Dameron Occupational Health Review

It had been a good experience up until today the people here are nice but my god why give an apptif you re not going to be seen for 2 1/2hours it reminds me of US health works this place is no better

Ladies at the front desk are always rude. Have to come back because I was a little late even though they keep you waiting for an hour every single time. Said the doctor left already

I had a very hard time with them, I tried calling to come in for my physical and dug test and the ladies upfront were not very friendly, they put me on hold for very long they were a little bit rude on the phone as I tried to schedule my appointment it was a big hassle. The building is nice location seems nice but the customer service could be a lot better.

I don't usually write reviews. At all. But I do feel compelled to write one about my experience at Dameron Occupational Health. Front desk staff was very curtious. They got me right in on my appointment time. No problems. Not sure what everyone else is talking about. Very professional and curtious.

I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours before I even got seen. I made an appointment and asked them how long it would take the said not too long. They called back about 6 people that got here after me back first. All I need to do is get a drug test it s so inconsiderate.

I dont understand why they only have 3 stars. This is a great place for occupational medicine. Polite and knowledgeable.

The employees have half the jubilant demeanor of a dmv employee. The building makes great use of its dated interior, by keeping the air as stuffy as the wood paneling. When checking in, the employees give you a sense that not only are you insignificant, but also that if you were unfortunate enough to need Dameron to be your primary place of care- you would die.
If anyone who is a stakeholder at Dameron can read this, I can't more sincerely express my sentiment to you that if I needed emergency services, I would feel safer driving as far as sacramento to look for a more reputable hospital. Who knows... taking my chances lying in a ditch and waiting for my symptoms to go away, or asking for first aid treatment from one of the local homeless people might prove to be a better option. I'm sure they have more empathy.

Very professional and nice people to work with. They did everything they said they would do so I'm very happy customer. If you do business with them ask for Josh Koot he is who I worked with and he has a lot of integrity and goes the extra mile.

Waited an hour and a half after my appointment time to be seen. And I was 15 min. Early

The Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was there at 7:30am and there was only one other person, it took about 10 minutes to be seen, enough time to fill out the paper work and sit for just a few minutes. I had a good experience and pleasent visit.

Been here for 2hrs and had 4 people who arrived after me be seen. I just needed a drug test

My company usually sends me to US Healthworks but it is a 4 hour wait just to get a simple drug test done. I asked my company to send me somewhere else. They sent me here and I was pleasantly surprised that I got in and out in under 1 hour! The staff was very nice!!! The only drawback was that the waiting room was small. I would rather sit in a small waiting room then sit at US Healthworks for 4 hours! I told my company to send all our employees here!
