am beyond thrilled! Thank you to Adam Hurst for making this all possible!

We explained to Ron exactly what we were looking for, and why we wanted to test drive a Town n Country and a Pacifica. He was very helpful and we ended up buying the Town n Country. My experience was absolutely amazing! My salesman Noah was professional and genuine. He went above and beyond to get me into the Jeep I wanted. I was nervous to go in to a dealership on my own but the entire team made me feel comfortable.

We have found our "family" dealership! We will always buy and service vehicles from here because of Scott Meyers!! He is a person who actually cares about his customers - he treats like them friends and family. Scott helped us find exactly what we needed in a new vehicle to fit our budget and requirements. I also brought my Grand Cherokee in for some service and warranty work - some parts were back ordered and I was in a bind - I didn't have the time to wait for a vehicle and needed to get to work. Scott and Jeff got me in a loaner vehicle and I was on my way! My day and schedule was not effected. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy! These guys are the BEST!

I ve been lucky enough to avoid most of the car dealership shenanigans that everyone dreads, but since meeting and working with Scott Myers made me rethink the car buying process. He made the whole process painless, listened to our needs/wants and ultimately found us a great deal that ended up being under our initial budget! Definitely will be coming back to see Scott for the next vehicle!

My Jeep has 215k miles on it and I had to take in for service twice this year. That is to be expected for a vehicle this old.

The service team at Szott identified some worn components and replaced them immediately. I picked up my Jeep and it felt like new when I drove it home.

In summary, they say what they do and they do what they say. Hard to find service like that anywhere.

Brought our 2015 Wrangler in for a lift and mods and it looks awesome. Mitch guided us through the whole process, very satisified.

Unfortunately i purchased a Jeep Patriot here and after 8 months having this vehicle the transmission was acting funny. i sent my vehicle there 3 times and they said that there was nothing wrong. I spoke with the manager and told him that the issue was continuing and i received no response via the email i had sent. After i exhausted all that i could do, i ended up trading this vehicle and eating the negative equity to purchase a new vehicle at the ford dealership in Brighton (excellent service).

Best dealer service department I have ever been to by far. I had been to those other guys in Bloomfield and Szott blew them out of the water. I dealt with Leevy who was friendly, professional and very easy going. Car was done on time with everything taken care of. I am happy I came here this morning and not that other place.

I just picked up my jeep that had body work done. Where there was a dent and they fixed it there is paint drips all over that area and then they also cracked my windshield! As if i wasnt going to notice! This is not quality work at all! They had my vehicle for 2 weeks and i get it back with paint drips and a cracked windshield! What a joke!!!!

My lease was up. I went to see my salesman Tom Reese to turn in the car. He helped me select another car to lease and explained the vehicle lease and I was able to make the most efficient selection. He then explained the workings of the vehicle and set up my phone. On the way home, I had to call him to ask him to explain something to me and he graciously took the time to help me understand why I was confused. This is not the first car I have purchased from Tom nor is it he first car I have purchased from Szott. I will be back.

Took 90 minuets to get an oil change done. Ridiculous

We went in as a family prepared to purchase a Jeep Wrangler on 8/31/18. We worked with Chris in used car sales and he was ok. Paul the new car manager was fairly rude and we were made to feel that they did not need our business. We were told that they were closing even though I ve stayed a bit later at several dealerships before to purchase a vehicle. The uninspired attitude towards us spending $25-30K for a vehicle was disappointing. Paul also could not tell us how much they were valuing our trade in for and then spoke condescendingly to me about what KBB was when I mentioned NADA value (I do my research prior to coming into any dealership).
We left disappointed but were told to come back the next day, Saturday, or preferably Tuesday after the holiday weekend because Chris would be off.
We showed up Saturday to test drive the Jeep we were interested in the prior day and my wife immediately heard Paul swear in front of my kids. This was while Highway to Hell was playing on the radio loudly (not family friendly)! My wife then mentioned the vehicle she was interested in from the prior evening and she was told that it was sold the day prior...while we were there and the last customers?!! My wife said to Paul guess we ll go to another dealership to which he responded go ahead .
Bottom line, this dealership makes it very clear they have the market cornered on Jeep Wranglers. However, their extreme unprofessionalism and disregard for our business is concerning. I own a small business and my customers happiness is my absolute number one priority.
We will not purchase from this dealership even if it means driving further and paying more. We will also share our experience with friends, family, co workers and employees.

We had an excellent experience with Noah Spurlock at Szott. We were not very well prepared and he was patient and made sure to show us each and explain each model. He truly made sure we had a good fit for our needs and listened more than he talked. Paperwork was right on; exactly the price he quotes us and he even sent a courier to my husband for the paperwork. Love the new Compass. Noah figured our right away the Grand Cherokee was too big for me to drive and the Compass is perfect. At delivery the car was perfect and Noah paired my phone and media to the car and made sure I knew how everything worked. This car is filled with new toys. Will definitely go back to Noah for the next car. On a side note, we purchased a used car from here several years ago with no warranty. SZOTT Jeep has had consistently good customer service. I came to their service department because a different dealer's service department proved to be less trustworthy than I require. Szott has been honest and they have even made recommendations that put me first and cost them money. We have been so happy that we purchased a vehicle from them and they have been great. Scott Myers was amazing to work with. From our first phone conversation he was engaged, sincere and truly listened to what type of vehicle I wanted. He quickly provided multiple model and color options with price quotes and made the entire process of leasing a new vehicle extremely pleasant. Prior to working with Scott, I had remained loyal to another Jeep dealership for over 17 years. The drive to Szott is quite a bit further than my previous dealer, but working with Scott was worth every extra mile. I bought a AEV Jeep from Brian Velkey. It is perfect. He went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did he know everything there was to know about Jeeps, he was not pushy at all. He also hosts a off road event called Wheeling 4 Ronald. He donates 100% of the proceeds to the Ronald McDonald House of Detroit. I highly recommend if you are in the market for a Jeep make sure you see Brian.

The main issue was resolved within the first appointment. However, I did mention my tires were low and was told that it is always checked. Unfortunately the 16 point inspection was missed and my tires were not filled but I had left the lot before noticing.

Looking for a new vehicle and shopping lots on a Sunday. Unfortunately they purposefully BLOCKED their lot so potential buyers cannot see their vehicles... poor poor customer service!!!

Very Poor Customer Service from the service department. Unreturned phone calls and the steps they took actually undermined an offer from Chrysler to share in the cost of a major repair. Chrysler customer service was willing to supply the part if I paid for the labor. All Szott needed to do was quote the job. Instead, they (unnecessarily and completely on their own) got a district manager from Chrysler involved who put a stop to the deal. Then no returned phone calls to close the loop or any attempt to salvage the relationship. I would not go here for service unless you want to deal with a business that employs the silent technique as a way of dealing with customers. Shame on Chrysler for allowing this to occur within their dealer network. I live locally and would love to have given my business to them but NEVER AGAIN.

Easiest car buying experience! Scott & Chris where awesome to work with. Listened to what I wanted and found it for me at a great price. Highly recommend!
