This was our 3rd time using this company. Our first was 9 years ago and it was our first time ever using a professional moving company. That was a wonderful experience. Polite personnel, wrapped everything and did it all fairly quickly. We used them again about two years ago for a relative (an apartment move) and once again their service and personnel were OUTSTANDING! We just used them one more time for our own move and again they were hard working, pleasant, personable and professional! I have no hesitations recommending them and their very professional and knowledgeable sales rep, Janice. No matter what size the job we were treated so well each time and our belongings were respected and handled with the utmost care. Highly, highly recommend! A+++++

The crew was polite and pleasant, and it was easy to arrange our move. But ultimately, what we paid them for (to get our furniture to our destination in one piece) was not what we received. Among other things, our crew decided to place our large couch and armchair on top of our unwrapped coffee table. They spun both the couch and armchair to wrap them, badly damaging the top of the coffee table. We ended up with over 10 major pieces of furniture damaged, including some of my home office furniture (which I need to run my business). And of course, they were not accommodating or generous with the insurance money.

I d highly recommend All Chicagoland. Everyone in the company was friendly, professional and very careful with our belongings. The entire experience was so smooth, without a single issue!

Ive been very pleased with this company. They packed and moved my house, and my fiance's house. I put most of my belongings in their storage facility in Elmhurst. I thought we would only be in storage 3-6 months and it was 7 years instead. Long story!! Now that I'm unpacking I have to say how impressed I am. Not 1 thing is broken. Everything was expertly packed. They put your boxes in these big wooden crates, so nothing gets lost or separated. The system for coming out of storage was very organized. There's a manifest and everything is numbered. The crew of guys were very professional, strong, nice, smart, and really seemed to care about my belongings. I liked their pricing system. 4 guys and a truck were a certain amount per hour. I have to say I'm very pleased and would use the company again. Well done.

Moved twice o or past 5 years & used United each time. Service & price are excellent.

We were beyond happy with All Chicagoland Moving & Storage. From the initial in-home estimate, to working with Michelle in the office, and our team of movers were all incredible, polite, informative, on time, and efficient. Our possessions were stored on the truck in their safe facility for 12 nights, and through that time we realized we needed to put a bit more on the truck (we held some stuff back that we thought we'd need in the transition). They were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to add more to the truck. We had the same team of movers for pick up and delivery, and they were beyond courteous and accommodated our every request without hesitation (even bringing a piano into the basement!). I HIGHLY recommend!!!

If ever asked to work for this company dont!! What took joes 5 man crew 16 hrs total, could be been done more professionally in a shorter time. Joe also took the tip that was for the 5 person crew and split it between only 3 members. not only that but, tried to short the other 2 members on their paydays also. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to treat your workers like this. Also took breaks every 15-20 mins to smoke in the truck with peoples things, while we had to still move things. if anything he should be been happy to share the tip and pay the right amount but shows who to hire if you want your things moved professionally and in a productive manner

The estimate, correspondence, and the actual move were handled well; estimator arrived on time, gave good packing instruction, gave us a date for moving and confirmed it shortly after, office reception was available for questions and the mover showed up on time and the move went well...everything arrived in tact and when expected.

Great move. Will use be again. You will not have to worry about anything except where you want to place it.

They did a good job making it less stressful than it could have been. Met every schedule commitment. Tokk good care of our belongings. Readily agreed to pay for a cleaning carpet in new house. Would use then again.

Deb and her team were amazing. Flexible reliable and understanding given the current health situation. I would highly recomme them for a move.

The crew we had to move out of our old house then a month later move into our new house were the same guys and they were outstanding. Can t recommend them enough. They were all so nice (moving is stressful!) and took such good care of our belongings. It couldn t have gone smoother.

I paid for Mayflower white glove service to move me from Seattle to Chicago, including a crew of 3 movers and the tools to reassemble all my furniture that was disassembled in Seattle. When my belongings arrived to Chicago they transferred my move to All Chicagoland and all my belongings were removed from the secure cartons (losing several items along the way). According to the two older, dripping sweat movers they were short staffed and one guy didn't show up. They were never told that they had to reassemble my furniture and broke several pieces. When I filed a complaint the All Chicagoland warehouse manager Debra ignored my calls, lied to Mayflower about her communication with me and sent me a check for $50. Her company then charged me for $50. This is a poorly run, untrustworthy, company with TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Excellent job from the start. Woody the estimator was very knowledgeable and did a good job of explaining the process. Michelle was outstanding in providing the details of the pack out and moving process. She answered all questions and resolved all issues we had. Could not have been happier. The driver Vernon and Kyle did a great job of loading our contents and delivering them without incident. I highly recommend these folks as they were outstanding!!

