I didn't speak with anyone but my husband did and he said that it was the easiest experiences he has ever had at a dealership and he is usually hard to please as he has worked in as a manager for automotive repair service departments. He has to still put car through a test drive but he told me he feels like everything will be fine. Two thumbs up from me!

Went to the service center thinking I need 2 keys made at 200$ a piece. But the gentleman at the desk gave me another option to keep all my keys and just reprogram the lock cylinder for only 50$! He saved me 350$!! Fantastic customer service!

Over the years, I purchased and leased cars from different dealerships in Michigan and other states as well. The current car I own, Toyota Camry Hybrid was purchased at Szott Toyota M-59 in Waterford. This was by far the simplest, quickest and hassle free experience I ever had. The sales staff was great and so the service staff later on. There is no doubt in my mind I will buy my next car from them and recommend them to every single person I know. they listen to your needs and simplify the whole experience.

I was shopping around for a truck and went to multiple dealers before finding Szott Chrysler/Jeep. I received huge run arounds and typical dealer annwers. This was one the best experiences in purchasing a vehicle. From my initial visit to the day I drove off the lot in my new to me vehicle. My salesman, Ron Mattice, was the greatest. No pressure, no games. The whole process took 1 day to complete. Vehicle was prepped to show room condition, and Ron handled everything. I couldn t be happier with the outcome. Need a car? Call Ron! Want to be treated like a POS? Call the other guys.

Szott M-59 Chrysler is a great place to go for service on your car. I had a major repair done and they only had my car for 3 days. They also gave me a brand new Jeep Cherokee as a courtesy car while my car was being repaired!

I had two recalls and some warranty work done (third party warranty company - GWC) and they handled getting it all paid for without me even having to make a phone call to the company!

The Service Advisor, Ralph, was great and so were the girls in the office. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating!

The only suggestion I would make is that this dealership returns cars that have been repaired with a quick car wash and vacuum. I ve had other dealers do that in the past and it always makes you feel good when you get your car back.

Brian velkey is one of the best salesman in the business if you looking buy or lease or build a Jeep talk to him he is not good salesman but great person I work with him few years.

Scott Jeep failed to inform me when my car was ready to be picked up from a collision repair. When I called to check on the progress, they told me my car had been ready for days. They returned my vehicle covered in ice and snow so I could not inspect the repair. Once I did, the bumper was misaligned and one section was not clipped in all the way. When I returned the car, Szott initially told me that's the best they could do, but after a few hours they somehow managed to repair it properly. I will say, at least the staff was kind and apologetic.

Had a great experience! The staff was awesome and they are straight shooters. I know where I ll be going in the future!

Took my 2016 Wrangler in for body work. Tyler Green was EXCELLENT! I was moving out of state quickly and needed my Jeep back. Tyler expedited the work, got my Jeep to me a day earlier than anticipated. He went above and beyond to show me some issues with the trailer hitch that I had installed by U-Haul (Wish I had gone to Szott for that!) When I picked it up, it was detailed, clean and immaculate! I have also always taken my Jeep there for oil changes and routine service that's included (YES, Included! with the Jeep Wave Program). 'While you wait' amenities include massage chairs! Definitely recommend Szott M-59 Chrysler Jeep for service, body work and sales.

I had an excellent Service experience here, recently. Derek and Chris really went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of, after having a bad experience at another dealership. Everyone I encountered treated me like a VIP. I've been driving Chrysler products for over 20 years, and I don't think I've ever had a better Service experience. It's clear that they care what customers think of them, and want to make sure they are happy.

I bought a used car today from Szott. My salesman was Chris Kudla and I cannot say enough about Chris! He was so patient with me and helped so much. He even handed me $20 out of his own pocket to put gas in the car I bought because I drove 4 hours round trip to get the car. I appreciate everything the Szott team did to make me happy! I will definitely refer them to my friends and family!

Tyler in the body shop is the greatest. 3 weeks ago I hit a deer and he went to bat for me with the pain in the butt insurance assessor to get me good parts and never gave up. I can't thank Tyler enough for giving me peace of mind.

