I came in ANGRY, and yelling at anyone who would listen. I was sure I would not get the help I needed. I found scratches after removing my hardtop on a Jeep I had purchased.

Even with my nasty attitude, Paul the Manager and Chris with Sales Got right to work and helped me schedule a date to fix ALL my problems, and provide me with a rental vehicle.

If you re wondering who to buy your next vehicle (Jeep)with, these guys actually do care. Needless to say I felt humbled and taken care of when I left the dealership.

I just bought my very first car from them, a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I worked with Chris Campbell and my experience was so easy and painless! So many dealerships are pushy or un-personal, but not Chris. The Jeep needed to be serviced before I could take it home, and he was completely upfront about it. He even texed me when it was ready to go! He was kind and courteous when I had my dad go take a look at it for me as well (he knows more about cars than I do!). Chris also made sure I knew how to navigate all the features and even helped connect my phone before I drove away. I have spent plenty of time in dealerships, but this was my first car buying experience, and Chris made it seamless and pain free. I would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to give him a visit!

I am a return Chrysler/Jeep purchaser. I recommend Szott Chrysler Jeep Sales Team. Go there and ask for Kyle or Jake. These guys will do everything they can to get you in the vehicle you want and for the price you want. In the past, other dealers have tried to push other vehicles for whatever reason. These guys didn't even try that game. They showed me the Jeep I wanted and helped me get the options and payments I needed. Jake and Kyle make a good team. Thanks for everything guys.

Was pleasantly surprised at how un-car-salesman like the recent purchase of my new vehicle was. Dave, my salesman quickly answered questions, handled the negotiation and made sure all the details were taken care of which took the typical grief out of car buying.
From the time I walked into the dealership until I drove off the lot in my new car was a few minutes over 24 hrs. Can t thank Dave enough for his degree of professionalism and courteous handling of the transaction. Very satisfied with my experience at Scott Automotive Group!

I typically don't write poor reviews about anyone (or a company). In this case I need to make an exception. I'll keep the long story short as possible. I visited Szott's Chrysler/Jeep dealership a few weeks ago to take a look at the 2015 Chrysler 200S. Ben (who I really liked) asked me if I'd like to test drive one. I did and liked the car more than I thought I would. So Ben and I started working on putting a deal together. I had a 2008 Honda Accord with 100,000+ miles on it to trade in. By the way, the Honda (and it's dealership core) never gave me even the slightest issue or problem. The main reason I opted for the Chrysler was the simple fact that it was "made in America" In any event, I picked out the colors, options, etc. I wanted on my vehicle. When it arrived, Ben and I went over the operations of the new gizmos and gadgets and I left a happy guy. After a week or so I decided to read the owners manual to learn how to operate the accessories. I was disappointed that the 'safetytec' package I had asked for was not installed in the car. I mentioned this to Ben on the phone and he was very apologetic. (When I selected that option from the Chrysler brochure, he indicated to me that it was 'included' in one of the other packages I had picked out, so I never gave it another thought). He told me over the phone that he'd "make it up to me" I don't know what he meant by that, since that option cannot be installed after the car has been built. In any event, I loved the car but wasn't happy. I wrote a very professional letter to the sales manager, Jeff Schneider and waited a month with no written reply, nor a phone call from either Ben or Jeff. I wasn't asking for anything, just wanted Jeff to know I wasn't pleased with the transaction. After that month of waiting, I wrote to one of the owners (Thad Szott) and voiced my concerns to him about the lack of follow-up from Jeff/Ben. I fly a private jet, and when I landed at the Oakland-Pontiac airport a few days ago, there was a voice message from Jeff asking me to call him back. I did the next morning and left him a voice message that I'd be on my phone all day. (Actually I was not flying for the next three days, so was on my phone 24/7). I did not receive a call back from him. Once again, I wasn't asking for money or any kind of compensation. I just wanted 'management' to know I was displeased. Going forward now, I will not discuss my issue with Jeff, Ben or Thad. Needless to say, I won't acquire another vehicle from that dealership. I operate a private aviation service. If I treated my customers to that type of service (or lack of), I would certainly be out of business today. My advice.....get the 2015 200S.....it's a great car......just buy/lease it from another dealership.

Our sales rep Jason Hinzman was awesome to work with and didnt make us feel like most dealer experiences.....which is why most people avoid them. He delivered exactly what we asked for and gave us multiple finance options. We will be back in 2019 for yet another vehicle. Szott has a great employee and I hope they take notice!

Buying or leasing cars can be stressful, or have salesmen push you into something you don't want. Here they listened and made everything very easy, were very friendly and outgoing. I brought 2- key fops up to be programmed I waited in customer area thoughaly enjoyed massage chair Service programmed my key fops. I paided cashier I got home neither fop will start truck auto door locks don t work and remote start doesn t work. Not happy at all

The Black Friday tire sale was nice got 4 new tires went to leave tire pressure was not rite programming wasn t done had to return to dealer salesmen mike took care if it (20 minite wait). Brings keys back to me I thanked him went to leave noticed none of my valve stem covers on my truck had been installed went back to mike the write up man , he went got machinic while I waited again he put valve stem covers on . I left everything seems to be fine I hope when I get key phop they order it goes better

Working with Ralph was a great experience. Even though I was there because of Michigan potholes, Ralph made the painful experience less of a burden. He was polite & kept me inform with updates regularly. By far one of the best experiences I have had with Szott.

After dealing with the stress of a car accident and having to rent a car I didn t expect to have problems with my car insurance too but Tyler from the body shop made it so much easier to deal with. I just purchased my 2018 Jeep Wrangler last night! I had been to three dealers in the area and simply could not connect to the salesperson for several different reasons. I also new once I completed the finance application I would be locked in with that location.

