Auntie's Beads Review

This is probably the 4th time I've changed my review of Aunties having been both infuriated and elated by my experiences buying from them. there is no in between. A few months ago, I picked out $200 worth of seeds and I waited. And waited. And finally asked where they were and was told the supplier no longer carries my order. I was soooo irritated I swore off Aunties. But the other day some matubos were calling my name. I gave them another chance because the prices were 1/3 of what everyone else charges. All the beads arrived. Basically, Its hit or miss. It's a pretty small operation and they NEED to work on better communication with their customers. I'm going to accept that sometimes they are going to piss me off knowing that at other times they will make me very very happy.

Auntie's Beads Direct has the absolute best prices around. They are the only company that I have ordered beads in bulk from. I definitely recommend them if you are not in a hurry to receive your beads because it did take a while to receive my orders. I did order hundreds of dollars worth of beads from them. The only issue I had is that items on the site listed as being in-stock were not actually. This was the only frustration that I had with my order, but Susie was excellent at replying to my questions and letting me know when my orders would be shipped. So all-in-all it is highly worth it to order from Auntie's Beads Direct.

I have been a customer of Aunties Beads for many years. Why the 5 star rating, well their pricing is by far, the best of anyone. That is critical to me. In the past few months shipping times have been long, however I have also noticed that in the past month their shipping times have been greatly improving. In fact, the last order I placed I received in 6 days...and that order had power buy items on it. I love their selection, ease of their website and the size of packages of items I can buy. It really is the best place to shop for your beading needs. UPDATE TO REVIEW: Ok so I had to share...I placed an order and I got it in 4 days.....4 days...it had 1 item not delivered and I got that in 7 days...Wow something really positive is going on with these guys...their service has vastly improved...pricing is always the best.

After waiting 6+ weeks, I received an incorrect order. It was an order for a Christmas gift that I was going to make. I was very, very disappointed and their was no phone number available to call customer support.

The worst customer service I have experienced in quite some time. They did not have the total items ordered in stock. Instead of reaching out and asking what I wanted to do they sent a partial order with the instruction of the remainder to be received in their warehouse within a week. I ask that the alter the order at that point. No response on their part. Messaged them and tried to call to no avail. Now I have a partial amount of beads I am completely unable to use. They refunded the money for the partial order but now I am stuck trying to return the items I am unable to use. DO NOT patronize this web company.

I've ordered from Auntie's Beads a few times. Never had any major issues, maybe a little slow with delivery but what isn't slow with usps today
All in all a pretty good store to purchase from.

Still haven't received the rest of my order for 9-11-16. No one answers or replies to emails. They've been reported to the FTC.
