Called to Inquire about Availability and Spaces for Rent. Incredibly rude condescending Staff. Still hasn't responded back. I am done.
Very rude people. Horrible customer service. Csnt even answer a basic question.

Very Rude taped a notice to my vehicle when I was in it saying they will tow it. Instead of finding out why it was there good luck finding a tow truck to come tow it. I have been trying for two days make sure you call animal control first cause tow company wont tow with an animal inside and tell the tow company they need to cut a lock off generator and to do so he will need 3 different bolt cutters. Oh and if you didnt realize how expensive it is for you to have a big rig come tow and it's not at owners expense. Plus you must ticket it first. And a piece of paper is not a ticket look up vehicle code.
Terrible service. Slow to respond to issues but quick to collect your money. I guess they prefer their properties to be ran and look like a dump!
The leasing spaces are extremely over priced for small businesses. Will not hesitate to remove businesses who have been open for ten plus years. They increase their rent every year without any improvement to the buildings.
