Ron was a pleasure to work with, as was Mark and the A&M guy (I am so sorry to forget your name). They were professional and made me feel right at ease, and (most important) I WASNT THERE ALL DAY FOR THE FINANCE DANCE!! For that alone they earned my business. I will be buying from them again!

I am a driveway mechanic that has been working on my own vehicles for the last 25 years. I ran up against a performance issue with my Jeep Wrangler that I could not find the root cause of after several days of tinkering.

I took my Jeep back to where I bought it from, Szott. Service Consultant Ralph took my Jeep in that day and found the issue quickly. Repair was performed and my Jeep runs like new after having 200k on the odometer.

In summary, they sell a superior product (Jeep Wrangler) and they have the expertise to fix it when needed while providing world class service.

Car got repaired. Szott met work expectations. Timing was a different story. Was told 4x that my car would be done the next day..so needless to say, I asked for proof when they actually told me my car was done.

Service was pleasant but had to leave vehicle for a week to get bumper repaired. Leaving vehicle while waiting for parts to be ordered was a bit of a hassle. Received truck back after paying $1300 to get bumper repaired only to find bumper was not aligning correctly. This is something I would have expected the professionals to see, not me. Now I will probably have to take truck back in for more time and money. Very frustrating.

Let me start by saying Rocky was an excellent salesman! After receiving outrageous quotes from 2 other dealerships, I came across Szott s and thought to give it one last shot. Rocky and his manager were sooo helpful and determined on getting me approved for my 2019 Jeep Compass. A couple of hours later, I was pulling off of the lot in my new car. If you re looking for a vehicle, go and see Rocky, you will not be disappointed!!!

My wife has panic attacks while car shopping and we needed to turn in her current lease. Noah was very friendly and explained everything during each step along the way. This was our first time leasing from Szott, but after this experience we will be back.

Service Advisor Savannah was great- speedily routing customers and cars on a busy Monday morning. She kept me appraised of my status personally and via phone call. Technician answered all my questions. LOF done within one hour. No car wash here like other dealerships. Popcorn, several coffee decanters, massage chairs in customer area; new and clean.

Service was great and Robert Rapcka got me in and out quickly. Impressed on how much they could get done over the phone to make the buying experience easy

Denise McClain and her team at Szott are awesome!! They worked diligently to locate an exact match for the Jeep Wrangler I was looking to build. Also, they had the vehicle shipped from another dealership thr very same day I drove it off the lot. Not only did they find an exact match, Derrick was able to approve my financing and paperwork over the phone. The entire transaction was completed in a day. I took my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change and 30k mile inspection. The service representative was very considerate. He showed me the waiting area, he offered me coffee or a water. He said that my car would be done in about an hour which it was. I did not purchase my vehicle at Szott s Chrysler Jeep have just moved here in October 2019. I would recommend this dealer to purchase and maintenance a new Chrysler Jeep vehicle.

We went to Szott Jeep after looking at cars online. I was on a time crunch since I had to be at work. Michael Ter Mors has everything go so smoothly. The finance manager, (and I m sorry I m so bad with names) really explained things to us and is even contacting a couple of banks to lower the APR even more. The dealership is so great and everyone is so friendly! We were very nervous since the last time we bought a car, we really got scammed. He went over what incentives we could use and one that we thought we couldn t ended up saving us a couple thousand dollars. We bought a brand new 2018 Jeep Compass Trailhawk and we could not be happier with it! I recommend them to everyone!

I took one star away because I do feel that the finance department should be more transparent with how many times they run your credit. We got approved through Capital One. They were going to try and get us a better APR. we thought maybe two inquiries, but they pulled our credit 8 times. I have worked tirelessly for the last year to get my credit score up and my husband s and in two days they have made it plummet. I love my car but they were misleading with the amount of times that they pulled our credit.

Every time I have been to Szott for sales or service, my experience is excellent. Great team work!!

I researched the Jeep I wanted and was pretty educated on it. The sales person we meet with knew nothing about the Jeep and even gave us wrong information. This was no big deal because I knew exactly what I wanted. I negotiated free oil changes for two years or else I could have got a much better deal elsewhere.

My wife went to pick up the Jeep after we purchased it and noticed a pinstripe on the the Jeep, a pinstripe she did not order. She said she didn't ask for this and the sales person said that there was nothing they could do and that removing this would require a lot of work. After getting the manager involved they decided they could remove the pinstripe for no additional charge and they removed it in what seemed minutes. While they were test driving the Jeep, the engine started making strange noises. The sales person told her the engine needed to settle and to drive it home anyway. She made it half way home before the engine died and she called me crying. I was angry, but after cooling down decided these things happen and the Jeep was repaired. I asked our sales person for documentation on the engine repair many times but I was never provided any. When it came to get our oil changed they said the sales person never documented the free oil changes and no one remembered that discussion. The sales person was no longer with the company (not a shock), and they would not honor the free oil changes.

At that point I had enough. I will not buy another Jeep from this place and I plan to tell everyone I know about this experience. One day companies like this will realize that an unhappy customer is far worse then the cost of some free oil changes.

Did I mention that they only filled the gas tank enough for her to get home???

I had a great experience in getting my car fixed. I was in and out in only 10 minutes. Ralph was awesome in taking care of me, even brushed my windows off before I got in it.

Chris Campbell was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of buying a fantastic Jeep Wrangler. He even personally delivered the vehicle when our schedule got crazy. Top notch customer service. Worth the drive out to White Lake.

