Keep sending me texts and emails when I have asked that they stop. My ex-husband and his side piece bought their cars there. Not me! Stop calling, emailing and texting me!

Service Advisor Ralph was a pleasure to work with during my issue. Service was fast and efficient. Drove over 25 miles, passing two other jeep dealerships to have service at Szott M59. My next jeep will be purchased only at Szott M59.

This was our second leasing experience at Szott and they were, again, very knowledgeable and great to work with. We will definitely return in 36 months!

Was not expecting the Awesome Sales and experience I had when purchasing my Rubicon Jeep. The Sale s person Brian V. provide personal and detail experience. Felt that they cared about the buyer and not only making a buck. Would travel out of my way to their facilities to purchase my next vehicle.

Had a great experience. From the moment I called Chris Campbell like Campbell soup got me together. Help me get into my new jeep and made sure I left satisfied. Not just Chris my sales associate but other associates there were really kind, informative and helpful. This place even had massage chairs for you while you wait, which my daughter had a blast sitting in for the first time. Chris Campbell my sales associate also gave my daughter and free stuff car fox doll which she hasn t put down since it was given to her. I m from a completely different city about 45 minutes away from this location. My mother told me she bought a car from this location because everywhere else I checked I could not find the car that I was looking for definitely well worth the drive thanks Chris for everything

This was my 2nd visit to this dealership, I remembered that a very professional, polite, employee had worked the speedy oil change counter, JT, had assisted me with picking up an item from the parts department. Since I only needed an oil change, I decided to give this dealer, 1 more chance. First visit with a service advisor, was horrible and disrespecting. My second was fabulous! JT was there to welcome me, discuss what was needed and showed me the waiting area, gave an estimated time for the service. Wow, he came and got me, in shorter time then discussed, went through the invoice and walked me to the cashiers area. What a great employee, he was courteous, respectful of me and my time, professional and outgoing personality. Helping to service a customer from beginning to end, makes this customer gladly return and will let my friends/family know about the great service I had with JT and his team.

Scott was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my requests. The process was quick and easy. Scott provided a very human experience to where I would recommend him to my family and friends.

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Noah Spurlock. My credit wasn t the best at the time and Noah would not take no for an answer from the finance companies. He worked extremely hard to get me taken care and has provided great after the sale customer service as well which is very rare in the car sales industry. He even got me a nicer vehicle at a cheap price than I was expecting. Noah is first class all the way!

The body shop told me they d have my truck for 2 weeks, ended up being 2 months. First time they said it was ready, I went to go pick it up after a month and there was runs in the paint all over the quarters. Went back a week later and you could see every spot they tried rubbing the runs out. A week later I came to pick it up and it was missing a half dozen bolts from the wheel well liners. A week later I picked it up and it was still missing 3 bolts so I waited until they installed them. The color match is also way off and the manager seems to leave a couple hours early everyday so it s almost impossible to get answers from anyone.

Several weeks ago our son was involved in an auto accident and totaled his car. Brad Watson, a salesman at Szott M-59 Chrysler Jeep, was referred to us. We met with Brad the same day, and could not have been more pleased! He presented several options to Kam, and left it up to him as to which car to choose. Kam chose a 2014 Jeep, and Brad had everything ready to go within a couple of days!! He was very professional, and treated the three of us very well. We would not hesitate to recommend Brad, and Szott, to our friends and family that might be interested in a new or used vehicle! Thank you so much.

Can't say enough good things about Noah Spurlock at Szott Chrysler Jeep! He was engaging & knowledgeable plus got us a great deal on a Jeep Compass!

I took my Jeep there to have a recall fixed on it and they were so polite, and respectful! I chose to drive 40 min to go to Szott because I went to Al Deeby (which is 20 min from my house) prior and they broke a piece on my Jeep while fixing a recall and made me pay $50 before I could leave with my Jeep. I will be taking all my Jeep business to Szott from now on. Also Szott didn t try to sell me anything more or say that I needed more things fixed, they just fixed the recall like I asked with no problem!

Ralph in the service department is always very helpful and explains everything very clearly. They are always fast and take great care of my Jeep. I wouldn t trust anyone else to service my vehicle

My new Jeep Compass had several issues, and while in for service many new issues were created. The service department has been incredibly difficult to work with, and while meeting with the general manager yesterday, he treated me like a child and even cursed at me. He told me that he was firing me as a customer, and that I could take my complaining somewhere else. This leaves me in an awful situation with a very expensive vehicle that is no longer safe to drive. I don t advise anyone to go through this dealership. Although they may have some shining reviews, (and there are a few good people working there) if your vehicle ever has persistent issues, you will be trapped in a cycle of frustration and hardship. I work in sales and am generally very forgiving of businesses and people, but the way I have been treated by Szott is unforgivable.

I have purchased 4 vehicles at Szott M59 Jeep. Brian Velkey helped transition our family into a minivan years ago. When we were ready to transition into a fun ride, we went and saw Brian. He has since sold me a Rubicon and then helped me into our dream ride, a JK350 AEV Rubicon. He knew exactly what we need. We will be back for another Jeep soon!

Overall the dealership service is great and I prefer to take my vehicles there. I do think the text update feature seems to be lacking in real time status information. It was faster to call for an update on my vehicle.
I also think your coupons should include synthetic oil changes. Make sure a customer is aware of that fact also that it costs more and that they have this type of oil. Currently, there are no coupons for the synthetic products on the dealership flyers. I recommend adding that for newer vehicles asap. Its double a regular oil change. People will notice and shop around for savings.
The staff is professional and helpful.

Quick easy, simple car purchase process, told them I wanted the vehicle early in the day through a call and David Szymanski had it all ready to go four hours later for me to pickup. Signed some papers and drove it off the lot. Extremely simple process and very swift, would recommend buying through David 150%.

My Hellcat Challenger was in dire need of TLC after a malfunction at the car wash caused it smash into the SUV in front of me. The bumper hitch on the SUV damaged the front bumper. Tyler Green in the body shop not only met my high expectations for repairing the bumper, he exceeded them! His estimate was accurate, his body shop team repaired the bumper, matched the paint and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Tyler recommended a rub out with the paint along with detailing the car while it was in the shop. The car was delivered looking better than the first day it was picked up from the dealer! The level of detail on the car was superb down to the floor mats shining with a coat of armor all. I highly recommend the Szott body shop for your collision needs.
