The service level at Sczott is second to none. Derek and his team are Effie the, polite, and respectful of my time. Wouldn t think of using anyone else.

I've been coming to Szotts Jeep now for several years. Their customer service is exceptional and many of their staff I have grown to know over the years. I've purchased several cars for Tom in new cars and have taken all of my maintenance issues on all my cars even outside of Jeep/ Chrysler to their service department with great and honest help from Ralph and Mitch. Szotts does a great job and I have referred several friends and family to them over the years.

Salesman Chris Campbell met and exceeded our needs financially and exactly what I wanted in a Jeep.....lime green Jeep in the back lot??? Ok!!!!! He made a dream come true I can say that for sure.

Mark Ninomiya was awesome to work with in our search for a good used vehicle for my daughter. The irony was we purchased a GM vehicle at a Chrysler dealer. I was apprehensive about the used car dealers and visited and called quite a few. But when I found Mark and actually visited his dealership the experience was better than even at a new car dealership. Other dealerships should take a page from this dealership and Mark in dealing with customers.
There was no pressure at all and Mark was courteous, professional and very straightforward to work with. My daughter was not with me at the time of trying out the vehicle and Mark suggested we take the vehicle home keep it for a day let my daughter drive it and if we felt it was the right vehicle then we would buy it else no obligation.
The vehicle at time of test driving was just under half tank and he at time of purchase he even had more gas filled in.
None of the dealers we went to had even a quarter of a tank of gas even for test driving.
Mark even offered for me to get the vehicle checked out at any shop to ensure I was totally comfortable with my purchase.
If you are in the market for a used vehicle I would strongly recommend at least checking out Szott's dealership on M-59 and if this store is any indication of how customers are treated I am sure the new car office would be equally great.
Paul Pellegrino the office manager was also very helpful and courteous and the entire experience has made me a very happy customer and of course the vehicle we got was a great deal (we searched a lot for a decent vehicle and finally found it at Szott's).

Robert definitely made this process one of the easiest and most enjoyable. We went in on a saturday i told him the jeep i was looking at, he grabbed the keys showed me and told me all about it and gave us all the information I needed, came back on thursday and purchased my jeep in the easiest way possible and I am so happy with my jeep and the service i received! I love the work that they do for detailing! They have a very fair price to detail your entire vehicle! I ve tried other places but the detailers at Szott do the best job! Megan was a big help getting everything taken care of for me. Once they were finished with the vehicle, they were able to bring it to me! When Tom brought the car, he made sure that he went over everything to make sure I was happy with it. I always have the best experience when going through Szott! Got screwed on oil change "package" because didn't use all 3 within a year, didn't read their fine print. If the vehicle sits in garage 10 months why would I change oil. And don't like the guy with 100 keys hanging off his belt around my emaculate paint job.

I have had multiple cars serviced here and have always had excellent service! Ralph is the best and had always gone out if his way to accommodate our needs and requests. Honestly, I never thought I could find a place where I would be happy with the service before I came here. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

I set out to purchase a new car that had 4x4 with the anticipation of winter coming and New Sales Consultant Derek Illis made the sell memorable, along with the Finance Manager John, they provided a great experience, I ended up with a 2018 Jeep Compass that I absolutely love!! You guys are awesome!!!

Impeccable customer service, timeliness, and communication from most staff for my car repair. Easy to get car in and quote compared to counter parts in other city. Basically, it came down to cost and staff did get a lower discounted quote 300 less which was very much appreciated however, 1600 was still a hard pill to swallow. Took and got a second opinion and significantly lower quote, car is done and ready for pick up from outside place. I really appreciated our first point (Ralph Ridings)of contact, his knowledge, communication but ultimately, it was a huge price difference that drove our business elsewhere.

Awesome place. They put up with me and all my question. Rob(sales guy) worked great with me and to get everything done. All in one day...yay mangers here are even just as easy going and nice as Rob :)

After dealing with Pinckney Chrysler and Jeep for several months and getting frustrated with their sales and service, I took my business elsewhere and I was very happy to get Rick Acheff as my sales consultant.

As a busy mom of 3 kids, I don't have time to drive around for a quote or even talk on the phone - we were able to get everything done very fast basically trough text messages (which was my preference), and within an hour of my call I was on my way to see the options Rick and his manager had found to meet my needs.

I was greeted immediately at the door when I arrived with my sleeping toddler in tow, the dealership was clean and everyone made eye contact and smiled. The beautiful Christmas tree and music playing when you enter the building were relaxing and put both me and my son in a good and relaxed mood, after our horrible experience at the Pinckney dealership we had earlier that day.

After looking at my options, Rick helped me with my several questions and was very patient with me while I was trying to figure out which options would best fit my needs.

They were able to get me a quote within minutes, price was fair and easy to understand what I'll be paying for, so I actually ended up getting the car that I really wanted but wasn't sure I could afford. Needless to say, their fast, friendly, and efficient customer service had paid off and I felt no need to look any place else.

Rick made personal chances to his schedule and came to work the following day (on a Saturday when he was supposed to be off) just for us so that we can get everything signed and ready.

I had my new Pacifica Limited in less than 22 hours, and for less than I had been quoted on other places for cheaper Pacifica model...

I even got to take a picture with one of those cute Xmas bows they always have in commercials - it was really nice of them to let me do that.

