My new Jeep Compass had several issues, and while in for service many new issues were created. The service department has been incredibly difficult to work with, and while meeting with the general manager yesterday, he treated me like a child and even cursed at me. He told me that he was firing me as a customer, and that I could take my complaining somewhere else. This leaves me in an awful situation with a very expensive vehicle that is no longer safe to drive. I don t advise anyone to go through this dealership. Although they may have some shining reviews, (and there are a few good people working there) if your vehicle ever has persistent issues, you will be trapped in a cycle of frustration and hardship. I work in sales and am generally very forgiving of businesses and people, but the way I have been treated by Szott is unforgivable.