Chris Campbell was a huge help during the car buying process. Seems like nowadays you can t trust car salesman, but Chris was bluntly honest with me and made the process quick and easy. He even went out of his way to take out a small dent in the car that I wasn t worried about. Polite, honest, and trustworthy are the words I use to describe Chris. 10/10 would recommend, and I definitely will buy my future vehicles from Szott Chrysler in White Lake

I have purchased two previously owned vehicles from Chris Campbell @ Szott. In both instances, he was quickly able to help us find the perfect vehicle for our needs. Chris has a fun personality and makes the sometimes grueling process of car shopping enjoyable. I would highly recommend Chris and Szott for future vehicle purchases.

My experience here was absolutely terrific. I had hit a deer and hit a pole in practically the same week, needless to say i was having a bad week. Tyler green got me right in and got me an amazing price to fix both at the same time. They kept me updated with text messages so i never felt out of the loop. There were no hidden fees and they did all the work with my insurance company, so i stayed stress free! Definitely would recommend them.

They re very helpful with all of your questions and concerns. I had originally bought my Jeep Wrangler from them last year. Recently, I had hit a deer on my way home from work. They fixed everything great! They even put on the same parts I had bought extra for my jeep that had been damaged from the deer. I thought they would only replace stock parts. Awesome! They kept me updated on the progress when it was being fixed. They lent me a rental car free of charge in the meantime. When I got my jeep back, they told me to bring it in if there were any other issues to be taken care of and would take care of it right away. So far there isn t anything (over a week later). Every time I have any sort of question I email my dealer (Ron) who sold me my jeep. He s been awesome in trying to troubleshoot issues and answer all of my questions. I was very pleased with my jeep and the work they had done. They had even washed my jeep before they gave it back. One thing that would win me over, and I m sure other people, would to have the inside detailed/cleaned while getting damages fixed (free of charge). I think that would help bring in/keep customers. All in all this is a great dealership. They do great work and have a wonderful staff.

This car dealership has THE BEST service department in the area, which is why they have been THE ONLY place I ve taken my 2008 Jeep Liberty for service all these years. And now I gladly take our recently purchased (from them) Grand Cherokee to them for service as well. They take care of you right!

Brought car in for oil change. They did not put the oil drain plug back after oil change.
Brought car in for body work. Fixed the driver's side bumper but the passenger side bumper was all scratched up. Rep immediately said they never removed the bumper when fixing my car and yet they charged me for removing the bumper in order to fix my car.

Great people, clean facility! Needed warranty work on my vehicle. They took care of me right away, explained what needed to be done, gave me options for a loaner vehicle, and everyone was super nice. Quick service with care, didnt feel like I was being rushed out the door.

List vehicles online with all rebates knowing customers will not qualify. Avoid.

Szott body shop is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! if you want your vehicle screwed up over and over again that is the place to go. I will never go back!

I have also reccomended a bunch of friends, family and co-workers to Scott (even 2 of my bosses!) all who had great experiences and have gone on to buy/lease all of thier vehicles from him as well. Highly recommend working with Adam Hurst at Szott M-59 Chrysler Jeep for new or used car. He is extremely professional, pays attention to detail, & kept me in the loop on their vehicle inventory as requested. Now I have this unique color Jeep that I couldn't be happier with & probably would have missed out on, if not for my guy Adam.

The dealership is very honest, NOT PUSHY, & will work with you a bit. Before purchase we noticed the lift gate was jarred & the floor mats were missing. They took care of this, no problem. They offer the type of service you want!!! Don't play Adam in foosball while you wait in the showroom...he will win lol.

After dealing with a crooked sales guy at another dealership (Pinckney chrysler jeep) for a week that couldn't get me the price I wanted, I called szott jeep just to get a second opinion. I was directed to Scott in sales and by the end of the day he already found the Jeep I wanted and was able to go even lower on the monthly payment that I was hoping for. They also have me $1000 more for my trade than the other dealership would. I was very happy and would recommend. Very professional and no BS. Thank you

Mike Ter Mors was great! Helped me out with buying my first new vehicle! Everybody in the building is excellent and will treat you like family. You might run into some money grabs but that s what any good business should do. Compared to a few other Jeep dealerships I was in contact with, and visited, SZOTT M-59 made the other look unprofessional.

This dealership is great my service advisors name was Ralph. He was very attentive even though he had alot work going at the same time. Very thorough, he heard me out listened to everything I had to say and dismissed nothing. I highly reccomend this dealership to anyone. I was told my car might not get looked at until tuesday or wednesday but was finished on tuesday. They will get you back on the road in no time.

Szott Chrysler Jeep did a great job during the COVID situation once they were allowed to do remote sales. Communication was via phone, texts, and emails. I was talking to many dealerships at the time and Szott was the first to get up and running for remote sales, and I was their first customer to go through the new process. Great people there!

Thad and Scott helped me in so many ways! I have 3 little ones and we are super busy, so getting into the dealership is not always easy.. they made it possible for me to get a new car without even stepping foot into one! They responded to all of my questions so quickly and tried their very best to get me a great deal. They delivered a test drive to my front door that I got to keep for the whole weekend while they found a specific car for me. I could have not been more pleased with my experience at Szott. They have great customer service and really strive to give their customers what they want and need.

Worse experience ever! Went in for a basic oil change. Got home to find the oil leaking all the way home leaving an oil streak up my driveway and the remaining oil poured out on my driveway! How is this possible for service department at a dealership? Unacceptable!

Bought a pre-owned 2009 Jeep Cherokee from Szott yesterday. Fair price, excellent service, and Robert was great in getting me in the Jeep in just a few hours. They even fixed the front window washer before I left.
All in all very good.
