Over the past 6 months, I have visited Szott M-59 5 times, for different reasons. Everyone from the parts dept., Service dept. (Ralph), and collision /body shop (Tyler) were wonderful! If you have to wait for your vehicle, they have a customer service waiting area, like none I've ever seen. All kinds of free refreshments and even massage chairs to relax in. AWESOME!!! I will be coming back here for future service for sure!
We felt comfortable with our salesperson, who seemed quite eager to help us. The first day, he offer us a great monthly rate on a two year (27 months) lease. We came back the next day. The rate had increased by $23 @ month for a 39 month lease. This was supposed to be a better deal for us. After getting all the papers ready for our signatures, he mentioned someone made a mistake...the lease was a a few months less than 39 months...27 months in fact. Shame on us for not having the paperwork rewritten. We signed them. During this time, we had a lot going on and after the fact, thinking over the whole thing, I have to tell you, I feel a little like we were played. Not a feeling you want your customers to have.
The service department at Szotts Crysler is the best I have ever dealt with in my life. My first new car was made in 1974. I have had a great deal of experience with Dealerships over the years. No one has ever treated me this well. My Town and Country Van has over 196,000 miles on it. It drives and rides as good as when I purchased it. Thank you everyone in Szott Crysler service department, you are the best.

I went there to replace a key, the price was $10. Unfortunately 2 days later I locked that key, and my main key in the Jeep... So off to spend another $10 for another Valet key. This time, I saw a different person in parts (Tim) and he charged me $15 for the same key. I confronted him, and he lied.
I am on my 4th Jeep, and feel if I cannot trust the parts department on a small item, why would I ever buy a car from there?
Was a great experience working with Brian. The Jeep I wanted was not on the lot so we ordered one. The whole process was really quick and I love my new vehicle.
Told us the service work could be done in a certain time frame. Good thing I called to check on it. They were just going to keep it for a couple days until they got around to looking at it. If they couldn't do what I needed in the time we had before needing to pick the kids up from school, they should have told us that. Looking for another reputable dealer to have it serviced.

Denise was such a HUGE help! I walked in not sure I was going to leave with a car that day, let alone a brand new one! Alex is/was the best sales person I ve ever had. He would text or call back in matter of seconds if I had question or concern. At closing, Alex had everything prepared and car ready. I didn t even go here to purchase a vehicle but was involved in an accident with one of their porters who was transporting a car. They left me multiple harrsing messages saying I owe them money when I wasn t even at fault. First of all when there s an accident you contact the persons insurance company not the person. And then they had the balls to send me a threating letter saying they were going to sue me. This dealership is shady as hell.

I had the easiest experience with Robert R. I was stopping by the dealership looking at the used Cherokees they had on their lot then leaving because nothing really caught my eye. Well, finally one did and had just been placed out there and didn't have the price on it yet. Robert came walking out was I was walking away from that vehicle without the paperwork and asked if I was interested in any of them. So we went inside he looked everything up for me, got my car appraised and a nice package to take home to my wife to look over. The wife ended up getting the price lowered a little and Robert went to work getting everything in order for me to sign at 5pm and drive away a very satisfied customer. I would recommend Robert R in the used car department of you're ready to by a used vehicle. Robert is dedicated, knowledgeable, funny guy, and takes the time to explain what all "those fees and other things are" so you feel comfortable and confident signing your paperwork.

I've been to Szott several times for different things and always had a good experience. Brian Velkey answered every question I had thoroughly, helped me choose options when ordering my Wrangler Sahara, made the signing process effortless, and has made himself available for anything long after the purchase. The service department has also treated me very well, listening to me and working with me on various small things rather than making assumptions like other service departments at other dealerships typically do. If I'm still in Michigan when I purchased my next Jeep, I'll be coming back to Szott.
We purchased our Renegade through a different dealer before coming to Szott, and after a bad experience at that other dealer, we plan on having it serviced at Szott. Szott is much further away, but worth bringing our business to.

As always I have been pleased with the level of service I recieved. My only disappointment was from my previous visit for an oil change and tire rotation, when my spare tire was not rotated in, as asked for.

Leased a 2014 Jeep last night. Had a great experience with my sales person. However the Sales Manager was incredibly rude to my family and the sales person we were working with at multiple points in the night. Put a large damper on getting my first car on my own.

My service advisor was amazing! Took me about 5 phone calls, 1 voicemail, and finally talking to a Service Manager to get a service appointment booked. Once I arrived I was told that the service manager never booked my appointment. I would use them again, but for a first time customer not the best first impression.

Because of the COVID-19 circumstances, mask wearing/social distancing and the need for an appointment was necessary. I turned in my current lease and left the same day with a new Renegade. The entire transaction took less than 3 hours. I recently wanted to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee for my wife for our anniversary. I ve been a frequent user of Szott Service for my other Jeep since 2009 so was familiar with the company. The service there is wonderful! I had not purchased a new vehicle from Szott before but was put into contact with Scott Myers. What a fine gentlemen! This new purchase was to be a surprise for my wife and Scott was helpful and flexible enabling me to covertly get the purchase done without my wife knowing. He located the perfect vehicle, arranged excellent lease terms and when the time came had paperwork ready for me to complete in about 15 minutes. All the while my wife was none the wiser.
She took delivery recently and the expression on her face will last a lifetime.

Best car buying experience to date. The young gun who helped me did a fantastic job.
I was happy with our salesperson, but the service department is far from competent. What was said would be a few hour job to install a trailer hitch on my van has turned into over 2 whole days. After calling ahead to ensure they had the parts I brought my vehicle in. Only to be told they did not have the harness and they would pick it up and have it done by the end of the day. At the end of the day they said that they'd never done a hitch on a Pacifica before and it would take longer but that it'd be done the next day. It is now day 2. After being told it would be ready at 4pm it is now 5:45 and ever technician is scrambling to figure out why they are getting errrors.
Mr. Watson is the best used car salesman. I found the perfect car at a fair price, but I wanted an extra key and some touch-up paint. When I went to pick up the car ( 02-24-2020 )he said that he would have to mail the key and paint because they were not in stock. Then I didn't get so I emailed him and he said they wouldn't be in yet. THEN Crovid-19 and the dealership closed and he was at home. He followed through and said when he got back he would take care of me. I was worried. BUT He just sent me a picture of the stuff going in the mail. THANKS Bradford!!!