To put it simply I needed someone to really listen and help me find the right Jeep for me. Often I would be testing a wrangler but the pricing and options were never making sense.

I googled reviews on Szott and quite frankly was almost ready to just stop shopping vehicles altogether. I am so thankful I didn t.

The first interaction with my salesman Scott Myers was the best conversation I had in weeks! When he hung up he said I have something to show you, and sent text photos of a Jeep that just arrived and wasn t even listed in inventory yet.

It was the exact price and style I wanted.

The entire process he focused on what was best for ME! The experience was the best I have had in my 25 years of car buying.

Each price and timing of my application was centered on the best deal that fit! I am more than thankful to this dealership.

The finance person took his time and kept working alongside us. Derrick was very personable and professional!

If you read reviews like I do, do not waste time looking at other locations. This place listens, and takes action so you can feel great about your investment!

Along with hearing on the news about one of their employees recently setting up a hidden camera in the lady's bathroom, their salesman over charged my good friend almost $5,000 on a lease, treating another one of my friends with total disrespect in the service department, the owners son being arrogant with one of his loyal patrons that bought cars there for almost 20 years I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemies. All I hear about is very negative comments from all my friends and associates who ever leased, bought or serviced their car a Szhott. I have no idea how they stay in business. These people help give Chrysler a bad name!

We were in trouble with our previous lease and ran out of time with another dealer that did not want to be bothered with our business.

It only took a phone call to the General Manager Jeff S. and he took care of everything for us.

Jeff then referred us to Scott M. who was our salesman through the rest of process and he wrapped up the best deal that anyone could have ever asked for!

John K. the Finance Manager was also helpful, courteous and friendly in getting all of the financials in order.

These guys are all top notch and really worth seeing if you want the best deal in town.

We found out the hard way that all car dealers are not the same and like everything else in life you have good ones and bad ones.

Szott Chrysler Jeep is not only one of the good ones, they are the best at what they do and are all you could ever want or need in a full service dealer.

Don t just take my word on it, go see them for yourself and you will be saying the same thing after they give you a great deal on your new car!!!

Worst experience ever, i had an appointment over a week ago for wednesday at noon and i took it in by myself so the guy was like we ll get it in today and i will call you later and i was like okay and he didn t so i called and they were like two cars are in front of you it ll be in tomm so i called the next day at 1 and was like what s going on with my car, and he was like it s w a tech rn and i was like ok cool so my dad called back before they closed and was like what is going on the car should ve been looked at at least by now and they were like ok it will be be first thing in the morning and he was like ok so nobody called me or him by 1 today so i went in there and was like what is going on and they were like we have two more cars infront of you to get done so it ll be sometime today probs and i was like nevermind, give me my keys back and he was like no probs and just gave them to me and i took it somewhere else

I have a love hate relationship with this dealership. The mechanic and service work they do is world class. Its always easy to drop off a vehicle for service and the staff are polite professionals. However, follow up is severely lacking. It was almost a week before I spoke to anyone about my jeep (I had to ask if maybe they were using my jeep for spare parts) And don't get me started about the detailing department. I paid good money to have them do a job so poorly it looked like they didn't actually do anything except a 5 second car wash. The windows still had puppy nose prints and the dash had thick dust everywhere. Mind you this "detailing" took almost 3 days. Now to their credit once I complained they touched up the work and cleaned the windows and dash. NOT what I expected when I paid for detailing service $150+/-

Great service, not a long wait. I was disappointed that they let one of their customers who was waiting also, sit there without a mask on and especially after he coughed a few times. I was a little nervous sitting in the same area as him. He had a soda in his hand which he only took a few sips, so he could of had his mask on when not drinking instead of sitting on his lap. Other than that, I ve always been happy with this dealership.

It took far too long to get work completed. First visit they did not have parts because it's a 2020 Pacifica (needed to replace brakes and rotors)
We should have been called when parts came in but we're not!
Made an appointment and dropped car off at 7:30 AM.
At 6:30 PM we checked on car and found out that the Technician didn't pulled the parts until 4:30. We needed a car and were given a loaner for the night and next day. (The paperwork to just get a loaner was an ordeal by itself!) our car was ready sometime about noon the following day. They were very apologetic and blamed it all on the Covid 19 being backed up. This is our first experience with Szott Jeep Chrysler. We will have to wait and see if the service improves down the road. We are very happy with this Chrysler Pacifica!!!

Best dealership I have ever gone to. Alex my salesman is excellent. The Szott Dodge dealership is my go to dealer but I wanted a Jeep and Alex got me it. I will say during this pandemic they were still professionals and wore a mask and gloves. If I could give you 10 stars I would. Also the guys at the service at Szott Dodge are the best mechanics I will only go to them for service and not my local dealership keep up the excellent service. I was nervous going in as I wasn't sure if they could help me get out of my current vehicle (2013/high mileage) but they truly worked a miracle for me! Thank you Jeff and Derek for answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. From the time I walked in the door until I drove away in my new Jeep Cherokee, I was treated as the number one priority and that meant a lot to me. Went to Szott cause they had a better customer service score then the local jeep dealership had. Szott had more wranglers to choose from and my sales guy Danny Partin was excellent with answering questions an showing me the offroad capibilities. Great test drive!!
The sales department was very attentive to my financial needs and gave me full value for my trade in.

I would highly recommend Szott and Danny Partin when looking for their next jeep.

Shout out to Szott M59 Chrysler Jeep! Can t beat a $45 10,000 mile oil change, along with that they rotated my tires for free and addressed a recall I didn t even know about. They also had a awesome play room that was brought to my attention by another employee that noticed I was struggling to keep my two year old occupied. You guys definitely have my future business!
