Took my Jeep in for a recall issue. Was told to walk in, I didn't need to make an appointment. I believe from the time I pulled up to the service department to the time I left was about 45 minutes max.

My wife wanted a new Pacifica, and I wanted the deal to be quick and easy. Scott and Chris handled everything over email and text after my initial contact, then I walked in on Saturday morning and walked out shortly thereafter with a new car. Totally painless. They listened to what I needed and didn t try to rope me into coming in before they did things like getting my lease approved or agreeing on price. I signed 15 pieces of paper and walked out. I appreciated the fact they would hold a vehicle for me with a small deposit. Based on offers from other dealers I do feel they could have done better with trade in value but it did not seem the sales person was willing to even discuss the matter. I also feel they could have done better with the delivery. They knew when I would be at the dealership (traveled long distance) yet the vehicle was not ready for delivery when I arrived. Overall I am very happy with my new vehicle and this dealership came through when another dealership let me down big time.

I had considered using Carvana for my next vehicle purchase, until I came across an ad at this dealership. Chris was extremely helpful, understanding, and punctual... Putting up with me via email since 9:00 a.m. today while I was at work, completely through delivery of my new (used) Jeep! Being that the dealership is about an hour out from where I live, he made sure that everything was ready to go when I arrived. One of the mechanics cut a hanger bearing with a angle grinder!!!! Then slaped it togeather like a shade tree mech and it only lasted 1000 miles till factory warranty wore off and when jeep was takin to another shop they infomed that it was improperly installed causing the failer but they wont take accountability for it
Fast service. Oil change and recall work done at the same visit. Not happy with the oil spilled all over the engine cover and exhaust manifold. $47 is too much to pay for sloppy work. Not recommended.

Mark made me feel like it was my decision unlike other dealerships that are just high-pressure sales , Where the only thing that matters is the sale and not the customers. Mark made the experience as if I was buying a car from a family member.

If you are looking for a stress free car buy I would recommend Tom Reese and M59 Chrysler/Jeep. Mr. Reese answered all of my questions and was able to do most of the work over the phone. I never felt pressured and in fact felt quite comfortable that I was being dealt with fairly.

Recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Durango Limited from Cassandra in Used Cars. She was able to "work the numbers" to reach the price I was willing to spend on a vehicle. Excellent service. Fast, polite, very helpful. Totally floored by the cost. 2 headlight bulbs needed to be replace and was $340.00 for two headlight bulbs. Sounds crazy huh?! Van is a 2015, warranty ran out just this past summer.