Everyone was professional, truthful and courteous. My move went exactly as they said with no surprises at all. And at the other end, the employees were just as good. This leads me to believe that United hires good companies to represent them.

You need CSR training, including diversity acceptance. Happy Holidays and good luck!

Best move I ever had. I worked for United Van Lines. It was exceptional in every im i way the most professional group of men I've ever experienced in my entire life.

Mark Hames Jr, Billy W, and Brian Grachen helped us move and were great! They were professional, efficient, and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

ACMS were the local company used by another company for my fairly last minute international move. They contacted me very quickly and were able to send "Joe" out to survey my stuff on Monday. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and despite saying I probably wouldn't get my full quote until Tuesday (due to it having to go to the other freight company), I received it a couple of hours later.

It was a very reasonable quote and included their movers packing my stuff (international customs require they do so). It's now Thursday and their incredible crew has already been and collected everything. I was quoted for 2 crates to go in a partial container, and they managed to squeeze in even more than we thought. Guy and his crew were very courteous, professional, friendly and did an amazing job. They carefully packed my artwork, electric piano, furniture and more, and then filled the crates Tetris-style in their truck right here at my house. I'm very happy to have gone through them and feel secure that my stuff is in their very capable hands. Highly recommended!

Love my job we have a professional method. All my colleague are very professional, honest, and curious.

Used a container (a wood box, roughly a 7' cube)to ship furniture and boxes to Florida. Worked well. We packed everything, but it all came through perfectly. A few boxes were squashed, but no damage occurred.

We filled the container to the max, so that led the packers to squeeze the last few boxes into it. Since all the furniture was wrapped in blankets that were thicker than I expected. That's why the container was so crowded. The pickup and delivery both happened on the dates promised.

Overall, a good experience.

Most aggravating and unprofessional experience. Move into new house, overcharged, broke 55" TV, driver "guy" took pictures and told me they would reimburse. They took off our front door for move, banged up frame, door and hinges and on top of it all Guy flat out lied that he never took the door off!!! After many battles reimbursed some on finagled moving fees, gave a $121 on TV and a concession on the door which I still cannot get repaired. Nightmare experience.

Our crew worked so well together! They were so professional, kind and very encouraging. I enjoyed the move day because they were laughing and hauling. They respected each other, the work they were doing and helped me by doing what I had left undone. They worked hard all day and got the job done! Thank you!!

Excellent service. Our 4 man crew did a great job wrapping and protecting our furniture.
Both floors at the old and new home were protected. They asked where each piece should be placed. Worked hard all day. Polite and friendly. THanks for everything. Would highly recommend

Not a good experience! We paid $5,500 and we did not get the service we paid for. Someone did not figure the weight distribution right since we still had to rent a cargo van to move items plus took two extra trips with our SUV and they still did not have enough room for everything. They packed our items so tight that we had breakage of items that I have had for 45 years. We had to sign papers before we could even unpack our items to see if anything was broken. All United cares about is making money and packing as many customers items in one truck. It is all about them making as much money as fast as they can. I thought United was a professional mover but they were not with us.

Regretted decision doing business with these folks. Would not recommend - plenty of other options in the area.

It seemed to be a positive start with choosing a moving company, but then quickly disappointed me with their lack of professionalism and disrespect for my home and me. The main foreman on the job was rude and cared nothing about this specific job. We had a lot of snow the night before and my house was trashed by they way they walked in and didn't protect the floors. I was under quoted for the job and shocked at what it actually cost in the end. I was then told that I added things in last minute. Nothing was added...the house was the same as when he was here to do the estimate. This company stored most of my belongings for a year and the rest went to a rental house. I used a different company (which was wonderful) to move from the rental to the new house and had this company deliver my stored things the next day. Unfortunately I got the same head guy on the job again and had to experience his bad attitude and energy yet again. My things were delivered super fast with some slight damage to some things. He rushed me through the inventory list and delivered most everything into my garage. I am still unsure if I actually received everything back. I would not recommend this company.