Purchased it 5 years ago whenever we need service or if there is a recall work to be done the service department goes out of their way to expedite repairs. I have tried to take my Jeep to other dealers in the past and we are always told we have to wait for parts to come in and we have to wait several days to make an appointment.But at Szott we never have to wait. My wife and I had a great experience with Szott M59 Chrysler, during our recent lease of a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica.
Our salesman was Jake Wittlich and he atttended to our every concern and worked hard to find a vehicle that both fit our wants in a vehicle as well as working hard to help fit our budget. Jake was down to earth and easy to communicate with. The rest of the staff at Szott matched this customer first mentality and approach sales in a laid back manner. The entire process did take several hours but most of this was due to the work they put in for us to find and complete the transaction.
I would not hesitate to be a return customer, even though this dealership is 45 minutes to an hour from my home. I passed many other Chrysler dealerships to due business with Szott. Thanks for the help!

We had a great experience!
Usually we dread the dealership experience. We shopped for Wranglers at other dealerships as well. This was not good. No return phone calls as promised, no knowledge about the options etc.
At Szott, we were positively surprised by the friendliness and great knowledge about the equipment. The Salesman Brian V. took all the time it took to explain everything. Giving us all the options, evaluating, if we need them or not. He took the time, checking with Chrysler on questions which were not clear and got right back to us.
We have not experienced this in years with other dealers!
The checkout process took maybe 20 minutes. Not as usual, hours with all the BS as we experienced in the past with other purchases. We learned about all the optional warranties etc, however, not with the usual pressure that we really have to have it.
We were very pleased and certainly will come back for future purchases.

I've had great experiences with several Szott stores. Thanks for helping my find my perfect previously owned Compass. Start to finish - a great purchase experience!

Let me start by saying "WOW".I have been in the customer service industry for over 26 years and never have I seen service like this!
I set out to find a new vehicle and salesperson a little over a month ago because my lease was coming due soon.I have always been a GM or Ford person but after many disappointing trips to several dealers in my area I felt like customer service didn't exist. I was put on the back burner and outright lied to so many times that I finally had enough. While listening to the radio the other day Rachel Hunter from WYCD came on (as she usually does) singing the praises of SZOTT Jeep in White Lake. I decided what the heck, It cant hurt to go check it out (and is very close to home). I wasn't expecting much do to what I had encountered from other dealers lately.
It was Saturday morning I walked in and was greeted right away.( I said GREETED not bombarded.) I was introduced to Scott Myers. We sat down. He didn't rush me. He listened to my must haves and no thank yous and responded with vehicles that took all that into consideration. I NEVER felt pressured and felt like a person not a number. Knowing I was a bit apprehensive, he let me take a vehicle home for the weekend to see if it work for us. SO GLAD HE DID! It was a game changer. I immediately got back with him on Monday and discussed my likes and dislikes and we changed it up a little, They even went and got the car I chose the next day! PATIENCE..that is the best word to describe Scott. It didn't even seem like I was buying a car. It felt so easy and very comfortable. My husband was even impressed. If you go somewhere else you are wasting your time and sanity! Scott Myers and the staff at Szott ROCK!

Tom was great! He found me the best deal and was so helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I got me what I wanted and the most for my trade.

Eric took care of our repair, they were very thorough and got it done in a timely fashion! It was worth taking it farther.

The work done was fine but the express oil change took almost 2 hours!
I was told 1 hour when I arrived, when I inquired after 1 hour they said 2 cars still in front of me (repairs were taking longer than estimated). I had already invested an hour of my time so I waited. Appointments are not available for an oil change.

Great place to buy a car!! Brad Watson is AWESOME!!! Made the buying experience enjoyable. When I m ready for my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee in a couple of years I ll be back to see Brad!!

I had an 8:00am appointment for an external company windshield replacement. Upon arrival, the service department advised me of a recall on my Wrangler and asked if they could take care of it first. In less than an hour, the recall and windshield replacement was complete. A very smooth visit. I would definitely return to Szott Jeep the next time I have a service need.

Szott has been incredible. I purchased a car at a different Jeep dealership in Grand Blanc, and after some shady business and a recommendation to seek another opinion, I landed in Szott s hands. Ralph the service manager took care of me. They got me in contact with Chrysler for a warranty repair, and they ve communicated so well with me. They didn t have to help me as much as they did. I ve never purchased a car from them, I had only had an oil change through them (which was another pleasant experience). They promised me a loaner car, prompt service, and they have always been friendly. I can t wait until this lease is up because I know where I will be buying my next Jeep, and it will be at Szotts. I can t speak highly enough of my experiences so far with them. Thank you to everyone who has helped me so far!

If you have a dent or ding in your car or truck take it to Szott collision. Fabulous service and the most helpful staff. I have been using them for over 10 years for collision work and I have never been disappointed.

Considering the circumstances it was ok
I ve bought a lot of cars but not under these issues
It took much longer to get the deal done through no fault of Mine . The signing of the papers was rough but necessary under the rules of the governor
Really didn t have time to digest all the signage required .they did a great job exchanging the rims and tires
The cleaning of the vehicle was B+
Chris was running like crazy but got us taken care of
The last thing is I have never purchased a car and not had a full tank- asked Chris he said the dealership doesn t do this because of economics I find that to be totally unacceptable
I purchased. 35K automobile from them and they can t fill the tank?

Great dealer. If you are looking for a new vehicle, ask for Scott Myers. He is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with in the 30 years I have been buying cars every 3 or so years. He answered every question, gave us exactly what he said he would and put zero pressure on making a decision. I will call him next time I am in the market for a vehicle.
