My wife wanted a new Pacifica, and I wanted the deal to be quick and easy. Scott and Chris handled everything over email and text after my initial contact, then I walked in on Saturday morning and walked out shortly thereafter with a new car. Totally painless. They listened to what I needed and didn t try to rope me into coming in before they did things like getting my lease approved or agreeing on price. I signed 15 pieces of paper and walked out. And if I did want the complete experience? I saw them providing info and great customer service to people who didn t spend a day emailing them. Very much recommend this dealership.