Mark was very helpful as we bought a used Grand Caravan and worked to earn our business. He didn t try to hide anything on the cars and even pointed out some scratches/imperfections on some of the vehicles we test drove.
Overall, buying from Szott M-59 was a positive experience. Only complaint - when they had the car we bought washed and fueled up they only gave us a 1/4 tank of gas. Small detail, but small details matter when making a large purchase and with so many other places to shop.

I purchased my 2012 Ford Focus from David Rose over a year ago, to this day it is a wonderful car. I am so happy I took the tire protection as well as I drive for work and have had to replace all 4 tires in the past year, free of charge! Would not recommend, we were looking to turn in wife's leased Jeep and we're told that they couldn't help us. We were not looking to purchase and it felt like one we said that, they didn't want to help us anymore. Left angry.

We had a great experience with Scott as we needed to turn our existing Wrangler lease in and downsize to a more comfortable and appropriate vehicle for our newest driver in the family. Scott was thorough, professional, and very quick to get the process complete. He found exactly what we wanted and gave us options in order to fit our needs. He even arranged for a big red bow for the surprise! We will definitely be back when the time comes for the next car.

My experience was great. I walked into this not knowing much about the car buying experience. Bradford was the best, he was able to answer all my questions, find me the best product that was available. I will definitely suggest Szott 59 to everyone looking for a vehicle.

Took a jeep into get a recalled part fixed. It took three days and when we got the keep back, the check engine light was on and the battery would not stay charged. We have now found out that they did not put a part back on all the way. Once we fixed it the check engine light went off.

Ron was absolutely awesome! We visited a few dealers in the area and felt like we wer just another number. These guys are professional as it gets, and make you feel at home!

Ive always been a Ford guy, ive leased or owned nothing but Ford cars or trucks, but last year I decided to give Thad, & Jeff a shot over at Szott Chryser Jeep. My wife really wanted a new Pacifica. We stopped in and met with Jeff Schneider and he helped us find a Pacifica. This thing is beautiful and FULLY LOADED... You name it, this bad boy has it. My wife Loves it, the kids love it, and I F'N Love it.. Hell I drive it more than my wife!!
Last month someone broadsided me while I was driving it and I had to take the car in for service and repairs. Craig and the guys and gals in the body shop were amazing. I leased a car from Szott in the past and had a great experience. The reason I am leaving a negative review has to do with my experience this time. The lease on my Pacifica was nearing it's end so I contacted Szott to see about leasing another Pacifica. The payment they quoted was higher than I would have liked so I decided to buyout the lease on my existing Pacifica. The salesman I spoke to told me that Szott could help with buying out my lease. I asked him if they charged a fee to arrange financing for me to buyout the lease and I was assured that no they do not. I said fine and was put in contact with someone in their finance department who quoted me a good rate for financing. I had him send me the figures in writing. It turns out they had a $500 fee to help as well as an additional fee (I do not recall the exact amount). Both fees were buried in a confusing presentation of the figures. I work in finance myself and it still took me about 15 minutes of analysis on my own and a phone call to go over my calculations with the finance person before he finally agreed that they did indeed charge a fee to help buyout a lease. I felt like I was being played for a fool and I ended up going direct to a bank for financing.

Thank you to Craig and the crew. It was a top notch job from start to finish. From keeping us updated getting us a loner car and even finished 5 days ahead of schedule. I would recommend you to anybody.

I'm 100% satisfied with my services at Szott M-59 Chrysler Jeep in White Lake, MI. My car broke down 2 hours and 45 minutes away from my home. I they got my car in the shop and I rented a car to be able to get home. On my way home Andy from Szott called and gave me a diagnosis for my car and told me not to worry about the rental, that they would take care of it. He also said they would get the part Tuesday and that my car should be done the next day. They got my car done that Tuesday. Andy and everyone was so nice, it was as I was a friend not a customer. Thank you all so much.

Probably one of our best car sales experiences when we were dealing with Brad Watson. We just wanted to thank him again for his excellent help in purchasing our T & C yesterday. Brad made us feel welcome when we first arrived and throughout the process. He answered all our questions and corrected any discrepancies we noticed on the spot and we really appreciate that.
