My transaction with Chris Campbell today has far exceeded any expectation that I've had for a dealership! I had considered using Carvana for my next vehicle purchase, until I came across an ad at this dealership. Chris was extremely helpful, understanding, and punctual... Putting up with me via email since 9:00 a.m. today while I was at work, completely through delivery of my new (used) Jeep! Being that the dealership is about an hour out from where I live, he made sure that everything was ready to go when I arrived. I will definitely consider retaining my relationship with Szott, particularly with Chris in the future!
