Very well maintained establishment with friendly staff. Having dealt with Sysco for years, I find that they are very helpful with suggestions for the foods that they represent. As always, we will continue to do business through my Sysco representative who is always helpful and knowledgeable

Place is a cluster.,have to park down the road and walk to check in., sysco drivers seem to like not moving for you so you can get to your door., the unloaders are good, they get you out reasonably quick

Checking lady gets mad about parking rather than just checking you in the amount of time tell about parking could have checked me in.
CAPSTONE takes forever. 9AM appointment, checked in 7AM, assigned door 8:31AM unloaded finished 10:40AM but the BOL took forever. Received it 1:54PM all three of us got it at the same time...that's kinda weird though. Why they gotta hold three trucks and release them all at the same time..enough said, plan for a minimum 5hrs to get out of there.
Hour and half for unloading full trailer you can't beat that. No overnight parking. You gotta park on the street and go check in
Rude guard shack rude lumpers. And be sure to park on the street that says no parking instead of driving up to the gate like normal places or they will act like they know how to truck better than you.
The lady works at receiving office sooooo lazy like she didn't get enough

Quick unload, less than one hour for half a trailer. Just don't block the gate with your truck when you check in.

Bunch of idiots work here , the lady upfront is very unprofessional and acts like she's the owner of the Sysco instructing you to park under no parking sign and then threatening you that she's going to call the cops when you park on the public street where parking is permitted.
Lumper guy in the office don't know he's doing and if you ask a question he won't be able to answer it.
Try to stay away from this place .

Lumper service guy here is rude. Loaded trls still in doors that have been assigned to drivers. 30 min and counting. No yard driver to assist. Just a complete and utter mess they got here

Receiving opens at 4am - 1pm. Limited parking outside of gate. Lumpers didn't call when empty: wasted 2 extra hours after was empty
It takes too long to get unloaded as soon as you get here you got to wait for them to move the trailers first thing in the morning I'm sure they've done this many times over and over before you know the outside outbound drivers come about 4 a.m. so you got to wait for the Sysco drivers to hook up to their trailer to pull it out so you can get into your door so once again you still delayed and waiting cuz you trying to move you on the time schedule I don't know what time you do is come to work but it should be some type of better system as soon as these trailer's unloaded at the doors either the yard jockey or somebody should pull off each other from the door and put them somewhere so these guys can hook up to him instead of leave them in the door that you assigned to so that's a little backward so they need to tighten up on that other than that checking in was easy the woman was very nice

this place is usually a madhouse early in the morning when they start receiving , mainly due to the fact that you actually have to park on the side of the road and walk to the Guard shack and check in with them BUT drivers don't do it and block the gates .
The wait time to get unloaded is lengthy as ever. But they have plenty space for trucks to maneuver though.

Took them 30 minutes to unload. Another hour to figures how much lumper fee was. Then when you get to lumper desk, the guy ignores you for 10 minutes. Other than that, not too bad.
Ridiculous, check in process is a nightmare, appointment was at 5 am. Now is 5:50 trailer parked at my assigned door. Driving around the yard for an hour trying to get off everyone s way. I can only imagine how long they will take to unload me.

They don't have restroom facilities available for drivers, not even a port-a-pottie. They told me to go into the woods next to the building, which is illegal, unhygienic, and humiliating. I will never deliver here again.
The person who check you in wasn't friendly at all . They are extremely slow getting your BOL to you once they are done.

One of the worst receivers ever. Kept the driver for almost 7 hours (instead of two ) and refuse to sign the time out. Based on time in/time out the driver should get paid detention. When the driver requested to speak to a manager and at least get a name he was insulted and threatened with the police. Carriers, Stay away from this place! You will waste your day and be treated like a second hand Person!
It's 1pm. I have been here since 8am for a 9am appointment. They are slow and don't care, because they aren't required to. It shows. I'm not upset. Just 100 percent real. Had to add to this from last time. This time, I was scheduled for 4am and couldn't check in until about 7am. They put me in a door that someone was in and was so quick to get off the phone that he didn't tell me to break the seal and open the door. If I had and they claimed that it wasn't sealed, I have to pay for my complete load and maybe lose my job. They haven't a clue what is going on behind the scenes. They barely know their job an that's it.
Zero leeway given for late arrivals. You better hope there's no traffic.
Quick and Easy
Check in before going to gate, office in corner of building. Will be sent to park around back and called with door number as available. Hit dock, check with lumper svc, they call with amount when finished.
Took about 4 hours with checking in, getting in dock, waiting, waiting some more, and leaving.
I have no idea how they cash their checks at the end of the week and not be overwhelmed with shame. 6+ hours for 24 pallets.
Called and was told they already gave me my paperwork. Explained to the man with the mental deficiency that if I already had my POD I wouldn't still be here. Then he calls me back and tells me I should have left when I got the green light because they faxed it. Huh? I explained to him he needed to make copies and give them to me. Then 10 minutes later he walks out and hands them to me without saying a word. No I'm sorry for the mix up. No I wish your mother was dead. Not a word. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!
